And, yeah, I blame the beach scene for the Zack + Cissnei fans. Still, Zack is my favorite FF protagonist, because he doesn't whine about anything ever. He just mans up and does something about it rather than moping, which every FF protagonist has done at one point or other. Even Tidus, who I like a lot, has moped about. Aeris was perfect for him, because she was the female equivalent. She never moaned about how she lived in the slums, or how Shinra ruins their lives. No, she just sells her flowers and is happy.
