DLC?

A friend of mine is very much involved with the discussions on Duodecim and is up to date with a lot of the news. Apparently every character is supposed to get a DLC outfit. I don't know about you guys, but I hope with everything that she gets her gunner outfit. What do you think on the matter?

i hope not, it just doesn't fit at all with the way she plays in 012, and imo would look really stupid

even in X-2 she was still considered a Summoner...that may not be how she played, but it was her title

But her Job in the X-2 was Gunner. Summoner was a title like "lord" or "master," and she never used a staff while she was a Gunner, it just wouldn't fit, y'know?

I'd like to see her samurai or dark knight costumes, they'd be awesome. They'd only sorta work though, becuase they both use swords instead of staves :/

The White Mage Dressphere was kind of cool, In my opinion.
Rikku's Black Mage was the best.

I think Songstress could work, replacing the staff with a microphone. White/Black Mage would obviously work. I'd think Mascot would be fun, but I highly doubt that one.

I'm just tired of seeing the same outfits being recolored...I think the gunner outfit really changes it up a bit. Plus, it's her most common outfit in the game...at least when you look at cutscenes and everything. Also, it's the same outfit she uses in Kingdom Hearts, and almost every character has a KH outfit, so this makes the most sense to me.

In the game "Tactics Ogre" (Squeenix game) you can unlock a class called a Terror Knight, which is basically the equivalent of the Dark Knight. They can wield staves, so hopefully they can make her like that. That'd be bad ass.

That Dark Summoner Yuna doesn't even look like Yuna. Looks more like an OC to me.

And I still hold that the White Mage Suit should be held off for Garnet!

That and Prototype Tidus would be awesome. I wonder if there's some concept/prototype Jecht somewhere.

Prototype Tidus or Shuyin would be fine, though I'm leaning more towards Shuyin because they could change the sword (Unless they got lazy like with Cloud -.-). I'm thinking they'll go with something original for Jecht, like with Kuja and Vaan.

It doesn't make much sense at all really. I think the concept art idea makes the most sense. And in case you didn't notice, none of the DLC so far are recolors, so it wouldn't really be "changing things up a bit."
Matter of fact, a lot of the new ALTs aren't recolors. Some of them are, but a large number are not. If its not going to be her Concept art appearance, then I hope for White Mage, because I want anything EXCEPT gunner Yuna. I hated her gunner outfit, and it makes no sense since it would look completely off. Her white or black mage outfit would work perfectly, but I'm hoping for Concept art Yuna.

So then they DO attack. And they do usually have some white mage enfeebling spells that are cast on enemies. They also have other light based offensive magic like in addition to Holy spells.

That doesn't take away the fact that White Mages aren't offensive. But if Squeenix wants to make her that way, that's their decision.

I don't think any of her Summons even have the words "holy" in it. Since her attacks are mostly elemental (megaflare seems to be neutral, but Ixion has thunder, ifrit has fire, shiva has ice, valefor has.... whatever) it seems black mage would fit her better.
I think she would look good as White mage myself, I'm just saying, probably not gonna happen =\ Black mage seems a bit more likely

but dressphere costumes from x-2 are likely, i mean look at bartz, his dlc is just screaming for his popular job classes. the dressphere concept was based of the ff5 job system after all.
