^ What Hyne said. (Though I have 0-Form back and Auraball Forward...)
Fusillade should only be used on an open area against characters that would run away alot. The prime example of this is Gabranth. It can however be a dangerous weapon in Ex-Mode, but the fact that usually Cloud of Darkness does alot better on closed stages than open stages usually puts this move on the sidelines.
Aura Ball however can be ex-cancelled. If the timing is correct you can also Ex-Link the Aura Ball. It can also combo into other moves easier than Fusillade.
At the end of the day both moves are rarely used. If you feel you'll be in an open space with someone who's going to run away alot AND someone who can't punish Fusillade, go Fusillade. Otherwise, Go Aura Ball. IT's never wise to go without either though since it's a potential move that can make or break a game.
For Ground: Ground is a little more tricky. I think Hyne's moveset is the best (It's the one I've been pushing on people.) However Long Range DOES have it's uses. It can go through walls of Pandaemonium quite well (Which is a good stage for CoD) and has decent tracking. The only downside to Long Range however is the insane startup and cooldown time of the attack (Even in Ex-Mode.)
Feint on the other hand can be Ex-Linked from what I've experimented with it. As soon as the person tries to punish CoD coming up, they get smacked by the blast. Feint can also give you also ALOT of movement in Ex-Mode when you're HP spamming and don't want to wait for the cooldown time of her attacks. Feint can also be used in a wall rush combo in Ex-Mode with Ground 3 -> Feint -> Wallrush -> Ex-Burst. (This can kill quite easily.)
NEVER use Wide Angle. This is the universal truth of all CoD players. It looks good, but it has almost no uses.
Anti-Air, Wrath and 0-Form are staples to her game.
High Priorty Ability List:
Snooze and Lose is becoming essential to most characters. CoD is one who really benefits thanks to Wrath and her HP attacks.
Counter Attack: Useful for her Brave attacks since they hit like a truck AND are usually used to intercept attacks.
Sneak Attack: Not so useful as Counter Attack, but always a staple outside of KAoS.
Riposte: A must have since this can change the flow of a game. Wrath + Riposte will win you a couple of games. I assure you of that.
Ex-Mode Critical: I love Ex-Mode Critical. Not many other people do, but it essentially gives you 100% criticals while in Ex-Mode. Guess who benefits from that? Mostly Terra and Kefka, but Cloud of Darkness loves it also.
Not so High priorty but still useful:
Back to the Wall: Free Criticals = Good. Back to the Wall will punish chippers. Combine with Achy+ for more laughs.
Catnip: Free Criticals = Good. Catnip usually punishes both chippers AND OHKO characters.
Anti-EX: Punishes Gabranth and other people who use EX quite often. It's usually used against me aswell. Frowny Face =(.
Disable Counter Attack OR Disable Riposte: Although banned in KAoS, if you're not using KAoS rulings then use one of these disables. Disable Counter will stop you taking a huge amount of damage from a WHIFF'd HP attack. Disable Riposte will stop you taking a huge amount of damage from a bad Tentacles. BECAUSE you can only equip one you should choose wisely.

This is terribly true. When I first saw this, I almost shat myself. But when I saw it stop a few feet in front of me, it's just like "OH.... Ok."
And then when I found out you can dodge INTO it. I was so disappointed that I couldn't use this.
My opinion on Long-Range. Personally, I do not use it. It has awesome tracking at close range, but the tracking wanes as the opponent is further away, and the move just gets crapper and crapper. HP-attack-cancel doesn't do much to it either. I'm not saying don't use it, but if you are confident and know it's uses, it can be useful.
Fusilade is almost the same reasoning as Long-Range. It has fairly slow start up. I think it may only have very few combos. If any.

I think I saw a video of an ex COD comboing fusilade with Oform but that's a really rare chance of happening I recomend aura ball better even thoug I find myself not using it at all but it's more useful than fusilade. I sometimes wonder if I'd rather not use any of those two and use the cp for something else.

Do i have to have snooze and loose? It takes up a pretty big amount of CP.
