Introduction:
The War of the Holy Grail is the competition created by SE.RA.PH. to determine the ownership of the omnipotent wish-granting device, the Holy Grail of the Seventh Heaven. A replication of the original Heavens Feel carried out in the city of Fuyuki, the might of the Moon Cell allows for partial deviation. Nonetheless, those who seek to participate must be aware of the brutality of both action and consequence...

Setting:
Tsukumihara Academy
A transient world created within the spiritual cyberspace program known as SE.RA.PH. to act as a staging ground for the Holy Grail War of the Seventh Heaven. As such Tsukumihara Academy is not located in the real world, but rather it is an artificial Reality Marble tasked with recreating the setting of Fuyuki City within the Moon-Cellular Automaton. Centered on its recreation of Homurabara Academy, this world has managed to maintain the overall “feel” of Fuyuki City, except with a few noticeable differences.

Homurabara Academy has been replaced by Tsukumihara Academy
An underground arena and dungeon has been created below the Academy

Extra Information:

The Status Quo – Summary of Events:
The current accepted status of the world: planetary unification has been reached through the economical domination of the Western Zaibatsu. As a result, the humanitarian goals of ending world hunger, poverty, and disease have been met. However, in turn, the level and degree of acceptability within a culture are now determined largely by the Zaibatsu, a fact which has led to the stagnation of development in science and technology.
For many, this gradual shift in leadership has been both foreseeable and acceptable. But, for others, the Zaibatsu is seen as little more than a tyranny under the veneer of a benevolent enterprise. And for this reason both sides, the Zaibatsu and the rebellion, have invested their efforts in reaching the core of the Moon-Cellular Automaton – an enigmatic device that can rewrite the very fabric of reality.

Od (Oddic Energy) is no longer available in the real world
Magecraft no longer exists as a widespread phenomenon
A greater majority of the Magus Societies have fallen
Atlas and the Praha Association being two examples of surviving associations
The world is technologically and scientifically caught at the early twenty-first century (where we are at now)
Unfinished and emerging technologies of this time can be considered nonexistent beyond a certain point.

The Participants
Masters:
The title of “Master” is given to participants of the Holy Grail War of the Seventh Heaven and designates their right to control the Servant bound to him or her through the Command Seal. Unlike the previous Grail Wars of Fuyuki, Masters in the War of the Seventh Heaven are not necessarily Magus’ and instead must be adept at influencing spiritual cyberspace. It is said that Masters who have lost are “deleted” or “removed” from reality.
The number of possible participants in the war is unknown, but for the sake of keeping it simple, there are as many Masters as there are participants in the RP.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Servants:
Servants are Heroic Spirits provided by the Moon Cell at the behest of the SE.RA.PH. program. Classified as familiars (or more specifically: Ghost Liners), Servants are bound to the will of their Masters so long as a Command Seal remains. Created from information stored within the Moon Cell, Servants represent myths, legends, and other special phenomena that have occurred within the past, present, or in some rare cases, the future. Thus each Servant fits within the domain of Historia or Mythologia, and due to the constraints of the Grail are assigned a Servant Class that modifies their basic stats.

Terminology (http://himawaribeam.wordpress.com/fate-extra/concepts/):
Moratorium:
Unlike the Holy War of Fuyuki, the Holy War of the Seventh Heaven as a period of time known as the Moratorium. Lasting one week, this grace period was designed for competitors to acquaint themselves with the layout of the land and so that they may make alliances, truces, or even enemies of other Masters. Essentially this is to make up for all of the meta-gaming that will undoubtedly occur before the actual RP starts. =w=
Command Seals:
As with the original wars of Fuyuki City, the Command Seals are a “contract” with a Servant. When activated these Seals can be used to perform a miracle that can force a Servant to perform a task that would normally be impossible or as a method of exact obedience. Of course these Seals only have three uses and as a result only two may be used without being disqualified. As a reminder; Servants with particularly high Magic Resistance are capable of resisting the influence of Command Seals.

Equipment - Code Casting:
Active or passive abilities caused by equipping special pieces of equipment that can be purchased from Non-Player Characters or created through hacking. Due to their inherent utility and their ability to directly alter reality within cyberspace, Code Casting equipment is considered to be the successor of Magecraft. Generally speaking, the better a character is at Hacking, the better a piece of equipment can be. However, it is important to keep in mind that any specific piece of equipment is limited only by the boundaries of the Master.
[Note]
Code Casting still incurs an activation or passive cost.

I'll edit this post as necessary.

For Servants:
Class Name:
Saber: Servants placed within this class are agile and powerful melee warriors. It is commonly assumed to be the best class overall, with high ratings in all categories. It is one of the three Knight classes, together with Lancer and Archer and also possesses the Riding skill like the Rider class.

