Welcome to Fighter's Paradise, use this thread to post your characters and challenge whoever's up to it. Good luck guys!
Rules:
1.Use any character you've come up with yourself. It doesn't matter how short your description of them is, but unless someone else says it's ok please don't go use someone they came up with. Try to stay away from characters from games/books/anime/movies, but if you don't have anyone else just make sure you stay in character.
2. This isn't a like other games where you just say what you're going to do and leave it at that, you're meant to write it as a story. Spelling and grammar are important but as long as we can understand what you're writing without too much difficulty it's alright.
3. If you go ahead and challenge someone they have the option to either choose where you fight, or if they want the first post of the fight. Alternatively they can let you choose if they can't decide.
4. No godmodding. Ever. On that note, no autohitting either. I don't care if they were in the corner with a pair of broken legs waiting to eat your Ultima, they still have the option to do SOMETHING to save themselves.
5. Fights will go on as long as both parties are interested. If someone doesn't want to fight anymore they have to tell their opponent and within the next 2-3 posts work out an exit. After the fight, the person who created the topic will add a poll where people can vote on who won the fight.
6. Two people to a fight guys, unless you’re on a 2 man team against another 2 man team keep it one on one because otherwise it’ll be too chaotic to coordinate.
7. Try to respond within 24 hours of your challenge and each part of the fight, I’ve seen cases where really epic fights had a killer beginning but we had to wait weeks before seeing a conclusion.
8. Keep it to 2 regular characters, and one godmod character (for godmod/team fights) per person.
9. You have to vote for every match that finishes. Read them guys, that's what they're there for... >_>
Well, now that that's all settled and you guys know how to get this going who’s up for a match? I’d be willing to give both the location and first post to people who haven’t tried this type of thing before. I'll try and post an older example fight to let you guys know what to aim for but you'll have to wait while I dig through my hard drive...
Next, just for convenience sake I'm adding everyone who's playing as well as a title that sort of describes how they fight. If you don't like your title, just PM me or post here and I'll be happy to change it.

Weight: 240 lb (Well Built)
Sex: Male
Weapons: His Katana, Hakabakashii Shuuryou, or Swift End as it would be called in English, is his weapon of choice. The sword itself has 12 symbols running up the side of both sides of the blade, each one corresponding with one of the 12 arts of destruction. The tempered lines where the blade was folded in its creation are smooth, comparable to calm ocean wave, giving the blade an artistic look. The hilt is black wood with a red ito (the braid) and gold kashira (but cap) and hand guard. hanging off the tip of the kashira is a red cloth, about 2 feet in length. The scabbard is black with the same symbols written on its sides as the blade. The tip of the scarab is flat instead of rounded. Yuttarishita also uses the scabbard as a weapon when he is not using both hands for his katana.
Second Weapon Set: Yuttarishita carries with him the weapons of his fallen comrades. Although he has no formal training in the weapons themselves, but the spirits of his lost friends guide his hands and actions, causing Yuttarishita to fight as if he was an exact replica of them. He can't bring all the weapons with him into battle all the time, but in rare occasions he might. However, the more weapons he brings with him, the more spiritually taxed he will become and the slower he can move and fight.
Akane - Twin Daggers That Strike True. The daggers used by one of Yuttarishita's generals. Akane's admiring spirit prevents others from wielding her blades. Only Yuttarishita has permission to grasp them. When thrown, the daggers will magically sync themselves with the target and will fly at them with 100% accuracy, even changing direction in mid air to ensure a hit. The daggers can not be dodged, only blocked when used as a projectile.
Takeshi - Spear of Dancing Flames. The spear used by one of Yuttarishita's generals. Tasekshi's competitive spirit prevents others from wielding his spear. Only Yuttarishita has permission to grasp it. The spear burns brightly with the power of fire. When spun, it comes to life like a raging inferno
Yuudai - Shield of Mage's Bane. The shield used by one of Yuttarishita's generals. Yuudai's obedient spirit prevents others from wielding his shield. Only Yuttarishita has permission to grasp it. The shield has 5 magical ruins on it that light up and absorb any and all magic based attacks. Because the shield is so large however, about as big as Yuttarishita himself in size, he can not wield it effectively. Because of this Yuttarishita must place the shield in the ground and fight around it or use it more strategically to make full use of it.
Hitomi - Bow of Unknown Death. The Yumi used by one of Yuttarishita's generals. Hitomi's caring spirit prevents others from wielding her bow. Only Yuttarishita has permission to grasp it. The magic Yumi hides the presence of it's arrows, allowing the wielder to delver a death unseen. The only hit of the arrows existence is the whistling it makes as it flies through the air.
Tsukiko - Scythe of Lover's Dirge. The scythe used by one of Yuttarishita's generals. Tsukiko's loving spirit prevents others from wielding her Scythe. Only Yuttarishita has permission to grasp it. The scythe grows stronger the longer it is used in battle, becoming one with the wielder. During a perfect sync the scythe will shatter to save the user's life, but Yuttarishita would never allow the weapon to do that.
Mamoru - Great Sword of Rendering Earth. The great sword used by one of Yuttarishita's generals. Mamoru's guiding spirit prevents others from wielding his sword. Only Yuttarishita has permission to grasp it. The large sword is heavy and awkward to wield, but it's crushing blow can shatter stone and uplift the earth like an enraged titan.
Abilities: Yuttarishita is a master with the Yumi, or Japanese long bow, and is skilled in Iaidō and Shinkendo. As Yuttarishita fights, his sword gathers energy around him which is created from the clashing between him and his enemy. As the fight continues the symbols on the side of the blade light in a dark red fire and allow him usage to one of his 12 Arts of Destruction. 12 arts that combine strong spiritual powers with the will and strength of the user to tap into the power inside of his blade and soul allowing him to cast, or preform, special spells or abilities. The first 3 Arts of Destruction focus on defense and the later 9 focus on strong offensive abilities. With each increasing number comes a more powerful technique, though when a technique is used it expels a level of energy from the blade, forcing the user to rebuild its surplus in battle.
Appearance: Yuttarishita is a well built man with pale, moon like skin, and a long white main of hair that can be seen flowing out from the edges of his kabuto. Although most his face is masked, you can see his bright blue eyes that almost seem to shine like a star. Yuttarishita is covered in samurai style armor, thus he has a kabuto, or helm, with a mask covering his mouth that looks much like a tiger's jaw, teeth bared ready to clamp down on its victim's neck. His kabuto has a bowl plate covering the tip of his head with a plate stretched around like an umbrella protecting the back and sides of his head and neck. The crest on his forehead has two parts, the first spreads out and up, like the wings of a bird swooping down on its prey, and the second part, which is two golden horns that curve out for a bit before moving back in towards each other till they reach their points where they again move away.
His chest is protected with a plate of armor that is rounded outwards a bit around the chest and stomach. Around his neck is another plate which protects his chin and throat. His shoulders also have a set of large plates that work down to his lower arm with many charms and strings woven in between the plating that dangle on the armor. Around his waist is a large white rope that is tied into a bow shape on his back, the two cords hanging down towards his feet. His tasset is made up of another series of plates, two on each side of his legs, one protecting the groin area, and 2 more on his back side. between the plates in the front or 2 more plates protecting his legs. Both knees have caps protecting them and his shins are protected by guards. On his feet he wares sandals that split his big toe from the rest and straps that rap around his shin underneath his guards. He also wears tabi. His kotes have a plate mitten protecting his fingers, but his pointer finger and thumb are separate from his other 3 fingers allowing him to pull a bow string back. White and gold make up the coloration of his armor.
Personality: Yuttarishita is a rather calm person who is mostly silent and prefers to not talk. He is constantly thinking to himself, and can be caught staring off in to space when he is not in the middle of work or fighting. He is a wise and strong man that was loved by those that knew him. Yuttarishita was the leader of a powerful military at one point, and thus has vast tactical and combat knowledge. Yuttarishita also has a deep voice, one that demands respect, but it can also be kind and gentle, possibly even soothing to some.

I really want to see what you come up with dude, that goes for everyone else too. Now, I will be creating a separate topic that showcases two example fights, one NOT how to do it and the other, the most epic one I have saved.

Well, it reminds me of Envy from FMA... I like it, go for it dude. On that note how about we kick off this thread for realz with a fight of our own?
Here's the guy I'll be using.
Name: Hector Sebastian Loegaire
Backstory: Of Royal blood, Hector was first trained as a general and soldier to guide the soldiers of Zarr, before becoming the first in line to become king. After successfully fending off multiple invasions from various countries he returned to the capitol to find it destroyed in the wake of a freak storm from the southern seas. Riots broke out and in an accident Hector was tried for the murder of a few rioters, and found guilty. Renouncing his claim to the throne of Zarr, he left to find out who set him up and get revenge.
Abilities: Because of his prominent position as a General Hector has a good deal of experience with all sorts of weapons from Swords to Lances to Maces and even Ballistae when the opportunity arises. He is also a very experienced leader, and combined with his natural charisma he can talk his way out of most situations.
Description: Hector is 5'10" and reasonably muscular. He has short black hair and brown eyes and on the whole looks quite unremarkable. His armor on the other hand is very sleek and sports the Loegaire family crest (a longbow with a dragon wrapped around it firing a flaming arrow straight upwards) on his left shoulder pad. Apart from his shoulder pads and his gauntlets, Hector's blue metal armor is actually very minimalistic and only covers vital areas with the rest being protected with thin black leather. Hector's left shoulder pad with his family crest on it is essentially a half cylinder going from his shoulder to his elbow; his right shoulder is defended by a large spiked piece of full plate armor.
Weapons: Hector has three weapons that he uses regularly, an ornate Bastard Sword from his time spent as a general and the shield that goes with it, a pair of Khukri daggers, and finally a spiked grappling hook. In extreme cases when he has access to them, he will use an enchanted rapier (Thantos) and katana (Epikyur).
Epikyur is a blade of light and is enchanted to allow Hector to push his body beyond it's natural human limits and shield himself from harm, overuse of it's abilities will eventually cause irreparable damage to Hector's body, over use of it's shielding powers will make Hector feel twice the normal amount of pain in battle, while still shielding him.
Thantos is a sword of darkness and is enchanted to allow Hector to attack his enemies from afar, and it can fill the area with a feeling of bloodlust and despair, forcing all combatants to recklessly attack anyone they see. Over use of either ability will cause Hector to slowly become more and more demon-like, until he loses control of himself and starts destroying everything in sight.
Personality: Hector is very calm in battle, and after years of fighting he managed to overcome his bloodlust in battle. He often simply cripples enemy soldiers who don’t want to fight so that they’re sent back to where they came after the battle. Outside the warzone, he’s brash, and won’t ever let anyone beat him in any sort of argument so many people think he’s an idiot. He doesn’t know what he’ll do once he finds the person responsible for his murder sentence, but he does know they will suffer.

