Personally i have 2 moments:
-the first one is Excel Saga, and i mean THE ENTIRE anime: it's all funny, goofy and incredibly mature
-the second one is from Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kai, when Akasaka jump into the action against Okonogi and his men and punch them all like Bud Spencer and Terence Hill. Incredliby funny for a deus ex machina XD

My bride is a mermaid when suns dad and lunars dad dress up in school girl outfits and go around asking if they are moe. it was just soo wrong in soooo many ways but funny as can be.

shakugan no shana second when shana asks yujis parents how to make a baby with yuji in the room. and then proceeds to ask yoshida the same question. again funny but wrong.

i always seemed to feel the agony of what they went through in the most extreme cases. I find it amazing how they still walk and talk after everything they go through. all because of an accident (most of the time) leading to a misunderstanding or a torrent of pure killing rage.