Lancer: Servants placed within this class are very agile and skilled with long-range melee weapons, such as spears, lances, etc. It is one of the three Knight classes, together with Archer and Saber.

Archer: Servants placed within this class are usually proficient with projectiles and can survive longer without a Master nearby, thanks to their special ability Independent Action. It is one of the three Knight classes, together with Lancer and Saber.

Rider: Servants placed within this class place emphasis upon speed and powerful Noble Phantasms. Their special skill is Riding, which allows them to fully utilize abilities of their mounts (ranging from simple horses, through motorcycles, to divine creatures).

Caster: Servants placed within this class are adept in magecraft and have a special ability akin to Reality Marble, called Territory Creation, which alters or creates space around them to enhance their sorcery.

Assassin: Servants placed within this class are normally one of the nineteen Hassan i Sabbah, the leaders of the clan of the Hashshashins who passed their name down. However, through the machinations of the Moon Cell this rule has been ignored, instead this class available for those Heroic Spirits who relied on stealth or assassination techniques. But due to the contradiction between the perfect Assassin being unknown, most contenders would default to an Hassan i Sabbah. The Skill of the Assassin class is Presence Concealment, an ability which allows them to remain undetected through most means. This trait helps to offset the typical lack of strength and weaker combat skills.

Beserker: Servants placed within this class are always incarnations of heroes who have gone berserk on their lifetime. This trait allows them to use the special ability Mad Enhancement, which trades their consciousness (i.e. sanity) for a large power boost. Most Masters are incapable of controlling their Servant once Mad Enhancement has been activated, which eventually results in their death.
True Identity: The Servant’s real name. If the Servant’s true identity is written in another language, be sure to provide an English translation.

No, seriously, what? Is this like a character registration for an RP?

The original name for the Fate/RP was taken by Shin before he abandoned it some time ago. =3=
But yeah it's a character registration.

Okay, so..Do I need to pick one or the other, or can I be a Master and have a servant, or vice-versa?

You play as the pair.

What are the limitations for each thing that is required?
Like for your Servant, 1 class skill only? Or more? The only thing that might have only one of would be a Noble Phantasm and Saber has two.
And does your Servant have to be a real historical/mythical person, or someone that you have created is find as well?
And does your Sevant's Parameter get modified? What are the restrictions on such?

Oh. Um...Thanks for that. I'll give it some thought.

It's on you to decide what's fair and what isn't, really. Of course it all goes through Azazer, so he'll decide, but, for example, my Archer has 2 Noble Phantasms and a variety of skills (though relatively low stats)

If you need a reference, look up the official stats of any Servant in F/SN except Gilgamesh.

EDIT: I will also be posting my character shortly, so you can see what I mean. Azazer, if you want to retcon my abilities, PM me. I want to get a design out in public ASAP so that people know what they're doing (The practical application of your walls of text)

What are the limitations for each thing that is required?
Like for your Servant, 1 class skill only? Or more? The only thing that might have only one of would be a Noble Phantasm and Saber has two.

Servant Class Skills are limited by the Class they are assigned. As an example a Berserker would only have one class skill (Mad Enhancement), while a Caster would receive two skills (Territory Creation and Item Construction). The personal skills, on the other hand, are determined entirely by the character you choose as a Servant and should be decided in moderation. Use your judgement as best you can and remember to provide an explanation as to why the Servant would possess the skill.

And does your Servant have to be a real historical/mythical person, or someone that you have created is find as well?

Correct, it has to be someone from real world history, mythology, or legend. However, they must be human or at least partially human (or given a circumstance where they become "human" in goal). I know the rule's a bit odd but if you're willing to either post here or PM me who you'd like to use I can give you a more definitive answer.

And does your Sevant's Parameter get modified? What are the restrictions on such?

The base parameters I provided are modified by who your Servant was, the compatibility between Master and Servant, and the amount of mana

The base parameters I provided are simply the most common or "average" stats given to Heroic Spirits who aren't particularly well known or powerful. In most cases (for RPs), a Servant will possess higher than average stats that are based on his or her history, the affinity between Master and Servant, and traditionally the amount of mana that can be provided by the Master for upkeep (though this last bit has been removed).

Overall try your best at designing the characters and as Ghurdy said: I'll be there if any help is needed.

