Multiplayer question

Didn't find anything about this with search.

I have EU version of Dissidia so is it possible to play multiplayer with someone who has NA version? I know it's not possible with JP version due to those changes but NA and EU versions shouldn't have any difference but the passwords.

It's possible, but you may encounter Network syncing errors and such, but those dont occur all the time, just sometimes. Otherwise it works perfectly.

Tried and failed. Or is this exactly one of those possible problems? Does it just require a few tries?

How did it fail, what did it say when you tried to connect?

It didn't say anything, i just didn't find my friend in the lobby (and it was the same).

I did reconnect but it didn't work. We used the normal ad-hoc so is it just timing or something?

As i mentioned earlier, yes.

Don't say that ps3 is a must (and especially ad hoc party).

E: Just found out it is (not sure for the party though), problem solved. Going to get ps3 anyway so >.>.

For local play using the W-LAN, you have to both have the same region.

For online play, using Adhoc Party or Xlink Kai, you can have either US or EUR. If you are trying to play locally with US and EUR, you will likely need to set up Xlink Kai and play it through that, as stupid as it seems.
