how is this possible with exdeath?

ive seen a video of exdeath doing a counter attack without doing a highblock or omni block but he did a black hole.. how is this possible? and how do i execute it?

To my knowledge this doesnt work in the US version, I believe it was a bug of the game >.<

Only possible in the JP version