Piper's Flute: (Support) C
A flute Caster uses. While the flute itself is not actually a flute but a manifestation of wind instruments themselves. It maintains the form Caster chooses it to maintain while he plays.
Allure of the Piper: (Anti-Army) C-A+
Caster controls anything in range, a field to the viscinity of a small town, while playing his Flute. The Flute and the noise from it are not actually the source of the hypnotism but in fact just the actions of Caster playing the flute. The actual spell is cast straight from Caster and the flute is there for appearance alone.
-Crusade of Death: (Anti-Army) N/A
Through the use of those under the Piper's charm; an army of 30,000 children, a sea of rats, etc. All under the Piper's Charm can be enhanced with "Mad Enhancement: A" and "Monstrous Strength: C+".
Pestilence: EX
A reality marble of Casters. Disease scourers the surrounding infecting any whom Caster has not chosen to infect. The Disease itself is not transferred via normal means of micro-organisms; while the actual root of the illness inflicted is an accumulation of the effect of different epidemics from the past. An embodiment of an age wrought of death and sickness. (the surrounding is filled with a dark haze that obstructs the senses and dulls the mind. Heightens paranoia and discomfort for those inside)
Appearance: http://img690.imageshack.us/img690/8927/piperl.png
Personality: Aloof and Distant.
History of True Identity:
Casters true form is not that of the Pied Piper but pestilence itself. Summoned by an ill musician through the Moon Cell; the pestilence took form in the shape of a story of an epidemic in past that had brought death to countless children, rodents, and the elderly.
While the Master of Caster has since been cured; or at least lively. He spends his leasure time playing songs with Caster. Caster itself is not actually present as a sentient being. While Caster has taken the form of the Pied Piper; in actuality the form is nothing more than a mere puppet (in context to the fact that neither the Caster nor the Master is actually it) and the true form of Pestilence is infact residing in the master itself.
Miscellaneous Information: Caster dislikes vibrant multi colored attire.

Pestilence: A
The [Pestilence] allows for Caster, an irregular servant, to take on the shape envisioned by it's master during a fevered dream. The personification of a mysterious disease-like phenomena that affected Hamelin, the body of Caster is actually the repository of various unsolved illnesses that have threatened humanity over its existence on Earth. As such a personification Caster is capable of projecting the symptoms of these diseases over others through a stigmata that appears on the victim's body and spreads as his or her condition weakens.

[Ability 1] - [Mark of Something]
Induces various disease symptoms that begins with those of a light fever before slowly mimicking deadlier diseases. If a victim were to suffer the full effects it would take roughly three days to invoke severely debilitating effects, and the fifth day resulting in death. Requires Caster or someone suffering from this ability to be in contact with the individual.

[Ability 2] - [Enter Name Here]
A weaker version of the Night of Wallachia that causes fevered hallucinations to become partially real. Under the control of Caster of course.

Okay, this is what I've got for right now. I may go back and edit it a bit later.
Name: Graham von Gentry
Gender: Male
Age: 45
Physical Abilities: Though getting on in age, Graham is a long-time practitioner of the martial art of Ninjutsu. He is skilled in the arts of deception and tactics, but especially skilled with any form of weapon, including his bare hands. However, his age has slown him down recently, and his movements are not as polished as they used to be, nor is his fortitude as strong as it used to be. However, he still possesses great strength and agility.
Mystic Code: Because of his trade, and because he isn't much of a mage, Graham carries a mystic code in the form of a Kusarigama, which he has simply named "la Chevalier," after Marcel Chevalier, the last formal executioner in the country of France. When activated, the length of chain attached to the weapon can lengthen or shorten according to the user's will. This allows him to use the weapon in both close quarters and long range, and also allows him to deviate significantly from his standard training, into more creative and strategic usage. Along with this formal mystic code, he also carries with him several weapons of his trade.
Appearance: Graham portrays himself to this world in two forms: One is a hooded man in a simple burlap cloak, and the other the appearance of a refined gentleman in semiformal clothes. He has salt-and-pepper hair and a closely trimmed moustache.
Personality: Cold, and calculating, though not unfriendly towards people (he can sometimes be somewhat blunt)
Biography: Graham has spent the majority of his life searching for his true calling. He has studied on a wide variety of different subjects, progressed in a number of martial arts, learned the performing and fine arts, and has dabbled in many sciences. Because of this he is a sort of Renaissance Man in his age. His real passion, though, is ancient greek artifacts. He has extremely powerful connections in the archaeological underworld and black market, dealing with greek artifacts, and this is how he came across his legendary item (A petrified fragment of the trojan horse) from whence he summoned his servant.)
Miscellaneous Information: Graham's wish is simply 'To make history,' and he is not shy about revealing it. As such, the very war he is fighting in is the fulfillment of his wish, and he is content to, if he is victorious, grant his servant's wish. As such he has extremely close ties to his servant, as well as access to all three of his command seals (whereas other masters would not risk the third.) Because of this harmony, he and his servant make an especially dangerous pair, and the usual strategy of taking out the master is far less effective on him.

