Well what kind of build are you going for? EX mode? BRV recovery? Something more complex?

iai build is fun though

go with higher multipliers though, and throw in a graviorb and despair shock

this makes it so that ur opponent can't get his ex gauge full and changes the game from whoever gets the ex gauge first wins to whoever does more brv damage wins, which u have the advantage in with iai strike

btw, for iai strike to be reliable, go for high multipliers and learn ur dodge cancel zidane combos so u can do more atks in one combo, since iai strike works at the beginning of each atk, not by number of hits

What is iai strike?

Iai Strike is the ability you get from the Smiting Soul acc. and it has a 2% chance to break the opponent (once per move i believe?)

Oh, ive got an interesting BRV Boost setup on my Squall. With this you'll constantly gain BRV. Or were you looking for an initial BRV boost?

As of now, I have a regular BRV boost, but I can make an initial BRV boost if you want.
Equipment: Imp's Blessing
Accessories: Attractorbx2, Gravitorb, Empty EX Gauge, After Summon, Force Begets Courage, Close to You, Center of the World.
You'll get a massive EX Intake Range and it'll all go straight to your BRV.

that's only 8 accessories, and u don't really need the two attractorbs, one is enough if ur gonna mulitply it a lot

take out one attractorb, throw in a pearl necklace, lg gap in brv x 1.5, red gem (or w/e it's called that raises ur atk by 2)

u'll be dishing out a lot of damage and getting lots of ex force

although i prefer a set that breaks and can get me ex mode really fast for my squall

pre hp atk x1.5, summon unused x1.5, lg gap in brv x1.5, red drop, red gem, champion belt, graviorb, pearl necklace, opponent hp 100% x1.5, attractorb

ur beat fang is guarenteed to break ur opponent if they don't have some crazy set where they start with lots of brv (breaks ppl at around 1k - 1.2k brv i think)

also, u get ur ex gauge filled extremely fast

my idea is to break ur opponent early in the game, get 9999 as fast as u can, then go for a ohko

1. I know it's only 8 accessories, if I had more slots then I would have added more.
2. The second Attractorb makes the effect even more potent.
3. I don't think Pearl Necklaces would apply to EX to BRV.

the extra attractorb is useless imo since ur range already extends far enough, especially with multipliers

u should test the pearl necklace thing, see if u get more brv from the ex force

I have been wondering this for a while, i asked it in my zidane build thread but no one responded :[

Well you can exclude it if you want. I'll test that Pearl Necklace thing, though.
*EDIT*
Well here's the results: The Pearl Necklace DOES increase the effectiveness of EX to BRV, but only by a very small amount.
EX force-Before: 2 BRV per piece. After: 4 BRV per piece.
EX core-Before: 300 BRV After: 330 BRV.

Huh? you get 300 from cores? i only get 200 :[
And a Pearl Necklace should have no effect on cores D:

200? Really? I'm guessing that it depends on how much EX the core has absorbed. Most of the cores I tested had plenty of EX in them. Not sure why it affects cores though.

the pearl necklace won't affect the cores, but there's always ex force floating around the cores, so that might affect it