Appearance: He stands out in a crowd, and doesn't look like a fighter at all, due to his elegant and beautiful looks and attire. His mid-length blond hair also adds to this image - nobody would think that this person is a trained fighter.
His dark attire also ironically clashes with the power of light that he possesses.

Personality: Calm and focused. It is hard to gain his trust, but once you have, he is a brilliant friend and companion to have. Has very good manners and almost always speaks in an elegant way.
Weapons: Claiómh Solais
This heavy-looking greatsword is in fact a very light sword, and is easily used by Kieran. When in his hands, the sword shines with a brilliant light.
This blinding light, called Lumen Argentum, can be used to extend the blade's width and length, and is also capable of cutting supernatural things, such as magic, the flow of magical energy, and the like, though it is rarely used to do such tasks and its true limits are unknown. Kieran can enable the power of Lumen Argentum at will, through a simple incantation.
Kieran also makes use of the blade with a technique where he can shoot waves of the silver light at the enemy by simply slashing the air with the sword. It is unknown how he performs this technique - he claims that he simply "focuses his energy", though nobody else successfully used this technique. Kieran prefers using this technique over normal fighting, though he does not hesitate on an up-close battle.
Spells: Excels at using the power of light in his favor. This "light" appears nearly invisible to enemies, but Kieran can see its true form, transforming it in a special "light" and thus being able to use it with the following spells:
-Luminescence: Can create light by drawing it from the bodies of others, including himself. Apparently also draws the feeling of secureness and self-confidence from others, but in a very small amount.
-White Hole: His main spell, he uses it to manipulate the light around him. The shapeless and almost invisible light can be transformed into different shapes, and can be condensed into an almost solid shape used to deflect weak magic and possibly weak projectiles as well. However, its main use is to add the light directly to Lumen Argentum, increasing the power of Claiómh Solais and Kieran's special technique.
-Lumen Arcana: Offensive spell. Concentrates the light around him in a very small spot. That light can be released, all at once, to form an explosion. The power of the blow differs with the amount of light and the magical energy possessed by Kieran. Usually not wide but powerful.

Kind of like a mix going. Depending on the situation I might make a long post to thoroughly explain something. On the other hand, depending on how the fight is going, we might have no choice but to fight with short burst posts.

Name: Nero Wolf Rain
Age: 20
Height: 6'4 feet
Weight: 67kg (147lb very fit)

Weapons: His Katana, name White Wolf, the name was given by how pure white the blade was. Two dagger's both called Beast Fang (The Daggers are white too). The White Wolf was at his left side and one of the daggers was at his right side, the other was on his left Christ side. The White Wolf had Symbols and writing on the blade by his family. It been said that when the day comes when someone master the White Wolf will learn its true power.
Second Weapon Set: A short Katana on his back, hidden by the cape he wears. It is easier to draw faster because it is short and most people won't see it coming. This short Katana is called Rac'k.
Summons: The Holy Dragon was one of the summons that Nero can use in his days of training in his new family. There not much to tell about this summon only that it's be hardly summon in history in the Wolf Rain Family. The Giant Wolf Spirit is the same wolf that took care of Nero when he was just only a baby. The Wolf Rain Family was born from The Giant Wolf Spirit. Again the Wolf spirit hardly be use in battles by the members of The Wolf Rain Family. But Nero learn he can become "one" with Rain. Meaning he becomes faster and stronger. Also for magic will be increasing.
Abilities: When he was taken in by the Wolf Rain family, he was train in swordsmanship and magic in a young age. He had learned the elements of the world (Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Lighting, Light, and Darkness). Each element has its own type of use in battle, for example Nero can call upon the wind to do his deeds with his mind. To blow so hard that it can cut down his enemies and what surrounded them. For each element he can do what he please. But he is not God, only a more powerful human. He has limits. That why when he is ever low on energy he must recharge. But that will take time. He found out later on that he can use magic on his weapons, blessing them with any element he wants. He can ever use more than one element on any weapon he chooses.
Supporting Abilities: The light guard, also known as Haven’s Gate. This ability helps Nero to block not only physical attacks but magical attacks as well. Most light magic is to support yourself and others, but put light magic into a weapon when fighting a dark type enemy you will have the advantage over them. Healing is a part of the element of light; Nero can quickly heal himself when he is wounded badly. Again using magic take a lot of energy out of someone so Nero can’t heal all the time. That goes with using any other elements powers.
Light can be use for killing as well. Heavenly slash is one of Nero powerful move for light. Its a giant wave of light that comes from the sword it self. Open the Heavens gate, and let it rain upon my enemies. Heartless Angel. This move is hardly use because it could kill the user. The heavens they self open a gate from the sky and a shining light come down to seal you. Only a power dark user could break this but not many do. When Heartless Angel has seal you it well explosion leaving nothing of the enemy that stand before the user.
Earth: Nero has the ability to because one with the earth, meaning he can be as tough as stone. Ever he because hard as stone he can move normal. Nero can move the earth it self if he goes to his earth mode.
Lighting: Nero can use this element to become as fast as lighting, Nero can always command a powerful thunder storm to aid him. Nero can use the lighting bots for capturing his enemies by making the lighting bot as cairns. So the enemy is being electrocuted and can't move. When trap of course.
Ice: Nero can bring force a blizzard storm for a defense, its hard to see in a blizzard. Nero can see perfectly fine because he can make his eyes as one with the storm. For offense Nero can slash deadly ice daggers and giant waves of Ices bots.
Wind: Nero can use this element to fight a flying enemy. He can also make the wind blow so fast that you can get deep cuts, get throw by the air, and make tornadoes.
Fire: Fire attacks come mostly from anger, the basic and class attack is the fire ball. Nero can make this fire ball as big or small anytime he wants. Hell Fire is one of the most powerful attack in fire elements. A strange symbol well appear below of the enemies than suddenly sets on fire. The fire will rise up and fast. The fire will trap the enemies that is in side of the symbol. The wall of fire is not that easy to escape. It is as if its made of earth. The symbol will again start to set of fire, but this time with a giant explosion.
Water: Nero can use this element as a wipe; as soon as the water wipe as reap the enemies nicks the water will go all around theirs heads and make them drowning.
Darkness: Darkness is the most powerful and the most deadly elements known to man. Nero can use this element whenever he is fight a light user or a darkness user. Eyes of the Abyss is a move that can let Nero see in the dark and see if there any dark spell playing tricks on him. Zantaku is a wave of darkness that sends people to the under world. Dark blood is a move that can control blood that is on the ground, wall etc.. Nero can use the blood as shield or turn them into weapons.

Nero has white Hair and red eyes with his skin as the color as the moon, he wears a green bandanna with a message at the back of it. Given by The Wolf Rain Family, a cape was given to him. The cape has a symbol of a wolf on it. Leather boots was also given by The Wolf Rain Family. Green soft pants and shirt was made for him. The only armor he wears was the body armor. The armor was made in Japanese style. He seems to be looking ahead all the time. Searching for something that he must prove for The Wolf Rain Family.
Personality: Nero is a cheerful man who loves to have a good fight. Sometime he jokes around and that gets him into trouble, doesn’t have the care in the world. But when there a life and death situation, Nero will fight to win. He can be intelligent and respectful when he really wants too. Over the Year's Nero became much wiser than his younger days. fast,smarter,stronger.
History: Nero was abounded by his birth parents’ at a forest when he was just a baby. When he came of age he knew he had to take care of himself. It was a miracle that he was not killed when he was a baby. When he was 12, Nero wonders around the county side hoping to look for a home. He found himself at a forest. Then a white wolf came to him. *You awake in dark enclosed room with rattling chains hanging off metal rusted pipes. The ground is of old flaking reinforced cement and there seems to be no roof in sight; the bars extend almost endlessly into the air with drops of liquid falling from the sky; pitch black and lukewarm. On the attempt of breaking the pipes; you find the the chains lash out at you grabbing your sword; the bars can't be penetrated with anything you know. On attempt of crushing the ground; the recoil of hitting the ground with all your might hurts your hands and only flakes the ground; revealing a clean new layer of cement under it. It is dark; too dark; any bit of light is absorbed into the vast shadows. Your vision is stuck at 6 inches in front of you; no more to see your hand in front of your face. With the glowing light of your magic/sword it will only act like a flare in pitch darkness. This room feels alive.*
Dimensions of the room = 50 feet x 50 feet *square* with no sight of a roof.

Ok Nemphis... It's a good character, but you need to get rid of the dagger, Vortex, 99 Strikes, and time control abilities... Really, they're just plain broken >_>
Or to give a more lulzy example; it's like a raw beginner lvl 1 OK trying to fight RDF :P

Able to create an illusion in which the opponent will see a fake armor of Proxims choosing instead of the real one.
Drunken Fist:
By drinking alcohole his right hand acts on its own but not against Proxims own movements. While the rest of his body simply acts non-drunk they still synchronize with his drunken right hand.
Personality Fluke:
On his demand he can change into approximately five different personalities. Each with their own separate memories and fighting behaviours.
Appearance:
A man approaching his sixties but who looks like he's well into his seventies, being a drunken fighter he also dresses like an alcoholic. But always makes sure his clothes don't get shred to smithereens.
Personality:
A bit wildgoing and on the funny, sarcastic and smartass side. He loves testing people's patience and seeing different sides of people. Loves to dance, fighting is something he does when he's danced a little too long and just keep going. He has a tendency to become agitated instead of scared or sad in a lot of situation where others would fall to despair, this applies to all of his personalities.
Personalities!
Personality 0 (Original Personality): This one is in the above description. The others ar emore like transformed versions of Proxim.
Personality 1 (Nickname: P1): P1 is a pretty stable person, he has a harder time being affected by surrounding events and doesn't break under pressure. He truly delivers sarcasm no matter what, a pessimist in their pure state. This affects the Funky Monkey in the way that it is more static and focused on the opponent. However, he also only uses melee combat.
Personality 2 (Nickname: P2): P2 loves comedy and is easily swayed by surrounding circumstances or sudden impressions. This both leaves him vulnerable and unpredictable, mostly due to the fact that he no longer only has an easier time getting angry but also alters joyous and surprised emotions to random ones. Neither holds a certain counterpart. His Funky Monkey becomes very emotional and graceful, but in complete synchronization with his emotions. Meaning, if he's angry he'll go non-stop on the offensive and improvise his moves, if he's sad he'll move with sorrow (hanging his head down), start crying and go on a desperate defensive.
Personality 3 (Nickname: P3): P3 is rather depressed and barely moves from his spot. In this state Proxim is very vulnerable which leaves him open to even basic moves. However, this also comes with a deep insight into the opponents fighting style, and calculations which, if possible, try to determine the opponents faults/weaknesses. When offended or pushed around by the opponent he goes on a complete rage while altering the fighting style to an improvised ragestyle.
Overall there aren't any move or techniquechanges in his Funky Monkey.
Personality 4 (Nickname: P4): P4 is a very joyous personality. His Funky Monkey becomes less violent, more on the defensive and tries to negotiate or talk to his opponent. Often about completely unrelated subjects, like icecream or similiar. In this state he is immune to emotional changes. Even if his best friend died he'd find some way to look at it in a good way.
Personality 5 (Nickname: P5): P5 is a fighting state which Proxim designed purposely for fighting opponents. While in this state he is extremely aware of situational effects, environmental weaknesses, opponents skill level and lands on a relatively strong both defensive and offensive stylevariation of the Funky Monkey.
Mini-Bio:
While living with his parents he kept a good face and never did much harm. But once he moved out he started testing his limits and what else there was to this world. By exploring and hanging out with his friends he earned a good amount of experience and intentionally divided himself into five separate personalities for convenience purposes.
Now he lives as a wanderer while keeping in contact with his friends. But he started longing for them so now he's on a journey to find his village once again and finally relax, drink some coffee and enjoy life in a quiet way.