Class Name: Archer
True Identity: Odyssia (Recorded name: Odysseus AKA Ulysses)
Master: Graham von Gentry
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Parameters:
STR B+ CON D+ AGI B MGI E LCK C+
Higher luck comes from the influence of the gods, as well as very high servant/master general compatibility. High Strength comes from legends. Higher AGI comes from high servant/master compatibility in the realm of stealth/dexterity. Lower CON comes from servant/master harmony in non-engagement (doesn't like direct combat)
Class Skills:
Independant Action - A - Able to survive for up to a week without a contract. May be further sustained by receiving a large amount of prana. (If at any time Odyssia's original contract is nullified, her Noble Phantasm 'Trojan Horse' ceases to function to conserve energy. It may be reactivated at the cost of half her remaining time.
Personal Skills:
10 Years Voyage - A - Able to emulate the following skills at a low level under certain conditions:
Charisma - Able to take charge and increase morale among a small group of allies (5 or less). A Rank.
Riding - Able to ride boats or similar vessels, even when unfamiliar with the controls. D Rank
Military Tactics - When cornered with allies, able to devise great plans, whose success rate gets increased proportionally to the risk of the plan - B Rank
Favor of Olympus - C - By regularly receiving prophetic messages from the gods, Odyssia is able to occasionally predict the tide of battle, or have knowledge about what is needed to win against a certain opponent.
Noble Phantasms:
Nameless Bow - Rank A (Anti-Personnel)
While not strictly a legendary weapon, due to its lack of mystical powers, or a name, Odyssia's bow is nonetheless firmly tied to her legends and is important to her character. As such it has been granted legendary properties. The bow can only be used by Odyssia herself, and treats any arrow fired from it as an A-rank magic spell. Any skill that negates spells of A-rank or lower also negates the magical properties of the arrow fired in this way, although the arrow itself is still viable as a normal weapon.
Trojan Horse - Rank A (Passive)
Similar to Assassin's class skill 'Presence Concealment,' Odyssia is able to foil any security measure that would otherwise prevent her from entering into an area, by appearing as 'friendly.' This extends to technological threats such as security cameras (in which she does not even show up) and retinal/fingerprint scans, as well as magical boundaries or shields. Enemy magi and servants also cannot detect Odyssia's hostile presence. While they can detect her existence (though her magical presence is relatively small for a servant,) they cannot determine whether she is friendly or hostile at any time. This ability also extends to nearby allies. (Note that this skill cannot be dispelled while Odyssia still has a connection to her master. The tie must first be broken, at which point the skill deactivates itself.)
Appearance: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v633/Ghurdrich/37ae2faca972b6f29a893ef2b19bdf3b.jpg
Personality: Just as the legends say, Odyssia is Cunning, Wily, and Cruel. She is arrogant and can sometimes be boisterous, but all that is merely an act to conceal her shrewd and calculating interior. Often underestimated because of her lack of raw combat power, her enemies are often overwhelmed by her strategy and tactics, as well as her ability to support her allies.
History of True Identity: A famous hero, called by many names and recorded in Homer's Iliad and more in the Odyssey. After playing a major role in helping win the Trojan War, Odyssia spent 10 years at sea, overcome by many trials, in order to return to her home and her wife, Penelope. At the end of her journey, she found her wife courted by many suitors. Unable to recognize Odyssia due to her long absence, Penelope held an archery contest. The person who could string Odyssia's bow and shoot it through a dozen axe heads would win her love. However, of all who tried, none but Odyssia could even string the bow. And after shooting through the dozen axe heads, Odyssia killed the other suitors, and rejoined her wife, to live happily ever after... Or so it was recorded.
Miscellaneous Information: Homer's story depicts the major historical inaccuracy of Odyssia being portrayed as a male. However, analysis of the information reveals that 'Odysseus' is always referred to as 'Cunning' or 'Wily.' While strength and stubbornness are often attributed to Ancient Greek heroes, cunning and wiles are often reserved for tricky and deceitful females. However, since the story of the Trojan war is, at base, a tale of the corruption that women can bring upon men, Homer decided it would be best to depict Odyssia as a male, so as to not pollute the metaphor.

As a note, once I saw Suppi's character, I did buff mine more than I was originally planning to, so there are a few things that should get debuffed first, if anything needs debuffing. Namely I bumped Nameless Bow up from a B rank to an A rank, as well as I was pretty generous in increasing her luck.

