i pretty much agree with where exdeath is placed, as he can only counter and well, Cloud can disable his blocks in Ex mode, which is awesome :D

Whaaaaaat! I though Gabranth was higher tier than that, and it seems to me that his win % and matchup strength should cause Gabby to be higher tier, imo.

Is the reason he is low tier because of his limited number of matchups with less-used chars like OK and Firion? Or is he low tier because of the massive number of Squall mainers who use the only char that appears to consistently beats him?

@RavenCarver: It looks like the tier list data is not in sync with the Match up Chart and Character Ranking for now.


The Current Tier List is "based on results and professional input." I don't think the results are yet incorporated or necessary argumentation took place to re-arrange character tier list yet. Obviously Gabranth is not low tier from the Character Ranking. Ultimately he will probably rise on the tier list -- too early to make definite conclusions.

Also, don't forget that all those 0.0% in everyones match up section usually represent match ups that have never even happened (or only happened once/twice with them being losses) so until we see things fill up a little better, everyone is going to have to hold on and give it time.

As Wedge said, everyone will be using this as a tool to help flush out a more accurate tier list so look forward to that.
