I wasn't even a fan of the GoW music. It gets old after awhile, and it's the same repeating thing you hear throughout a lot of the game.
Sephiroth's theme means there's gonna be something badass going down. Every time.

Sephiroth, easily. Really, no contest. Kratos's theme is just the same line repeated over & over again, & the sound is pretty generic, even for ominous chanting, which seems to be all over the place any more.