GodMan went into the battle fully charged! He readied his ultimate attack, Universe Crasher!
You need to add more limitations and qualifications to activate your supers. Even my character Yuttarishita can't use his stronger spells with out spending a good few hours fighting his opponent, and because of his back story I have yet to post, he can't use his last 3 spells unless it is a certain person who also happens to be his rival character.

Yeah... Forgot to announce the rule change... Sorry guys, my first time managing something like this :confused:
So from now on, fights continue as long as each person is interested in/able to fight. Nexus did point out to me that 4 posts is extremely limiting and even with an additional 2 posts it's still very limiting, so I went and changed it such that people can continue as long as they want. However, if someone loses interest he/she MUST tell their opponent and work out an exit.

Well, see that's also another thing. I'm not used to people with regular characters going up against overpowered ones, and then NOT complaining for some reason or another usually attributed to brokeness. I'd really like to avoid that sort of thing, but if everyone is really ok with it then feel free to do it.
Please don't come back here complaining of godmodding though, because after you agree to it I won't respond to it in any way.
Also, since this has been getting a lot of attention lately (well, compared to other things on this board anyway >_>) I'm thinking Sticky?

Wrath: If she is Killed before she can detonate her incendiary device an enchantment on her Armour will Detonate it for her

Well, see... The thing is, here people challenge other players and their abilities are well described. So anyone who accepts a challenge from someone who's overpowered shouldn't really complain (no doubt they still thought they stood a chance thouhg -__-').
As for me, I'd gladly see what I'm able to do to counter some attacks from an overpowered enemy rather than thinking of actually winning the battle.

Never Forgive; Never Forget: Is immune to anything that tries to alter it. Damage/abilities/etc will not affect it unless it allows it to.
Miracle/6th Magic- Mana Effeciency EX: All mana/prana costs are reduced to 0. A miracle on it's own. To produce something out of nothing. Let alone to have something be extremely powerful.
Appearance: So awesome; If you looked at his true form you will melt from the beams of awesomeness emanating from the background light effects behind him *Terminator style with flesh melting off bone/metal* :3
Otherwise it takes the shape of whatever it pleases.

there is certain attacks that pretain to no element but still have no physical property.
Plasma for one. Which basically boils down to a large mass of energy *A laser is light particles but a Proton cannon shoots well protons*.
Also note Zelretch shoots a giant mana beam.

I've edited the personality information regarding my character. And I was also thinking... wouldn't it be good if you added all the characters to the first post so that you don't have to search through the entire thread for someone to fight?

Armor Fluke:
Able to create an illusion in which the opponent will see a fake armor of Proxims choosing instead of the real one.
Drunken Fist:
By drinking alcohole his right hand acts on its own but not against Proxims own movements. While the rest of his body simply acts non-drunk they still synchronize with his drunken right hand.
Personality Fluke:
On his demand he can change into approximately five different personalities. Each with their own separate memories and fighting behaviours.
Appearance:
A man approaching his sixties but who looks like he's well into his seventies, being a drunken fighter he also dresses like an alcoholic. But always makes sure his clothes don't get shred to smithereens.
Personality:
A bit wildgoing and on the funny, sarcastic and smartass side. He loves testing people's patience and seeing different sides of people. Loves to dance, fighting is something he does when he's danced a little too long and just keep going. He has a tendency to become agitated instead of scared or sad in a lot of situation where others would fall to despair.
Personality Variations!
Personality 0 (Original Personality): This one is in the above description. The others ar emore like transformed versions of Proxim.
Personality 1 (Nickname: P1):
P1 is a pretty stable person, he has a harder time being affected by surrounding events and doesn't break under pressure. He truly delivers sarcasm no matter what, a pessimist in their pure state. This affects the Funky Monkey in the way that it is more static and focused on the opponent. However, he also only uses melee combat.
Personality 2 (Nickname: P2):
P2 loves comedy and is easily swayed by surrounding circumstances or sudden impressions. This both leaves him vulnerable and unpredictable, mostly due to the fact that he no longer only has an easier time getting angry but also alters joyous and surprised emotions to random ones. Neither holds a certain counterpart. His Funky Monkey becomes very emotional and graceful, but in complete synchronization with his emotions. Meaning, if he's angry he'll go non-stop on the offensive and improvise his moves, if he's sad he'll move with sorrow (hanging his head down), start crying and go on a desperate defensive.
Personality 3 (Nickname: P3):
P3 is rather depressed and barely moves from his spot. In this state Proxim is very vulnerable which leaves him open to even basic moves. However, this also comes with a deep insight into the opponents fighting style, and calculations which, if possible, try to determine the opponents faults/weaknesses. When offended or pushed around by the opponent he goes on a complete rage while altering the fighting style to an improvised ragestyle.
Overall there aren't any move or techniquechanges in his Funky Monkey.
Personality 4 (Nickname: P4):
P4 is a very joyous personality. His Funky Monkey becomes less violent, more on the defensive and tries to negotiate or talk to his opponent. Often about completely unrelated subjects, like icecream or similiar. In this state he is immune to emotional changes. Even if his best friend died he'd find some way to look at it in a good way.
Personality 5 (Nickname: P5):
P5 is a fighting state which Proxim designed purposely for fighting opponents. While in this state he is extremely aware of situational effects, environmental weaknesses, opponents skill level and lands on a relatively strong both defensive and offensive stylevariation of the Funky Monkey.
Mini-Bio:
While living with his parents he kept a good face and never did much harm. But once he moved out he started testing his limits and what else there was to this world. By exploring and hanging out with his friends he earned a good amount of experience and intentionally divided himself into five separate personalities for convenience purposes.
Now he lives as a wanderer while keeping in contact with his friends. But he started longing for them so now he's on a journey to find his village once again and finally relax, drink some coffee and enjoy life in a quiet way.

The tendrils are intangible but if they pass through he target it can cause a minor stunning and paralyzing effect.( the red tendrils only reaches up 10 inches off the ground, used when above 50% health)

If that were the system, then you'd have to round the numbers. If you had 35% of 1 HP total, then it'd instantly drop to 0 and you'd die before being able to use the skill :)
Anyway, I updated the first post with a list of players, characters as well as a title that sort of describes how they fight. If you want me to change your title then just let me know.

Normally for whole number rpg systems with max of 1. it's rounded to 1 even if it's it 0.000000000000000000000001% or such.

But for our purposes anything that doesn't kill you doesn't affect you either. It's like stabbing someone with 1 HP in the foot, they don't die but they aren't affected by the wound because it technically didn't do any damage because we're using whole numbers... >_>

Technically speaking. The stabbing someone in the foot = physical damage = 0 through X *After physical defense + evasion rate - base damage* etc.
I'm talking about stuff like Demiga *reduce enemies hp by 75 of it's current hp* which use magic;l doesn't follow common sense.
If you want to say 1 hp max a physical hit would kill unless
1. Awesome evasion rate
2. Super high defense
3. Hit with certain condition ailment magic/physical properties *Vorpal Blade with Demi enhancement maybe*
But for our purposes anything that doesn't kill you doesn't affect you either.
You are poisoned. It didn't kill you so no matter! BANDAGES HEAL EVERYTHING!?!?!!!!
Let's put a system of courtesy. Make your fight fair but also awesome =p *even if you can OTK don't :3*

The last few arts of destruction require an EXTREME amount of killing intent. I mean an UNTHINKABLY HORRENDOUS AMOUNT OF I WANT THIS SON OF A BITCH TO DIE RIGHT NOW. I mean, not even that axe Hector is using can generate this kind of hate. But you see, the villain in Yuttarishita's story did something that he should not have done in front of Yuttarishita and it was able to generate the killing intent necessary for activation.
That, and using any of the last 3 Arts of Destruction absorbs all the symbols on the sword and sticks it in a phase of cool down where it can't even be used normally until it cools off.

Impalement: Though it can be used the way Dracula did to torture his victims. It's primary usage is to penetrate without faltering. It allows anything done by it to penetrate and effect the target at 100%. No amount of shielding/plot armor/immunity to abilities can protect you from it with the aid of this skill.
Never Forgive; Never Forget: Is immune to anything that tries to alter it. Damage/abilities/etc will not affect it unless it allows it to.
Miracle/6th Magic- Mana Effeciency EX: All mana/prana costs are reduced to 0. A miracle on it's own. To produce something out of nothing. Let alone to have something be extremely powerful.
Appearance: So awesome; If you looked at his true form you will melt from the beams of awesomeness emanating from the background light effects behind him *Terminator style with flesh melting off bone/metal* :3
Otherwise it takes the shape of whatever it pleases.

