Final Party & Paradigm Setups

Currently messing around with the below team, each my favorite characters in the game going Fang/Hope/Lightning.

Lightning [Leader] | Fang | Hope

The Paradigms are setup by the above order of my party as you seen the order of the below setups of the Paradgims, so COM+COM+RAV would be Lightning, Fang, and Hope in that order.

Paradigm Setup

Diversity - RAV+COM+MED
Combat Clinic - MED+SEN+MED
Aggression - COM+COM+RAV
Delta Attack - COM+SEN+RAV
Relentless Assault - RAV+COM+RAV
Evened Odds - MED+SAB+SYN

I'd like everyone to share to what there using or any strategies that have been working out for you. I tend to see myself switching Aggression out for Solidarity which is COM+SEN+MED.

Depending on who I have these might change, but good ones I use are

Relentless Assault: For staggering
Aggression: For after stagger
Solidarity: For defensive attacking
Diversity: For healing attacking
Delta Attack: For defensive after stagger

I haven't really got far enough in the game to rely on Syn's and Sab's, only upto Chapter 8 :3
But usually I start off with Relentless, if I stagger, I switch to Aggression, if I get low on health, depending on the situation I might use Delta or Diversity, or even Combat Clinic if I am really low on HP, but you can see the basic idea.

lack of double medic for emergency healing is fail

honestly i only got to play the game a bit at friends but some of my favourite paradigms i could use at the time were

rav- medic medic
syn- medic- syn (cause the two syns had different spells or w/e)
rav- rav-rav
commando-rav-medic

Once you get your Syn jobs high enough level, they have all the buffs, so you only need one, unless you are desperate at the time.

And I was gonna say, I had a spare paradigm slot, and I also mentioned Combat Clinic for emergencies.....

However, Fang is now a competent Ravager, so I might switch Exploitation to Tri-Disaster (Rav/Rav/Rav) and change the order on Ruthless to Com/Sab/Rav.

Right now, I'm using Fang, Lightning, and Hope with this setup:

1. COM / RAV / RAV
2. COM / COM / RAV
3. SEN / MED / MED
4. COM / RAV / MED
5. SAB / MED / SYN
6. SAB / RAV / RAV

I'm working on maxing the Crystarium, and the characters are about halfway through their 5th jobs. After I max them all and finally get a fucking Trapezohedron to drop, I'll switch someone out for Hope or Lightning, maybe, and work on some different setups for Vercingetorix.
