The tournament is right around the corner you guys...

I just want to say its been fun! ya know...building the community and all. Its truly been a pleasure! and I hope we can keep this fun going and ride this train all the way to the end!

And shouldn't let anything stop that from happening! I mean were a big community now, and its that easy to just let everything go down the drain and end a awesome forum...like my last one.

So lets try our best! even after this tournament ends. eh?

A team tournament sounds really fun but a lesser player may get chewed out by the rest of the team if they lose there matches and it could start a problem. I will have to wait till i get ad-hoc though.

I still say we should focus more on doing tournaments to test out the mechanics before we start having gimmicky tournaments like team battles. As fun as it sounds we have not had any solid testing on half the stuff in the game yet.

As Nexus implied, having another 'Just for fun' tournament will only invite more complaining.

Which isn't to say I wouldn't totally be in on it :D Because frankly, as long as we can agree on a few things, we can still hold tournaments the way we want to. For fun. Period. This is the thread where we post cheesy things about how we're all gonna stay friends and awesome stuff like this, and count me in. Anyone who tries to divide the place over this is a loser. Because we're great, and there's a reason we're great. And I'm in a really cocky mood right now.

My image of a team tourney would still be best 2/3 (or 5 of 9, anything divisible by three) except instead of you playing every match, you rely on your teammates to fight as well.

Rather then a localized area we could go (once again) with the "clan" idea. Forming a small group of individuals (probably no more then five) to act as a single team for a set amount of tournaments. But then again...it might lead up to being over-competitive or "elitism..."