Personality: Baroque is usually indifferent to other people and speaks very bluntly without any concern for what others think of what he says. Baroque also tends to be very violent and sadistic when angered or challenged. His past has led him to have a deep hatred for the light and he won't show the slightest bit of mercy to anyone who uses it.
Equipment: Baroque uses a sword called Macabre Darkness. It is shaped like an arrow and it's split in two down the middle of the blade. It has the ability to steal life and prevent revivals. He can also manipulate the darkness to turn his arm into Black Ripper, a large claw that has the ability to tear open some barriers and open a gate to the realm of darkness.
Mini-Bio: Baroque was born with large amounts of dark energy inside him, and was thus abandoned by his light-obsessed father Xenos. He eventually became a master of darkness and a formidable fighter...(Abbreviated)
Abilities:
Darkness Screamer: Baroque spins rapidly on top of the opponent, ripping the skin off of them.
Gigas Burst: A larger version of flare.
Dark Reversal: Blocks an attack, then lifts the enemy by the neck and delivers a point-blank blast of darkness.
Carnage Wheel: Impales the enemy and drags them in circles along the ground.
Fatal Buster: Drags the enemy along the ground, tosses them into the air, and then slams them back into the ground, resulting in a smaller version of Universal Destruction on impact.
Macabre Massacre: Covers himself in darkness, then flies around at extreme speeds while slashing even faster.
Universal Destruction: Baroque charges power for a bit, then unleashes a powerful blast of darkness over a large radius.
World of Darkness: Forces the opponent into the realm of darkness, where his power is multiplied by 1.5 and he can conceal himself in the darkness.
Ravenous Crucifix: Impales the enemy from below by putting Macabre Darkness into the ground and transforming it into a huge steel crucifix.

Weapons: Hitomi's weapon of choice is the Yumi, or Japanese long bow. It is a brilliant bow carved out of a dark black wood with golden designs etched upon it's surface. The string is of a dark crimson color that seems to shine. The bow itself is made of special materials to protect the bows integrity. Unlike most Yumi's that require constant maintenance, this bow hardly requires any to stay in shape. The arrows she uses are all made herself. Inside her quiver is a pair small katana who's sheaths has been sowed into the quiver itself. She uses these only when she is forced into close range combat.
Secondary Weapons: Hitomi also carries with her charms with runes drawn on them that grant them some magical properties. The charms them selves hang from her cloths and armor by string so they are always in easy reach. These charms all have the following effect; A charm that hides her smell, a charm that dulls any sounds she makes, a charm that can be tied to an arrow that causes it to explode when fired, a charm that seals the enemies movement when placed upon their skin (the sealing effect only effects the body part it's placed on. A seal placed on the spine however will seal all motor functions completely. The seal must be placed personally, can not be fired from an arrow), a charm that causes a bright blinding flash, and a charm that seals darkness.
Abilities: Hitomi is a master archer. Considered a sniper and ranger, her attacks rarely miss. Her battlefield of choice is the forest. She is also extremely stealthy, second only to Akane when it comes to sneaking around, but stick both of them in a forest and Hitomi will undoubtedly come out on top. She knows the wilderness best out of Yutarishita's generals and feels more at home in the wild than in the city. She posses no magic abilities outside of her charms.
Appearance: Hitomi is considered a beautiful woman by most of the men in the city. In fact, some of her soldiers say she is the most sinister of Yuttarishita's generals. When asked why, the said it was because she kills her targets before they even get a chance to see her. Hitomi has bright emerald colored eyes and a long mane of shining white hair. Her hair is worn long and down, with a large braid in the middle above a layer of hair with two smaller braids on both sides of her head. Unlike most of Yuttarishita's generals who wear white plated armor like him, she wears a white battle robe with a black sash that wraps around her waist. The robe is trimmed in black and there is a gold chain that hangs over her torso. worn above her battle robe is a dark brown cloak and hood that helps her to blend in with trees or earth. She also wears a black Hakama that is tied close around her feet with shin guards. She doesn't where sandals but instead her tabi are padded on the bottom. This allows her quicker and more silent movement. underneath her robe and hakama are thin layers of plating that are spread out. This leaves her with more openings but keeps the plates from touching and scraping together, making sound. Her hands are also protected with plated gloves, with a thick plate on the palm that can be used to catch strikes by swords and daggers but not very heavy attacks from axes or great swords. The plated fingers also keep her fingers protected from repeated bow use and tie down his sleeves close to her arm.
Personality: Hitomi is a wise and gentle woman who acted as a older sister or mother figure to the younger troops. She is Yuttarishita's closest adviser and is his third general to serve him along side his other 5. She doesn't fight unless ordered to by Yuttarishita. In most cases, she would rather talk to an enemy peacefully till she is forced to retaliate.

Weapons: Rhaksa rarely fights physically, but being a Battle Mage, he does have great physical prowess. His weapon is a single sword, which looks more like a rather long butcher's knife. Woven into the chains are daggers. A dagger appears after several links of chain and they appear in set patterns. Etched into the daggers are magic circles that aid Rhaksa in his spell casting. During battle, Rhaksa can freely control his chains and weave them about the battlefield creating a giant spider web. Attacking, or just plain touching, the chains while they are set will cause several more chains to attack the area in which the disturbance was felt. Destroyed chains will be replaced. Although the enemy will have to make sure to move around the chains cautiously, Rhaksa can move right through them, as if the chains turn into liquid to allow Rhaksa to pass. The chains themselves are generated and created from the sword so the limit of chains Rhaksa can set is unlimited, or at least Rhaksa has yet to find the limit.
Abilities: Rhaksa's body can produce an earthly large amount of Mana, and thus he has strong capabilities as magician. Although her prefers using his psionic powers of his mind rather than his magic.
Master's Crest - Spell Casting: Can instantly create a rank 4 magic circle or weave a rank 5 compound circle of any class and element instantly. This would be akin to casting the Flare spell with little to no casting time or fusing Judgment Bolt and Diamond Dust for a single spell.
Master's Crest - Mind's Door: Reserved for those that specialize in abilities that intrude the target's mind. If the target has a brain or possess the ability of thought, Rhaksa can access it and alter it. Masters of this art normally have a high level of intelligence. At this level Rhaksa can freely enter his target's mind and access information from it or manipulate his opponent's senses at will. He can make his opponent see things that are not there, and feel things such as being burned or stabbed. His power is still rather limited if the opponent is at full health or has a strong mind, but with regular mental assaults and by fighting the opponent while synced with their mind, he can eventually tire them down to a stage where he can make the opponent's body emulate so much pain that the heart stops (Normally he enjoys creating situations for the enemy to experience while he does this, like trapping them inside a coffin which is inside a furnace. Outside of the coffin the victim can hear the cry's of loved ones and the preachings of a priest as their body burns slowly)
Normally when Rhaksa fights the target while synced with their mind he creates rather disturbing illusions. Most of the time he changes the battlefield the opponent sees to that of a rather large maze with stairs and floors that are on walls or upside down. Although he can make it so he is completely invisible and have a copy of him fight the enemy, he does enjoy keeping himself visible during the fight. Most the time he is seen sitting in an invisible throne drinking from an invisible glass (but the liquid is clearly visible) or walking about the maze reading a book. Some times he even gets close and watches the fight to study his opponent.
Appearance: Rhaksa wears white robes that would be akin to something a mage would be clothed in. the robe's part at his legs to reveal rather slack pants and blue metallic boots. Over his robes he also has equipped blue armor, with matching gantlets and helm. Under the helm is a white cloth that circles around the side and back of his head keeping everything but his face hidden. Rhaksa himself is a rather handsome young man with a nice face and blue eyes. Despite this however, he always has on a kind of grim expression or one of satanic joy. And lastly, after his layers of robes and armor, chains can be seen wrapped all around his battle. Circling around his legs, armors, hung loosely around his chest and such. The chains themselves act as his most important defense after his magic enchantments.
Personality: Rhaksa is a dark and cool figure with a satanic humor. He talks smoothly and has a calculating mind. Nothings bring more excitement to him than the screams of his opponent. Just imagining his opponent in a bloody pool crying in agony brings great joy to him. Still, being a rather intelligent person, Rhaksa is always pondering the world around him. He studies a great deal of theology and astrology, but how the human mind works has always been his favorite subject. Despite is rather evil demeanor, he instantly becomes a kind and good person while in the prescience of his little 11 year old sister. A demon to others, the little girl will always see and think of Rhaksa as an angel.
Little History: Rhaksa was the adoptive son of aging Emperor. He was supposed to become the heir to the throne till the Emperor unexpectedly had a daughter. Although his sister robbed him of his throne, Rhaksa grew no ill will towards her, in fact, he became infatuated with her and would do anything to protect her or ensure her will.
Rhaksa himself is just there to study his enemy. In most cases he will not try to kill whoever he is fighting.

Equipment: (Normal form) Wields a large polearm/axe combination called Grand Order. It's approximately 7 feet long and the blade weighs 150 pounds. It's capable of smashing trees or walls in one swing if the one using it can do so properly. Has the same ability as Macabre Darkness. (Shining Overlord form) None. Only fights hand-to-hand and with various powerful magic abilities.
Abilities: (Normal Xenos)
Grand Edge I: 3 slashes followed by a powerful downward slam.
Grand Edge II: 5 fast kicks followed by a stab.
Grand Edge III: Uppercuts with Grand Order, spins it above his head for 7 hits, then slams the enemy back into the ground.
Shining Array I: Xenos slashes a hole in space and several beams of light fly out of it and at the opponent.
Shining Array II: One fast beam straight ahead. If it hits, countless beams will hit the enemy from below.
Shining Array III: One ball of light from above followed by an onslaught of light beams from all sides if the ball of light hits.
Devout Burst: Huge blast of light. Much like Baroque's Universal Destruction.
Blinding Wave: Blinds the enemy temporarily with light. Does average amounts of damage.
Absolute Resolve: Absorbs light energy, boosting his speed and power for 3 turns.
Abilties(Shining Overlord):
Godspeed: Moves at extreme speeds, creating afterimages of himself.
Heavenly Blades: Countless swords fall from the sky.
Celestial Rain: Large boulders float in the air and home in on the enemy.
Purging Assault I: Lifts the opponent with one hand, pumping light energy into them, then slams them down.
Purging Assault II: Forces the enemy down and tries to crush them beneath his heavy weight.
Purging Assault III: Slashes at the enemy with his claws and throws them into the air where he can use any of his attacks on them.
Exalted Blades: Followup to Heavenly Blades. If the enemy is between two of the blades, they will be attacked by a beam of light.
Blessed Barrier(Passive ability): Protects Xenos from magic while he isn't moving.

Personality: Acts like a normal cheerful little girl. She is convinced that O is her father and thus folows him unquestioningly. Being raised by O, she considers killing to be a normal thing to do and doesn't hesitate or feel any remorse for doing so, in fact she enjoys it.
Equipment: Her magic abilities allow her to transform anything that is within the approximate size of the weapon she wants into that weapon.
Abilities:
Chill Zone: Freezes everything within a large range of her.
Blast Hand: Thrusts her hand forward. If it gets close enough to the enemy, it creates an explosion from underneath them.
Time Zone: Stops time anywhere within 200 miles of her.
Summon Cerxen: August summons a huge floating beast with a long tail. It can manipulate the size of it's claws at will. Cerxen will remain until it is killed or dismissed by August.
Alchemy: Creates a weapon out of anything that's close to the same size as the intended weapon.
Back Home: Opens a portal to The Border, where she can control the environment and summon monsters other than Cerxen.
Hyperspeed(Passive): Moves faster than the eye can see while running.
Devourer: Can eat some offensive spells, healing her instead of doing damage.
Sleeping Forest: Traps the enemy with plants that burrow into them, eventually turning the enemy into a tree.
August Aura: Creates an aura that relentlessly attacks the enemy by slamming into them and stealing life in the process.

