mid air evasion boost isnt necessary
I really dont think you should waste cp on the brave parts of his air attacks, but its your call
quake is a horrible link at I dont recommend the hp variant of his ground melee either, as the brave variant of both moves set you up for a combo, which will most likely lead to an hp link in the air
next, sorry to be frank, but your accessories are pretty bad
gaia and champ are useless and can be replaced completely by a red gem
small gap in hp is a horrible booster, plus OK is a linker, so it should be large gap, and that also means pre hp attack is out
what boosters to replace them with though are your choice dpending on the type of set you want
if your goal is instant ex than an easy come easy go, hp = 100. opponent hasnt connected an hp attack, opponent summon unused would be a great choice
if you want a turnaround set, near death + near loss + opponent victory chance and maybe an archangel's bell would benefit you

First time I agree with Kumo... :D. Also, you really won't need to use Speed Boost++ since OK is tremendously fast. Also, replace defense cuff with another booster like Hp multiple of 5 (since you have both lufenian hairpin and armor, remove the bangle and replace it with lufenian dirk so you can have +1ATK and 9665 HP so ou can use instantly HP multiple of 5). Also, I really wouldn't recommend Gaia ring but I do like CHampion's belt if our a melee-type OK. But as Kumo said, they are easily replaced with a red gem...

OK's damage basically doubles in EX. Plus, with an EX build you'll have more EX blocks. You can take advantage of your multipliers by adding a lone Despair Shock. Combined with Lufenian, it's not uncommon to deplete 50% of the other player's EX Gauge per HP attack. An EX build has a good mix of offense and defense, and is generally pretty safe.
Other methods to do high damage with OK are pure ATK+, Force Begets Courage, and Iai Strike. They each have their own weaknesses and strengths.
Pure ATK+ gives consistently great damage: crits and EX Burst are gonna hurt. On the other hand, it has less frequent access to EX Mode, and subsequently fewer EX Guards. This build is offensive.
Compared to ATK+, Force Begets Courage defends against BREAK better, but is harder to inflict it and therefore gain stage BRV and has no access to EX Mode without Exp to EX. This is likely the riskiest build.
Iai Strike is banned in every tournament of which I know. OK can trigger Iai Strike relatively often because he combos several moves. Unfortunately, it takes a lot of multipliers to get a consistent effect, leaving little room for hybridization. A Despair Shock can be used without lowering the BREAK rate too much. Using a couple of EX accessories can halve the rate, so using EX Artifacts instead may be useful.

Maybe I should have mentioned something... this isn't a setup where I intend to hit with a lot of HP attacks. It essentially goes to breaking down the bravery of the other player. One thing though, what's with the downpushing on Gaia Link? I'll try replacing it with an ATK+ accessory. The thing is that this setup has worked great so far. :-/
I'm just saying... I haven't found one reason to complain on it when I'm fighting online.
I have a pretty straight forward question though. How much difference does +1 ATK really do? I haven't given it a thorough study so some hands down facts would be nice and would help me make a better build.
I'll try making another setup using the tips you gave me and see how it turns out.

If so, your own build is fine (EX build with 1 or 2 +damage accessories (gaia ring/ champion belt/ star earring). Just need some tuning on boosters, eg. dropping Defense Cuff for another 1.5 booster
In terms of damage bonus, OK's EX mode is the best IMO. He will do more than 2x damage for all his moves regardless of his current HP. Comparing others:
Cecil: 1.5x damage, on all moves, regardless of HP
Cloud, Tidus: max=2x damage, on all moves, depends on HP
Squall: 2x hits(=damage), only on sword strikes, regardless of HP
I have a pretty straight forward question though. How much difference does +1 ATK really do?
It depends on too many factors. A number I could give you is, +1 ATK gives 1.1x damage at max (this is not the same as those +10% damage in game, those do not boost crit damage much). And therefore an ATK build (+11 ATK) will give you about 2x damage boost.
But wait, you also get the 2x damage boost in OK's EX mode, as well as the damage boost from your Gaia Ring/ Champion Belt, not to mention the EX Mode Crit rate bonus. That's why I don't suggest ATK build for OK.

Bullshit
Speed boost ++ gives OK one of his few advantages, being one of the fastest in the game. Without it, hell get raped by normally slower characters that are equipping it.
also hp multiple of 5 is stupid because if youre going for that, you might as well have pre hp damage(opponent) and hp 100% as well as a easy come easy go, which will fill up the remaining spots without wasting one on a 1.4 boost
Also, I like red gem more, as it doesnt rely on situational boosters for it to hurt

At least you don't to worry about Pre HP damage foe since it is de-activated even if you receive 0 Hp damage. and it can never be activated again. That's why I recommend (not that much) Hp multiple of 5. It's a 1.4 booster and can boost his pearl necklace to even get into ex mode better. I agree though about using red gem since it adds +2 ATK. But you don't necessarily need to be in max Hp to activate HP multiple of 5 but you can activate it when you opponen hits you and leaves you with HPs ending in 0 and 5 so you'll have like 1:5 ratio (correct me on this one since I'm bad at math) to activate it.
As for Speed boost, well ok, you can follow Kumo's advice on putting Speed boost++ coz I'm not really that good on analyzing the differences Speed boost give (since it doesn't give speed boost in the air). But I put in Speed boost+. :D
It's just a suggestion on what I think can be good but don't get mad at me Kumo since it's just what I think would fit. It's still his call and that's what I have and are effective in human battles. so I suggested it.

This is awesome feedback. First thing I'll do when I put on Dissidia later will be to repatch my accessory and ability setup until I see it fit. I replaced the "+10 Physical Defence" accessory with a "+2m EX Force Range" as this complaint made the most sense to me before (can't remember the exact name right now). I'll look into some of the new stuff as well.
