I would like to start this on about September 4th. Each round will last 4-5 days.
Rules:
Double elimination
BLANKRounds: Best of 3
BLANKGames: Best of 3
BLANKFinals: Best of 5
You must pick ONE character and stick with them for the tournament
You can use Mu and Makoto (if Valkenhayn is out by the start date, he is also allowed)
You may switch your character up to the end of sign-ups
You CANNOT do the following:
BLANKSwitch characters during a match
BLANKUse unlimited characters
BLANKUse easy specials/beginner mode
Winners will be ranked using a Ranbat-esque point system.
1st: 10 points
2nd: 7 points
3rd: 5 points
4th: 3 points
5th: 2 points
All others: 1 point