Just a basic low down on what my God character is like. Will edit to completely fill it out.
Lich Rhaksa.
After falling in battle to Bernard Magus, Rhaksa's dead body is resurrected and corrupted into a vial creature by his sister, Vermilion Alucarte. His mortality and humanity have been given up in exchange for power. Power worthy only for the guardian of a goddess.
Abilities:
God Seal - Blood of Merlin: The ability to create any crest, circle, compound circle or even mana or spliced mana instantly for the creation of any spell. At this level any spell in Rhaksa's vast knowledge can be used with no casting time.
God Seal - Mother Brain: Rhaksa's psionic abilities are doubled ten fold. Your deepest thoughts sound as clear as screams to Rhaksa. He can freely access your mind and prevent the incantation of spells or abilities no matter the targets level of intelligence or mental power. He no longer has to sync to your mind or apply mental assaults to access deeper information. At this level, Rhaksa is constantly aware of you and your actions. He will be aware of what you are doing even if you remove yourself from space and time. (As he can duplicate his conscience and create a separate yet single awareness. He can create a hive of intelligence in which he is every individual bee.)
Hero Creation - Rank EX: The ability to recreate an exact replica of any being in creation. At this level, the being summoned will have abilities equal to or greater than the original and retain all their equipment and likeness. (Expect to see Gilgamesh (Fate/Stay), Laharal (Disgaea), and Order Sol (GG) :3)

After 5 Years he recived a letter Saying He Would be freed If he gave his body for research, He accepted. The Official story Was that he was Stabbed to death in prison But at this point He was being genetically modified to become the perfect Soldier that didn't last. Used Name: Kyuusoku - Named due to his quickness in everything, from his accurately fast pinpoint moves, to his innate ability to think things through quickly.

Mini-Bio : A short kid who gained his ability from being chased by Army-men whose father died in battle. Because of his death, his Son would be tormented for ever year of everyday. Because of this, Kyuusoku had to keep on thinking. Each day, his reactions would grow quicker.... sharper.... almost to the point where fighting was second nature. So much so, he could easily react to Dozens of arrows flying at him with so much precision, he could pick out all of the arrows right out of the air, with no hesitation, or thoughts. Even in the most life threatening scenarios, such as bolts of lightning flying at him, he could instinctually move out of the way. Not much is known besides his skills... Apparently, everyone who's tried to spill secrets about him...has suspiciously disappeared....
Description : A Short kid, with very dark,thin hair that cover his eyes. He almost always seen wearing jeans, a shirt, and a dress shirt, trying to separate himself from his old life.... ever trying to stop blood shed.
Abilities :
Much like Sei and Jinero, he has two different personalities.
Kyuusoku - Kyuusoku is very light, and quick, able to percieve many things in an instant, and can move as he sees fit, at almost the speed of light. Due to the bloodshed from his old life, he doesn't dare to hurt a fly. In this "mode", his deadly calculations can be sent to his teammates through his mind, or if he gets desperate enough, he can target his enemies weakpoints. Coupled with his other side, he can be very deadly.
Hakai - Named after "Destruction", he can talk to "Kyuusoku" much like being given directions. He is at the ready, and instead of targeting weak points, and defensive tactics, Hakai just looks for anything that can do damage to his opponent. He's gotten so good at Destruction, he can even use things from pebbles, to elbow length daggers.
Active Abilities :
Both Personalities : In Depth Perception - Depending on which form, can focus on that one thing.
Kyuusoku -
Flash Step - Using his inhuman reflexes, he can kick the ground 10 times in a second, moving up to 50 feet in one bound.
Flash Cry - The aura within himself bursts out, multiplying his abilities up to 2 times. The more he uses this, the less he can control his killing instincts, and if used too much (Let's say, 3/4 times in a day), will fall prey to Haiki and can go into a demonic destructive Frenzy.
Redemption - When using this, Haiki can manifest himself as a Dark Black and Red Shadow humanoid. He can fight along side Haiki, manifesting weapons and tossing them to Haiki. Besides looking like a shadow, he's a human, besides the inhuman abilities.... xD
Rupture - Kyuusoku unleashes an aurafull cry, acting like a shield. It pushes enemies or attacks to rebound them at Kyuusoku's opponent, or just to simply shield himself or his friends from attacks.
Rebirth - Kyuusoku releases Rupture, and then it comes back and turns into armor for him, thus losing a fourth of his speed, but gives himself amazingly strong armor, giving Kyuusoku the ability to meat shield for his teammates.
Haiki
Suppresive Spirit - When Activated, his aura compresses around him, removing 20% of the damage, but will not be moved, at all. Otherwise, he'll still get hurt, but he won't budge.
Demonic Barrage - Goes into an all out skillful frenzy, ranging from punches, to kicks to the head, to swiftly picking up dirt, to more kicks, to throwing the dirt into his opponents' face and so on.
Domination - Kyuusoku manifests himself as a being made out of light. In this version, Haiki takes the form of a darker version of Kyuusoku, wearing Black Dress shirts, and black, ripped skinny jeans. Also, Kyuusoku retreats, and hides, telepathically helping Haiki, by giving him directions on what Haiki should do.
Hell's Purge - Haiki's Aura manifests, as Dark, reddish black flames(It doesn't actually burn, it's just his aura in the shape of fire and is very warm), that start sparking out from him. He can control the "flames" to just blast out into a circle of flame around him up to 50 feet, or he can direct it to move like a Wave of Flames. By Far, Haiki's favorite move, but no matter his mastery of it, he could only use it up to 4 times a day, due to his "Child" body.
Demonic Fusion - Uses The Mastery of Hell's Purge, and can turn the flames into almost anything, ranging from Daggers, to a Limb.

After falling in battle to Bernard Magus, Rhaksa's dead body is resurrected and corrupted into a vial creature by his sister, Vermilion Alucarte. His mortality and humanity have been given up in exchange for power. Power worthy only for the guardian of a goddess.
Appearance:
Rhaksa no longer has any skin or flesh. All the armor and robes on his upper body have been destroyed and rotted away, revealing a skeletal body. Inside his torso is nothing but a single glowing orb that is constantly releasing a strange energy. Draped around this body is still the iron chains of his sword, now brown with a rusted color to reflect his new corrupted existence. Held in a reverse grip in both hands are two bony scythes that curve greedily, hungry for flesh. His head is hidden behind a bull skull helmet, and yet the red outline of his eyes can still be seen burning through the bone cap. His legs and feet still retain the armor and clothing he once wore, however the chains that drape around his legs are still rusted.
Abilities:
God Seal - Blood of Merlin: The ability to create any crest, circle, compound circle or even mana or spliced mana instantly for the creation of any spell. At this level any spell in Rhaksa's vast knowledge can be used with no casting time.
God Seal - Mother Brain: Rhaksa's psionic abilities are doubled ten fold. Your deepest thoughts sound as clear as screams to Rhaksa. He can freely access your mind and prevent the incantation of spells or abilities no matter the targets level of intelligence or mental power. He no longer has to sync to your mind or apply mental assaults to access deeper information. At this level, Rhaksa is constantly aware of you and your actions. He will be aware of what you are doing even if you remove yourself from space and time. (As he can duplicate his conscience and create a separate yet single awareness. He can create a hive of intelligence in which he is every individual bee.) His other Psionic abilities are also enhanced, allowing him to move and alter matter at will with thought alone. He can create World Scar class attacks with his mind if he so desired.
Hero Creation - Rank EX: The ability to recreate an exact replica of any being in creation and command them. At this level, the being summoned will have abilities equal to or greater than the original and retain all their equipment and likeness. This ability is treated as an act of a true god. The ability does not fall under any class. It is neither physical, magical, or psionic.
Element God: Rhaksa can grab and rip elements out of anything in existence and use it for the creation of his own spells. He can rip apart the magical make up of a spell and reconstruct it under his control, even if the spell is an anti mana or magic spell. For example, he could rip the essence of Fire out of a fire ball, thus destroying the spell. With the essence of Fire he ripped from the fire ball, he can recreate that same fire ball and send it right back at the opponent. This ability is treated as an act of a true god. The ability does not fall under any class. It is neither physical, magical, or psionic.
Fictionless Being: Rhaksa can create any miracle once. He can completely stop time, travel faster than light, or kill a true god if he so desired. This ability is treated as an act of a true god. Small Bio: Was sent to an orphanage at age 3, due to the fact that both of her parents died at war. Her adoptive parents taught her many things, but they were going to use her and her power for evil. She eventually rebelled against them and ran away to roam the world on her own.
Personality: She is playful and silly, but serious when the situation calls for it. She is outgoing and will talk to just about anyone who will listen. She has a strong sense of pride, and believes in doing what is right.
She loathes her adoptive father and mother.
Appearance: She has long brown hair with a bow on top, which is mint (color) to represent suspicion.
She has a puffy T-Shirt that is blue to represent Faithfulness.
She has puffy long pants that are green to represent jealousy.
She has plain shoes that are yellow to represent good fortune and happiness.
She has three bracelets. One large one is red to represent anger or power. One thin one is orange to represent good harvest. And one middle-sized is white to represent order.
Abilities:
Nejire: Distorts the enemy's vision, makes it hard to make sense of direction and distance.
Nani: Creates solid question marks and throws them. There is little sense to this technique but it proves to be rather useful.
Tān: Disables the enemy's ability to balance themselves. Useful for stalling, but otherwise does not prove too useful, as it does not last long.
Misuto: Disappears for a short period of time.
Gōmon: Gives enemy a real nightmare, taking their worst fears and makes them real for a short time. This technique takes large amounts of energy, so you can't use it very much. (This will be like her 'ultra technique')
Kanashimi: Makes enemy have no hope, useful for stalling, but otherwise does not prove too useful.
Maruchi: Creates illusions of herself.
Sakkaku: Has various effects. All dealing with some type of illusion.
Yugami: Sends enemy to an alternate dimension, where she holds all the power. This technique will use almost all of the user energy (this could be like the BRV gaining part of an EXburst).
Manipulieren: Creates strings which she can manipulate the enemy with. She is still novice at this technique and it should not be relied on.
Kälte: Changes the weather for the opponent. This includes things like: tornadoes, earthquakes, blizzards, etc.
Wachsen: Makes herself larger. It can range from a few inches to a few hundred feet. But energy usage depends on what size.
Schrumpfen: Makes herself smaller. It can range from a few inches to ant-size. But energy usage depends on what size.
Blinken: Blinds the opponent.
Passive abilities:
Fuzakeru: Increases speed while enemy is falling subject one of her spells.
Mimodae suru: Increases strength while enemy is falling subject to one of her spells.