If Charisma is the ability to lead armies and nations, Trust of the People is the natural talent necessary to win over the local populace and maintain their trust without aggression. At this rank Archer is capable of quelling civil unrest, preventing rioting, and other acts of mass violence.
Subversive Activities:
Rank: B
A skill representing Archer’s expertise at setting traps. At this rank Archer is capable of reducing the enemy’s total military forces by up to 40% between each stage of their advancement. Archer’s effectiveness of skill increases and decreases depending on the environment, situation, and tools at hand.

Noble Phantasm (宝具):
Yew Bow – Designs of Destiny
Rank: B
A brilliantly designed recurve bow made for Archer. Crafted from the heartwood of a Yew tree from a forest close to Archer’s abode, the Yew Bow is a bringer of life and death. When an arrow is fired from the bow a “sinner’s heart” will result in an explosion of mana, while those touched by the bow will be cleansed of pollutants. Upon activation the bow reveals its true form and allows Archer to take full advantage of the first ability by allowing detonation in mid-flight so long as the target has “sinned.” However due to her memory loss Archer doesn’t seem to remember what the exact command phrase of the weapon was.
Apostate’s Ring - A Maiden's Wish
Rank: C
The Apostate’s Ring is simple silver ring given to Archer by her beloved. When worn the ring protects Archer from the effects of low-ranking magic and masks her presence as a Servant (but not as a participant of the Holy War). Though her memory now fails her, Archer continues to find this ring precious to her and wears it as a symbol of who she was.
Blades of Scarlet - Blood's Lament
Rank: B
Consisting of a pair of evenly balanced blades, these weapons allow for the emulation of the greatest sword fighter to stand alongside Archer. When wielded in combat the twin swords are wreathed in a brilliant flame that reflects the disposition of the man associated with these weapons.
Personality:
Despite having her identity absorbed into the tales and ballads of Robin Hood, Archer seems to have maintained her own principles of being generous, pious, and courteous to the people. This type of attitude often puts Archer at odds with both those that seek to maintain or break the status quo of the world and in some cases even with her Master. However during combat Archer prefers to fight from the shadows unless confronted by an enemy she deems “honorable.” Unlike the real Robin Hood, Archer seems to be sure of herself in almost any situation – a trait that undoubtedly brought about her end.
Appearance:
http://i55.tinypic.com/34s2ryx.jpg
History of True Identity:
As a wraith Archer has no recognizable identity, though she masquerades as a variation of the mythical yeoman, Robin Hood. And although Robin Hood has become a famous legend throughout much of Europe and the world, his exact stories and ballads are said to have been the product of other similar tales over the centuries. As a result Archer cannot remember exactly who she was or how she died instead all she remembers is her title as a Countess. From speaking with her it also seems that she cannot remember what exactly her reason for participating in the Holy War was…only that it must be fulfilled.

Well done indeed, Azzy. I'd applaud, but my dad's sleeping in the next room. I'd give you a pat on the back, but you're not within my physical reach. I'd take off my hat, but I'm not wearing one. I'd bow, but I'm sitting down.

Err...Good jo. Now all that's left for me is to put in the Master.

Also, I'd like to point out that as my servant is so similar to Assassin class, if there is a way to not be a Hassan (Like Sasaki Kojirou) I could make some edits and shift classes. That would free up the Archer class so we don't need to retcon the mechanics of the Holy Grail war (Although not being Hassan would already retcon the mechanics of the holy grail war >.>)

Ghurdy you didn't read the first posts did you? Fate/Extra is run with a system where Assassin can be set to those not of the Hassan group; and as a note you can have multiples of the same class running around. Also there are supposedly 128 participants in this psuedo holy grail war.

Class Name: Archer
True Identity: Odyssia (Recorded name: Odysseus AKA Ulysses)
Master: Graham von Gentry
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Parameters:
STR (筋力): B+ -> B
CON (耐久): D+ -> D+
AGI (敏捷): B -> B
MGI (魔力): E -> E
LCK (幸運): C+ -> C+
NP (宝具): n/a -> B
Class Skills:
Independant Action
Rank: A -> A
Able to survive for up to a week without a contract. May be further sustained by receiving a large amount of prana. (If at any time Odyssia's original contract is nullified, her Noble Phantasm 'Trojan Horse' ceases to function to conserve energy. It may be reactivated at the cost of three days.
Personal Skills:
10 Years Voyage
Rank: A -> A
Able to emulate the following skills at a low level under certain conditions:
Military Leadership:
Rank: C
The ability to command military forces in such a way that their overall performance is increased. At this rank Odyssia is capable of leading a small task force without penalty.
Maritime Navigation:
Rank: C
Maritime Navigation is the ability and expertise necessary to ride and control boats and similar vessels. At this rank Odyssia is capable of controlling small watercrafts of up to fourteen meters without knowledge or familiarity with the controls.
Military Tactics
Rank: B
When cornered with allies, able to devise great plans, whose success rate gets increased proportionally to the risk of the plan
Favor of Olympus
Rank: C
By regularly receiving prophetic messages from the gods, Odyssia is able to occasionally predict the tide of battle, or have knowledge about what is needed to win against a certain opponent.
Noble Phantasms (宝具):
Nameless Bow
Rank: A -> B
Type: Anti-Personnel
While not strictly a legendary weapon, due to its lack of mystical powers, or a name, Odyssia's bow is nonetheless firmly tied to her legends and is important to her character. As such it has been granted legendary properties. The bow can only be used by Odyssia herself, and treats any arrow fired from it as an A-rank magic spell. Any skill that negates spells of A-rank or lower also negates the magical properties of the arrow fired in this way, although the arrow itself is still viable as a normal weapon.

