That performance was such a waste of time, air and finances. At least when Lady Gaga's acting crazy, she's interesting and sounds good as opposed to a dying frog like this.

It's just another musician with the eccentric gimmick. Before this chick there's Lady Gaga, before Lady Gaga there was Marilyn Manson, before Marilyn Manson there was Madonna, before Madonna (or around the same time, I forget) there was Boy George. Seriously, I'm calling "been there, done that".

Although I must say the level of talent has taken a nosedive over the years. Going from the vastly talented Manson, to the somewhat talented Gaga, to this ...thing making strange noises. It's almost depressing. Of course, the same can be said of all musicians in general, not just the weird ones.

I feel bad for my kids who have to grow up in an era with such trashy, banal, and pointless music such as this (I am speaking of popular music, I know if you look really hard you can find music that's actually worth its grain in salt). IMO, music is supposed to soothe the mind and uplift/empower it, not try to induce some kind of mental illness.