Backstory: A dragon knight from another dimension. She was sent to this dimension by her kingdom to study it and its inhabitants to find out if it's a suitable place for the people from her kingdom. Her home dimension is currently in a war between the empire, which wants to control the world, and her kingdom. The empire is winning, so the kingdom must take shelter somewhere else to plan a counterattack.
Her hometown was attacked by the empire when she was 8, which caused her to lose her parents. She managed to escape with her little brother, Shiriki, and they were taken in by the kingdom once the guards found them injured near the castle. There, she began to train to become a dragon knight since early and received her dragon spirit. Even though she was still young, she tried her best to take care of her brother, but she couldn't spend as much time with him as she wanted due to her training.
2 years later, the empire attacked the kingdom. During the attack, her brother went missing and hasn't been seen since them.
Eventually she finally became a dragon knight, bound with the Stardust Dragon.
Weapon: Astrum Vesica - A broadsword with a crystal-like blade with rainbow-colored dust speckles inside, and a silver hilt encrusted with small diamonds and emeralds. It's materialized by the Stardust Dragon's spirit, so it's more resistant than a regular sword. It's light, allowing for fairly fast attacks.
She also has a medium-sized, gracious white shield with a border decorated with very small diamonds, making it look like it's covered with silver glitter. In the center, there's a large emerald encrusted in it, shaped in the form of a dragon.
Daryn doesn't carry her shield with her outside of battle, she summons them when needed.
Abilities:
Wind Slash: Daryn slashes the opponent, creating a strong gust of wind as she slashes, which will blow the opponent away unless they dodge it or are too heavy. Medium damage, the slash itself is non-elemental.
Twister Blade: Daryn throws her sword like a boomerang, creating a small tornado around it while it's spinning. It'll usually travel towards the opponent then come back to her. If the sword is blown away by something or caught by the opponent during the attack, Daryn will resummon it. Medium, wind elemental damage.
Gale Spear: Daryn stabs forward with her sword, quickly creating a long magical lance formed by wind that extends from her sword. Medium-high damage, wind elemental.
Comet Drop: Daryn jumps up and away from the opponent (doesn't matter if she's on the ground or in the air) then diagonally falls back, with her sword pointing downwards. Medium-high damage.
Dragon Claw: Green energy gathers around Daryn's right arm, forming the shape of a giant dragon claw around her sword. She then hits the opponent with her sword as if it was a claw. High damage, non-elemental.
Stardust Rampage: Daryn dashes at high speed in a long straight line while holding her sword horizontally in front of her with both hands, leaving a trail of rainbow-colored dust behind. If she collides with the opponent, they'll be sent flying behind her and she'll keep dashing for a short while. Very high damage, but easy to dodge due to its linearity. Non-elemental.
Shield Crash: Daryn blocks an attack with her shield and immediately does a quick charge at the opponent with it, returning the damage she would have taken if she hadn't blocked the attack. Doesn't work at long range.
Aero Arrow: Daryn holds her sword horizontally in front of her like a bow and fires a magical wind arrow at the opponent. Medium-high damage, wind elemental.
Healing Breeze: Daryn creates a soothing wind that heals herself and allies (if any). Medium heal.
Airflow: Daryn creates a current of air that boosts her and her allies' (if any) travelling speed, allowing for easier dodges (but doesn't increase number of possible attacks in a turn). Lasts for 2 turns.
Stardust Dragon: Daryn summons the Stardust Dragon spirit, which traps the opponent within a tornado and then fires a MegaFlare-esque attack at them. Does major damage, but can only be used once per battle and consumes a high amount of energy, so it's usually kept as a last resort.
Appearance: She has medium-long, straight dark blue hair, which she wears loose, and slanted blue eyes. She wears a light, white armor decorated with a few small, emerald-green ornaments. There's a cape attached to her hip, which is almost as long as her legs. She also wears a sort of white tiara/crown with an emerald encrusted in the middle of it, which is magic and protects her head like a helmet would. She's right-handed, so she holds her sword with her right hand and shield with her left hand.
Personality: Daryn is usually kind, rightful and acts respectful towards others unless there's a reason for her to not do so. She tries to avoid needless battles and doesn't kill unless absolutely necessary, because she knows the pain of losing loved ones.
She hates people who judge someone only by the powers that one possesses.

Gale Spear: Daryn stabs forward with her sword, quickly creating a long magical lance formed by wind that extends from her sword. Medium-high damage, wind elemental.
Comet Drop: Daryn jumps up and away from the opponent (doesn't matter if she's on the ground or in the air) then diagonally falls back, with her sword pointing downwards. Medium-high damage.
Dragon Claw: Green energy gathers around Daryn's right arm, forming the shape of a giant dragon claw around her sword. She then hits the opponent with her sword as if it was a claw. High damage, non-elemental.
Stardust Rampage: Daryn dashes at high speed in a long straight line while holding her sword horizontally in front of her with both hands, leaving a trail of rainbow-colored dust behind. If she collides with the opponent, they'll be sent flying behind her and she'll keep dashing for a short while. Very high damage, but easy to dodge due to its linearity. Non-elemental.
Shield Crash: Daryn blocks an attack with her shield and immediately does a quick charge at the opponent with it, returning the damage she would have taken if she hadn't blocked the attack. Doesn't work at long range.
Aero Arrow: Daryn holds her sword horizontally in front of her like a bow and fires a magical wind arrow at the opponent. Medium-high damage, wind elemental.
Healing Breeze: Daryn creates a soothing wind that heals herself and allies (if any). Medium heal.
Airflow: Daryn creates a current of air that boosts her and her allies' (if any) travelling speed, allowing for easier dodges (but doesn't increase number of possible attacks in a turn). Lasts for 2 turns.
Stardust Dragon: Daryn summons the Stardust Dragon spirit, which traps the opponent within a tornado and then fires a MegaFlare-esque attack at them. Does major damage, but can only be used once per battle and consumes a high amount of energy, so it's usually kept as a last resort.
Appearance: She has medium-long, straight dark blue hair, which she wears loose, and slanted blue eyes. She wears a light, white armor decorated with a few small, emerald-green ornaments. There's a cape attached to her hip, which is almost as long as her legs. She also wears a sort of white tiara/crown with an emerald encrusted in the middle of it, which is magic and protects her head like a helmet would. She's right-handed, so she holds her sword with her right hand and shield with her left hand.
Personality: Daryn is usually kind, rightful and acts respectful towards others unless there's a reason for her to not do so. She tries to avoid needless battles and doesn't kill unless absolutely necessary, because she knows the pain of losing loved ones.
She hates people who judge someone only by the powers that one possesses.
I'll challenge you =p As a bonus I won't use a terror type of form and instead use one of an alchemist. However it still uses the same skill list =p (Just copying an alchemist =p)

Ok, now that it's 2:20 AM I've gone and come up with another character...
Name: Ray Montag
Age: 36
Appearance: Ray is of average height and build, but his features are anything but that. His hair is dyed blue and orange, and he has various scars all over his body. What's most noticeable are the multitudes of fresh, healing, and healed burns all over his body. Despite these burns, he still manages to look somewhat normal and would go unnoticed in a crowd, making his life as an assassin that much easier. He wears a grey/blue fire retardant jacket along with jeans, gloves, and boots that are also inflammable and heat resistant. Finally, he wears a pair of black goggles on his neck, only putting them on his eyes before a fight.
Weapons: Having no conventional weapons, Ray uses a combination of high octane fuel gel, lighters, matches and whatever he can find to create roaring flames which he uses to trap an beat down enemies.
Abilities: After working with fire for so long, Ray has developed an instinct for exactly what needs to go into a pile before he can set it alight and start attacking. He is also a master of Judo, but being physically average he can't compete with people on a higher level than he is. An absolute mastermind when it comes to setting traps with fire, he can set up attacks months or even years in advance if he has enough information about his enemy. His favorite attacks include:
Explosion: Ray tosses a few packets of fuel gel, and a lighter or a lit match at his opponent. When the match ignites one of the packets it causes a large explosion.
Blast: Ray tears open one of his fuel packets, spilling the contents in the area near him. He then uses the torn packet and a piece of tissue to create a sort of reverse-molotov cocktail. The tissue doesn't ignite the gel until the flame reaches the outside of the packet, at which point it quickly creates a raging inferno.
Cinders: Using the lingering heat from previous attacks, Ray doesn't need to use matches or lighters to ignite his fuel gel. If an attack causes a large enough explosion it can set off other packets if enough heat reaches them.
Flare: Ray simply adds a cube of magnesium to any of his other attacks, creating an explosion that's hundreds of times brighter than it is hot, blinding his opponents for up to half an hour.
Impact: Ray crushes a packet of fuel gel in his hands and lights them. Combining this with his skill in Judo and an innate human fear of fire, Ray focuses on maintaining contact for as long as possible to maximize the amount of damage the resulting burns cause.
Personality: Ray can either be very loving towards you, or absolutely despise you without any possible middle ground of indifference. He considers his line of work to be just a job, and refuses to sympathize with his targets because of it. He simply wanders through life looking for his next paycheck.

Rhaksa's title would be better as "Psionic Shifter" as his mental powers are his primary weapon, or "Lord of 3 Arts" because Rhaksa is a battle mage with Psionic powers, making him effective at physical, magic, and mental combat.