|
v
V
Strictly speaking the bow of Odyssia is not a legendary weapon and thus not a Noble Phantasm. However, despite this Odyssia claims this bow is firmly tied to her legends and important to her as an individual. Crafted in such a way that the bow can only be correctly wielded by Odyssia herself, this bow is able to fire any weapon by converting it into a missile formed of magical energy and have differing properties dependent on the item used. As a note, each missile acts as a spell cast through High-Speed Divine Words and consequently possesses the ability to ignore Magic Resistance below rank “A.”
Trojan Horse
Rank: A -> B
Self (Passive)
The tie must first be broken, at which point the skill deactivates itself.)

|
v
V
A Noble Phantasm born of the breaching of Troy. Similar to Assassin’s class skill “Presence Concealment,” Odyssia is able to foil any security measure that would otherwise prevent her passing by appearing as a friendly identity. This ability further extends to modern technological detection measures such as security cameras, retinal and fingerprint scans, as well as laser sensors and similar movement detection devices. Further enemy Masters and Servants are unable to detect Odyssia’s presence outside of combat unless already aware of her. Considered a “passive” ability Trojan Horse maintains a high upkeep cost and as such forces a majority of Odyssia’s prana expenditures to be invested in this Noble Phantasm and when inactive Odyssia’s MGI increases by one rank. The protection provided by this ability also extends to allies within a ten feet parameter.

Was bored and decided to make a Saber servant class instead of Caster. If anyone wants to use my idea of Pied Piper feel free to use him as I won't be using him anymore.
For Servants:
Class Name: Saber
True Identity: Sir Balin le Savage, the Knight of Two Swords
Master: (Above)
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Parameters:
STR (筋力): A
CON (耐久): B
AGI (敏捷): A+
MGI (魔力): C
LCK (幸運): D+
NP (宝具): A++

Class Skills:
Riding: B

Personal Skills:
Bravery: B
The ability to negate mental interference such as pressure, confusion and fascination. Bonus effect of increasing melee damage.

Disengage: E-
Incapable of retreating from battle; lest it be from personal motives or an ill fate.

Dual Arms Mastership: A+
The act of using Two weapons becomes second nature. Saber's mastery of Dual Arms Mastership is on the level where wielding two weapons can be classified as using a single weapon. However receives no bonus' for using a single weapon and a shield. Saber is capable of Dual Wielding two Two Handed swords, the Arondight in his right and the Tredine in his left, with the dexterity likeness of using two short swords.

Knight's Authority: A-EX
The authority of a knight to right the wrongs of others. Saber was known in his past to abuse this privliege and because of it is capable of inacting Retribution without any penalties towards him or others that would be affected from repercussions. Only those of equal or higher standings are unaffected by this privliege. Capable of allowing Saber to wield the Lance of Longinus without receiving any penalties from use or otherwise.

The Mistaken Knight: C+
Saber's identity, cursed or otherwise, becomes ambiguous to anyone who first lays eyes on him. Allies can mistake him to be an enemy or stranger, enemies can mistake him for allies. This applies to Saber whenever he is not wearing his coat of arms; his Noble Phantasm or even combat skills leave little interpretation to whom he could be. This ability and the curse of Arondight lead to Sabers ultimate demise to his own brother in an ill-fated duel where neither recognized each other as brothers till after their match.

Noble Phantasm:
Arondight: A++ (Anti-Unit) (White Varient - Pristine and Clear as the Lake) (http://typemoon.wikia.com/wiki/Alondite)
Range: 1-2
A holy sword that bears similiar design to the Excalibur; it's blade white and clean of sin, carved with Runes along the blade. It is a limitless sword capable of receiving any attack without taking damage that shines much like the water of the Lake. It was given only to someone who could be exalted as the "perfect knight", the strongest, bravest and truest knight of an era. While the Arondight is a holy blade in likeness towards Excalibur; it curses any who wield it to eventually kill the man they most hold dear.
It increases all of his parameters by one rank and the success rate of saving throws are doubled. While Arondight is equipped "Knight of (ill-fated) Luck" and "Riding" are locked from use.