Alrighty, here goes nothing. I'm going to post two characters. One of whom is not OP, the other -might- be slightly OP. I sort of want to play him to see how he pans out before making a judgment call. Well, you can judge for yourself.
Name: Mercy
Age: Early 20s
Height/Weight: Average, athletic
Appearance (It's times like these I wish I had a scanner T_T): She seems like a regular, if eccentric, high school girl. Blonde hair, arranged into pigtails that hang roughly to shoulder-length, bright blue eyes, and an enthusiastic grin. However, her manner of dress is what sets her apart. She wears a thin leather jacket, buttoned at the bottom, but open past her navel, revealed a heavily bandaged chest that doesn't quite cover a large vertical scar. Chains and other gothic decorations hang from a few pins in the jacket, though nothing that stands out too much. An open belt is wrapped around her waist, over her jacket, and from each end hangs a small metal cross. These crosses hang down over a rather immodest black miniskirt, although not much is revealed by this, as she also wears long black stockings up to her thighs, leaving only a little bit of skin exposed. The only other distinguishing mark about her is that the sleeves of her jacket unbutton to the elbows. One of these sleeves is unbuttoned to reveal a large metal bracer that covers her whole forearm.
Weapon: The Lance of Longinus.
The legendary spear of much renown among certain religious circles. This weapon is said to be the one that pierced the side of Christ, and is considered a holy relic, as it has been doused with his blood. Considering it was not made as a holy weapon, but was enchanted after its creation, it looks exactly like a standard old Roman spear.
Powers: Mercy gets her only power from her weapon, which is imbued with healing magic. In the hands of a benevolent person, healing magic is a great blessing to everyone it touches. However, in the hands of a sociopath, healing magic can also be a great curse for anyone on the receiving end of her curiosity. Mercy can use the spear's magic to heal herself under certain circumstances, but the magic was not designed to assist the wielder. Instead, she uses it to keep her victims alive, or even revive them from the brink of death, so that she can kill them again.
Personality: In short words, Mercy is a corrupted child trapped inside of a woman's body. Her curiosity is endless, and her feelings are not fully developed. To society's eyes, she is a sociopath. She has murdered countless people, smiling and laughing as if she was pulling the legs off of an insect, or frying ants with a magnifying glass, only to bring them back to life and do it all over again. She has the knowledge of an adult, and the experience of a foll-grown woman, but the understanding of a child. She is quick to anger, and easily distracted, and her style of speech seems awkward to listen to, but she does not know any better inside of her own mind. It's just what she was taught.
Skills: Mercy is a trained assassin of the church, sent to exterminate the most brutal of heretics and demons, and gifted with a legendary artifact to accomplish this. She spent the better part of her life honing her physical abilities and fighting the worst and most dangerous enemies of the church, trained to come back alive no matter what. As such, she has pushed herself to the limits of her human body. However, her body is still very much human. She can't do anything a human could not do, and she makes the same mistakes a human might make. Though honed to near-perfection, her body can still die, can still suffer great wounds or be cripplied. And most of all, she is not completely conscious of herself. Sometimes, it could be said that 'the lights are on, but nobody is home.' That is potentially her greatest weakness.
(I would add a history, but it would spoil part of my Visual Novel, and that would be a tragedy to all of you, I'm sure :p)

Height/Weight: Hunched, bony
Appearance: An old and weathered man, who has seen countless eons pass him by, and it shows, very much. His deeply tanned skin is heavily wrinkled and creates many crags in his old face, now distorted with age. He looks as though he used to have some sort of ideal heroic physique, heavily muscled, broad jaw, peircing eyes, but now all that is left is a withered old man. He wears simple clothing. Brown pants that fit very loosely around his legs and a simple woolen shirt.
Powers: Aryus Ven was gifted with only one power: The power to create. Without limits, or rules, Aryus Ven can bring anything into existence. The limit is only his waning knowledge and faltering imagination. A weapon, an object, a person, a universe, he has the power to make anything he pleases. Because of his frailty, he must remake himself every day, to prolong his existence. At the end of every day, he creates a copy of himself, and at the end of every day, he dies. He cannot create an ideal body for himself, because then it would not be him. It could not hold his soul, and would only turn out to be a different person. He is forced to recreate himself as he is.
Personality: Weathered, to say the least. Many things have dropped from his perception of reality over the countless years. He has cast off his emotions, morals, and even the majority of his own being. He now simply exists, from day to day, year to year, decade to decade, and consistantly thinks about times past. Time has taken his eyesight away from him, so he can't even see the things that are in front of him. In the past he had many disciples, but now he lives a hermit's life, and has stopped looking for meaning. As such, he is impartial to everything. Like an ancient oak, he merely watches the world, unable to summon the motivation to change his lot. He has become more of an object than a person. A theoretical anomaly, unable to exist in this world, but too afraid of death to die properly.
Can you tell which of these two character I've spent a few months developing and which I just made up on the spot right now? xD
Also, I'm out of town working for about four days starting tomorrow, and odds are I won't be able to get at a computer, so unless you don't mind waiting, I won't really be able to respond to challenges and such.

Neff Casually walks into the middle of a yard. The yard is about three times the size of a football pitch decorated with a mesh fence made of an indestructable substance 20 feet high. there is nothing obvious around exept for a few half built walls scatered randomly around and a high steel post in the middle of the yard about 60 ft high. Neff casually with spear over his shoulder reaches the post and Leans gently against it and waits for something interesting to happen.

Mainly because Touhou powers are totally broken, usually. (The power to kill any mortal, anyone? Or the power to gap to whatever the hell I want?)
Besides, ripping off Type-Moon is more fun. (Aryus is like Matou Zouken meets The Prestige)
Aaand, I wouldn't worry too much about this thread dying 'cause of little old me. If Azazer is any indication, I might just add new life instead :3

Well, here's the idea guys. As of five minutes ago Nexus, Bedabest, and I planned an epic 2v2 battle with Nexus and Bedabest on a team. As you can see, I'm short a partner so whoever is interested can sign up for the fight. It's first come, first serve and make sure you specify which character you're using if you have multiples.

Mega Flare: Rhaksa's strongest spell. Combines several compound circles to perform a mighty non-elemental blast. Dangerous to even the caster and takes longer to cast even with Master's Crest.

Fire/Flame/Hellwave/Flare/Nova: Fire spells of varying levels.
Ice/Frost/Blizzard/Freeze/Diamond Dust: Ice spells of varying levels.
Wind/Gust/Storm/Tornado/Vacuum: Wind spells of varying levels.
Earth/Spike/Cataclysm/Debris/Earthquake: Earth spells of varying levels.
Lightning/Bolt/Vortex/Shock/Judgment Bolt: Lightning spells of varying levels.
Water/Drown/Drench/Flood/Tsunami: Water spells of varying levels.
Shadow Flare: Rank 5 Dark Circle Spell.
Holy: Rank 5 Holy Circle Spell.
Compound Circles: Combine magic circles to perform compound magics. Examples would be Thunderstorm (Lightning + Water) Gravity Well (Earth + Dark) Inferno (Fire + Wind), and Glass Storm (Earth + Fire + Wind). Dark + an Element will almost always produce a status effect spell like Slow(Earth), Silence(Wind), Poison(Water) or Dispel(Fire) if the circle being combined is of low rank. Likewise, Light + an Element will almost always produce a buffing spell like Haste(Wind), Regain(Water), or Blink(Fire) if the circle being combined is of low rank.
Spell Blade. Covers Rhaksa's blade in an element, changing it's properties. Only 1 spell blade can be activated at a time.
Fire Blade: Strong against Ice and has burning side effect.
Ice Blade: Strong against Wind and has paralyzing side effect.
Wind Blade: Strong against Earth and can create projectiles with sword.
Earth Blade: Strong against Lightning and makes the blade more suitable for shielding and piercing.
Lightning Blade: Strong against Water and can still do damage after being blocked.
Water Blade: Strong against Fire and can do damage to enemy's mana supply.
A person can only be enchanted with one element defense spell at a time
Flame Spikes: Fire defensive spell. Protects enchanted person from ice. Attackers will feel burning sensation when they approach. Getting too close to Rhaksa will physically burn the attacker.
Frost Spikes: Ice defensive spell. Protects enchanted person from wind. Spikes are invisible to attackers until they get closer. If pricked or stabbed by spike, body becomes paralyzed
Wind Veil: Wind defensive spell. Protects enchanted person from earth. Powerful winds can deflect attackers and cause them to miss.
Stone Skin/Rock Skin/Diamond Skin: Defensive earth spells of varying levels. Protects enchanted person from lightning. Makes skin as hard as stone. Protects heavily from physical attacks. All attack types become blunt damage of a rank lower.
Shock Spikes: Lightning defensive spell. Protects enchanted person from water. Attackers who's attacks are blocked become shocked with electricity if in close proximity to target.
Aqua Veil: Water defensive spell. Blocks and protects wielder from magic attacks up to a certain amount. (Has a natual protection against Fire)
Cure: Heal target (Used only when as a support character.)
Body Purifier: Heal physical abnormalities (Used only when as a support character.)
Physical
Fang of Lolth: Rhaksa's sword that produces chains like spider webs. Can be used for regular sword play but is used almost exclusively for the chains it produces. Broken chains will mend themselves and multiply. Chains will stick upon physical contact. Chains will only move under Rhaksa's will.
Psionic (Note, Psionic abilities are not effected by magic abilities, like wise, magic abilities are not effected by Psionic abilities)
Mental Sync: Syncs with targets mind when in battle to gain information from them. Is used automatically at the start of battle.
Mind Sphere: Once completely Synced Rhaksa can enter target's mental space and perform a series of questions or scenarios before passing judgment on a character. (Only used depending on the kind of battle the RP is.)
Sensory Manipulation: Once perfectly synced, can alter and effect targets motor functions and senses.
Psionic Ravage: Rhaksa's strongest psionic ability. If Mental Sync is used as the key to inter the door of his target's mind, Psionic Ravage is the battering ram used to knock down the castle walls that protect it. Transforms Rhaksa's hand into a bestial claw with psionic powers that is launched directly into the targets mind. Can crush any mental barrier. If the target's mind isn't superbly protected (and being strong of will doesn't count) it can be instantly crushed by Rhaksa if he isn't careful. That's if Rhaksa isn't trying to kill them that is. (Only used to perform Mind Sphere with targets of stronger mental ability.)
Psychokinesis: Control and move any force or object through the use of mental vectors. Is mostly used to control the chains produced by his sword but can be used for other uses, such as speeding up molecules or slowing them down to cause instant freezing or instant combustion with his mind. Can also influence other mental vectors. One of his more versatile abilities as it is almost limitless in it's uses. Can even reproduce the effects of some magical spells.
Action Cancel: Can send a high powered mental blast that disrupts the actions of any one in range.
Teleportation (Psionic): Psionic version of teleportation by opening and creating worm holes to travel over a given distance instantly.
Thoughtform: Can create an image in his mind and project it as an illusion.
Kinetic Barrier: Can block and absorb any non magical, kinetic force. all energy is released at a target at once with at Rhaksa's command.
Mind Purifier: Heal mental abnormalities (Used only when as a support character.)

Nexus you got that wrong for Psionics/Magic :3
Psionic resistance is normally calculated in part with Magic resistance :3
The fact that Psionics/Magic/Divine Magic are different abilities doesn't mean that they are all still capable of performing different miracles.
Magical Resistance is basically resistance against miracles. :3 (or something like that)

The timeline isn't completely set... If everyone made an in depth backstory to their characters we could probably come up with a good enough timeline.