Tredine: A (Anti-Unit)
Range: 1-3
Saber's original sword; used as an arming sword when wielded with Arondight. A pointed longsword designed for piercing plate armor. Commonly known as an Estoc; Saber's Tredine is a two handed variant which was capable of piercing the armor of Arturia's cousin in a duel rupturing his heart and piercing the other end of his breastplate.

Knight of (ill-fated) Luck: A++ (Support)
The ill-fated knight is cursed by this double edged Noble Phantasm. Saber is capable of drawing weaponry, of any type or specification achieving a rank of A or higher, laying in open sight. However the weapon drawn will also be a part of Sabers inevitavle downfall; whether it be repercussions of the act of using the weapon or death itself. Repercussions from this ability over-ride Saber's "Knight's Authority". Weaponry pulled are extra-ordinarily mundane in placement location; reasoning of why they are located near Saber of the time he drew the weaponry can only be explained as an act against common sense.

Appearance:
http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/699/knightsg.jpg
Personality:
Justified but Arrogant. Rash in nature. Action before thought.

History of True Identity:
Balin can be considered the strongest knight of King Arthur's court of Knights; if it wasn't for his rash action and his ill fated luck. He started his days as a low ranking knight who, under ill fated circumstances, fought Arturia's cousin in a duel and ultimately won with a decisive killing blow through his heart. The act of killing in a duel was something, in Balin's case, understandable however he was sentenced to imprisonment for murder. Upon release Balin takes up his place as a low ranking knight again.

Soon after a maiden intrudes the Kings Court claiming to hold a sword only the strongest and pure in heart could unsheathe. Taking upon the challenge the many knights that have gathered at King Arthur's court tried there best but to no avail. After all of the knights effort thwarted by this sword, including King Arthur himself, proves too much; the maiden remarks on how no one is worthy in the king's court and prepares for her leave. Balin, whom was waiting patiently with light of heart towards the situation at hand, interrupts the maiden and courteously asks for a chance at the sword. Through a small banter of his worth the maiden agrees. Balin unsheathes the sword effortlessly and remarks at its beauty, while the court remain dumb founded (due in part to Balin's situation and standings).

The maiden remarks towards Balin as he is the best knight she have ever found but in a line of compassion asks for the swords return. Balin blatantly tells her no and keeps the sword as his own; for he choose to take the sword not for the maiden but for himself. The maiden warns him that the bearer of the sword is cursed to kill the man he holds most dear and in consequence bring about his own ruin. Balin responds "I will take what befalls me". The maiden has no more to say and leaves the court saddened.

The tragic adventures of Balin after these events were short and numerous. In the span of a single fortnight lead the greatest night of the land undefeated in battle and the tragic death of the strongest knight by the hands of his brother. Balin was more than prepared for whatever was ahead of him as he blindly marched forward through that single fortnight of adventure.

I just have two beefs, Azazer. One, the majority of your changes just seem like re-writings of what I already had, just phrased differently. Is there a purpose for that? :p (IE Exchanging Charisma for Military Leadership, but still keeping Military Tactics as well)

The second is that under Trojan Horse's description, mine specifically mentions Magical and technological security measures, whereas you only mention Technological. Was that on purpose? Is there a reason why it would only affect technological security?

While I do not have the time to perform a complete correction, here is the rough-draft. And please...please stop fabricating information.

Class Name: Saber
True Identity: Sir Balin le Savage, the Knight of Two Swords
Master: (Above)
Alignment: Chaotic Good <Maybe>
Parameters:
STR (筋力): A -> B+
CON (耐久): B -> B
AGI (敏捷): A+ -> B
MGI (魔力): C -> C
LCK (幸運): D+ -> D
NP (宝具): A++ -> B

Dual Arms Mastership:
Rank: A+ -> B
The act of using Two weapons becomes second nature. Saber's mastery of Dual Arms Mastership is on the level where wielding two weapons can be classified as using a single weapon. However receives no bonus' for using a single weapon and a shield.

<Needs actual benefits aside from "fighting without penalty" if at this rank.>

The Mistaken Knight:
Rank: C+
Saber's identity, cursed or otherwise, becomes ambiguous to anyone who first lays eyes on him. Allies can mistake him to be an enemy or stranger, enemies can mistake him for allies. This applies to Saber whenever he is not wearing his coat of arms; his Noble Phantasm or even combat skills leave little interpretation to whom he could be. This ability and the curse of Arondight lead to Sabers ultimate demise to his own brother in an ill-fated duel where neither recognized each other as brothers till after their match.