Ok guys i Got really bored so i came Up with Abilties of Neff to give you a guys of what he can do.
Neff's
Abilities:-
Sword:
Cross Slash (series of four hit. three hits to weaken the opponent the forth to devistate), Sudden Cruelty (A fast move causing countless hits - light damage but can stun and cause confusion), Aoen of strike (A medium range attack, attacks with a barrage of beams leading to several fast hits), Cherry Blossom (the ultimate destructive sword skill), Judgement blade (channels holy light through the sword), Trancegression (channels darkness through your sword).
Spear:
Crimson tears (series of fast spear blows), vortex of Destain (spins the opponent in fast hitting holy attacks), vortex of blood (spins the opponent in fast hitting Dark attacks) (heals woulds slightly if it hits), Vortex of divition (componation of Blood and distain then finishes off with beam of holy and dark).
Claw:
Serious Violation (serious of high speed attacks), Point break (foucused hit, unblockable, Break the equipment if tried to be blocked)
Magic: (all magic need charing time)
Tier 1
Fire 1, Ice 1, bolt 1, cure 1.
Tier 1.5
Poisona, protect, shell, quake 1
Tier 2
Fire 2, Ice 2, Bolt 2, Cure 2

Haste, slow, holy beam, Doom cannon.

Abilities:-
Weapon Magic: (all sword magic is unblockable and near instant speed)
Judgement blade (explained above), trancegression (explained above), Cleansing strike (Channels holy magic through your sword) , Hallow bolt (rains justice upon your the foe from upon high), Decree Ruination (Set in a degree to heaven to show the opponent Retrabution), Shadow blade (seal the life fource of your foe), Dusk blade (Seal the mana of foe), Decree of damnation (Damn their soul to eternity of suffering)
Power words: (in detail)
Power words is the art of fource a soul to do whatever the commander wants. Generally speaking this is done in one word and is at the speed of sound. Powerwords are unblockable unless protected by magical means. Powerwords are generally focused on one target but can be done groups of foes.

Nexus you got that wrong for Psionics/Magic :3
Psionic resistance is normally calculated in part with Magic resistance :3
The fact that Psionics/Magic/Divine Magic are different abilities doesn't mean that they are all still capable of performing different miracles.
Magical Resistance is basically resistance against miracles. :3 (or something like that)

Unless you know, you go by a completely different rule set which I am~ Magic creates effects by actually performing a miracle. Psionics creates effects by altering the real world so it replicates that effect. Magic=Creating a Fire Ball, Psionics=Heating up the atoms in a space to cause combustion and then sending the force towards a target. Magic resistance would block the magic fire ball cause the fire ball itself is a miraculous force. However, the Psionic fire ball is actual fire and its creation and existance can be proven with science. Saber wouldn't be burned by a fire ball from Caster, but her mouth would still get burned if she ate something too hot from Shirou's cooking. Though, there is always that elemetnal 'element' you got to look out for. A psionic fire ball could still evaporate or be put out by a magic water ball.
And you can't set up an established canon time line or rule set for this RP as some characters are clearly from a primitive setting, while other characters have buisness suits and refer to real world places such as Japan. People even have completely different ways of using magic. Rhaksa controls elements in the air and fuses it with his mana to form Magic Circles to create spells. Who knows how the heck these other guys use their spells~
Hell, Rhaksa is actually from a Star Ocean like futur/steam punk setting where space travel is possible. One of his comrades is a sniper and uses anti-magic devices to fight yet Rhaksa still uses swords and psionics.

I talked with Azazer and it isn't protection from miracles but just the resistance of damage that would otherwise not be physically made.
Fire is still fire. Fire crafted through mana is in fact fire. The mana may stabilize the fire but the fire is still fire. Who is one to say that magical fire is not fire? Does it not emanate heat; does it not singe the flesh; does it not look like fire? It is fire in all sense. Psionics could cause combustion like a microwave oven. In that sense Magic Resistance would still protect you from the resulting fire. Albeit less effectively since it is sustained fire amongst the rules of earth; and not supported by a different form.

You know what? With all the discussion of psionic vs magic here are the rules that I'm implementing now.
Let's take the example of fire. Whether you create it via magic or psionic ability, it's still fire and as such it will do fire damage. However, creating it with magic will result in a much faster but weaker casting than if you were to use psionic ability. However, psionics would allow you to cast an extremely fine tuned and powerful fire than magic.
Despite their differences, both can be defended against with a resistance to Fire.

If it protects from that element in perticular, than yeah, psionic or magic, a fire protecting barrier will protect from fire. But if it is a general defensive spell, like say Shell, that protects against magic in general, then a Psionic fire would pass through it.
That's what I was trying to get at.

Aaaahhhh.... I see what you mean...
Magical fire would be blocked by magical barriers, while Psionic fire would be blocked by physical barriers.

Umm magic resistance is the resistance of all elements in general ._.
And Shell protects you from physical attacks. You're thinking of *bleh can't remember name*; however reflect reverses the flow of magic altogether. I'm not sure of the ruling with Psionics and Reflect. Honestly I think Psionics bounces off just like divine magic does.

this type of vector does exist mathematically. IRL Phyics due to mass and energy restriction its impossible to produce a trajectory with an infinite vector, however in mathematics its different. Even if fujinon's bending magic has zero mass as long as moves it could be said to contain a vector function. Spontanety doesn't have anything to do with vectors. Psionics
Psionics based illusions are not really "illusions." Or at least they aren't illusions in the classical sense of them. What psionic illusions are, are mental effects much more similar to hypnosis where you create a given effect by tricking the enemy's senses into believing that it is there. This is why psionic illusion powers are so much weaker than magic illusions (at face value).
As an example of this difference...a psionic "invisibility" forces a save for each individual looking at the manifester compared to magic where they can't. The benefits of a psionic invisibility is that no matter what senses they use, no matter how hard they check the people investigating will never detect the presence of the manifester if they've failed the initial check. The penalty, however, is the possibility of detection should the save be made.
Essentially you're saying "I'm not here" and people are making a save against that to say "No you are."
If you look at mental effects...this doesn't present a status effect as you are not actually befuddling or changing the state of the individual, instead you are affecting yourself; changing the signals you give off to create a reaction.
(This means Vector Manipulation wouldn't work unless you purposely blinded yourself from the effect...which would of course just mean you're blind to the individual anyway and the end result would be the same since you're cutting off any signals the individual might be producing)
Given that let's go to the Magic-Psionics Transparency Rule as set by DnD Second Edition, Third Edition, and 3.5. Magic and Psionics are considered separate when dealing with their specific counters. Dispel Magic will not work on a psionic power just as Dispel Psionics will not work on a magical spell. However, there are ways to counter it as you can specifically develop (or alter abilities provided) to match this. You can (essentially) create Psionic Dispel Magic or Magic Dispel Psionics. The DC necessary to invoke the effect and maintain it on the individual will of course increase, but the effect is nevertheless the same.
Furthering this Spell Resistance or Power Resistance is not entirely separate. A being with Spell Resistance will of course maintain some immunity to Psionic Powers but this number will typically fall by 10 (if above SR 20) or by 5 (if lower). This represents the being innate resistance to unnatural effects and is not negated entirely (unless specifically targeted).
Elements
An element is always defined by its primary nature and can be further penalized by its secondary nature. As pointed out by the Katekyo example the fire element can be split into multiple sub-elements, each with their own unique properties and abilities. Unfortunately for many settings this would mean that each element is negated simply by being resistant or immune to fire. Furthering that if Fire Lightning were used against someone with Lightning resistance or immunity it would lessen as well due to its secondary property. However, if the Fire Lightning were used against someone with Ice resistance no penalties would take place.
Essentially any dual-element can conceivably be born. But unless it's specifically stated that the thing is not made of the primary element it'll be subject to the penalties of both.
An example of a primary elemented spell:
Dark Fire
Conjuration (Fire)
A blast of unholy flames engulfs the target
An example of a non-primary elemented spell:
Shadow Bolt:
Conjuration (Shadow)
A jagged lightning bolt composed of shadows strikes the individual
In these examples the former spell would be blocked by either a Circle of Protection (Evil) or Fire Resistance/Immunity. In the case of the latter electricity resistance would not work but something that blocks shadows would.

And yet it still doesn't solve anything as fiction is limitless. There are as many different rules that govern magic as there are different worlds one can imagine for a story setting. I mean, the three examples you used all come from different realms of fiction. This is N3cr0's RP, so the only rules that can limit what we create for our characters are based on what he decides. Azazar's findings say Psionics is limited to only illusions despite the fact a character in the Drizzt books can use Psionics to deal real physical damage. Actually, Azazar only goes over the illusion portion of Psionics now that I look over it again.
And yes, Shell does protect against magic. Protect is the spell that protects against physical attacks.
And, if you go off of Final Fantasy IX, psionics isn't affected by reflect as the Owl monster's telekinesis can't be reflected IIRC

But what you said about there being many forms... why label it as psionics then? Why run it on the same principles as psionics? If you're going to copy only the benefits and leave out the faults of psionics then why call it that?

Psionics Rhaksa uses is like magic that is blocked by Protect instead of Shell, except for the Psionics that effects the mind, then you would block that by having a high INT level. Psionics is just a general term also. Like magic. Magic in Final Fantasy VIII is very different than Magic in Fate/Stay, but you still call both of them magic becaus in a way, it's the same thing.

Technically... magic in FF is pretty canon to magic in Fate... it's just TypeMoon wishes to put more explanation behind it. Imagine Shiro = Butz. etc etc.

Nah. It's just we wanted to get this out of the way on how it would work. Since people are bringing in different concepts of magic altogether.
Azazer likes DnD. I prefer TypeMoon. Then we have people who don't really run on a well explained system. Nothing much.

Well, if you go off the wikipedia defention of Psionics, yes, as Rhaksa is creating paranormal phenomena and magic like forces with his mind. Having such a strong mind, being able to access other people's minds just comes as a side effect. The Force, PSI from Earthbound, ect, it's all really just a form of Psionics under a different name.

Magic needs to be blocked by magic. It is fast, easy to cast, but quite weak unless intensely focused on (as in the kind of focus where you can't block or dodge anything). They emphasize control over your mana and precision strikes.
Psionic powers have to be blocked physically. They're slower, and more difficult to cast, but far more accurate and powerful and they form the basis of your general OMGWTFHAX spells. They emphasize the need to KILL THIS BITCH NOW! Regardless of the fact that you're going to blow up a city in order to do so.