<Requires editing.>

Tredine:
Rank:A -> B
Type: (Anti-Unit)
Range: 1-3
A pointed longsword designed for piercing plate armor. Commonly known as an Estoc; Saber's Tredine is a two handed variant which was capable of piercing the armor of Arturia's cousin in a duel rupturing his heart and piercing the other end of his breastplate.

<What's special about this weapon? Currently? Nothing. This Noble Phantasm needs a better description.>

History of True Identity:
Wrong

[Removed]
Arondight - The sword becomes Galahad's not Lancelot's.
Knight's Authority - The authority does not exist as his decision was made before any measurable actions could be taken. Further Sir Balin would be limited by the usage of any weapon bearing a curse (as revealed in his own story).
Knight of Ill-Luck - Removed due to being a curse brought about by the weapon.

[To Add]
Dolorous Stroke - Perhaps used as the name for Sir Balin's quest sword?

[To Ghudrich]

My reason for the minor edits and changes were due to differences in skill requirements and skill usages. Charisma requires the ability to lead an army and even the lowest ranking applies to the entire military force. However, the description provided points to a five-man team rather than than the entirety. Similarly the change from Ride to Maritime Navigation was to make up for these differences.

Second the removal of the term "magical security measures" has been done because of the implication of "any security measure that would otherwise block passage." However certain terms (security cameras, retinal and fingerprint scans, as well as laser sensors and similar movement detection devices) were kept because they can monitor regardless of whether or not one is allied. Further because Oddysia is immune to detection by other Masters and Servants unless they are specifically aware of her presence, she would be by association immune to "magical security measures."

Umm Azazer; as part of the story of Balin.
He was the original possessor of Arondight BEFORE the Knights of the Round Table was even commissioned. Merlin took Arondight, from Balin and Balan's grave, and removed the hilt; leaving the hilt at the grave. You know better yet here have the passage from HIS FUCKING STORY! (I spent a good long while reading several different passages from Balin and Balan, The Story of Sir Balin, etc)

So they died; and the lady made a tomb for them, and put Balan's name alone on it, for Balin's name she knew not. But Merlin knew, and next morning he came and wrote it in letters of gold, and he ungirded Balin's sword, and unscrewed the pommel, and put another pommel on it, and bade a Knight that stood by handle it, but the Knight could not. At that Merlin laughed. 'Why do you laugh?' asked the Knight. 'Because,' said Merlin, 'no man shall handle this sword but the best Knight in the world, and that is either Sir Lancelot or his son Sir Galahad. With this sword Sir Lancelot shall slay the man he loves best, and Sir Gawaine is his name.' And this was later done, in a fight across the seas.
All this Merlin wrote on the pommel of the sword.
Next he made a bridge of steel to the island, six inches broad, and no man could pass over it that was guilty of any evil deeds. The scabbard of the sword he left on this side of the island, so that Galahad should find it. The sword itself he put in a magic stone, which floated down the stream to Camelot, that is now called Winchester. And the same day Galahad came to the river, having in his hand the scabbard, and he saw the sword and pulled it out of the stone, as is told in another place.
Le Morte d'Arthur was published by William Caxton as 21 books; Sir Lancelot first appears, briefly, in Book II, when the wizard Merlin prophesies that "Here in this place (editor's note: a church near Camelot) shall be the greatest battle between two knights that there ever was or ever shall be, and yet the truest lovers, neither shall slay the other" and (editor's note: written by Merlin on the pommel of the dead Balin's sword) "No man shall handle this sword except the best knight in the world, and that will be Sir Launcelot or else Galahad his son, and with it Launcelot shall slay the man he loved best in the world, and that will be Sir Gawain."
Now Galahad did pull the sword but there is no passage that denotes of Lancelot's sword as providing him the "Strongest Knight" title to begin with.
One day a sword in a stone was seen in a river by Arthur's knights, and it was said that only the world's best knight could pull out the sword. Galahad was led into Arthur's court where he sat in the Siege Perilous and then drew the sword out.
Honestly after reading the story of lancelot I have 2 things to remark (for his sword).
1) Lancelot's sword is unnamed and used throughout the story (slaying dragons, maidens, the works).
2) Lancelot used Galahad's sword, armor and steed in a duel against Meleagant.

Now there are no legends I can find foretelling of Lancelot receiving a sword that was only granted upon the strongest knight, other than Arondight which was supposedly taken by Galahad. However there are passages in Lancelot's story depicting him breaking the seal of a stone that could only be lifted by the strongest knight (which let out the dragon which was stated in the Arondight's page on the Type Wiki).

I think we can conclude Azazer that Nasu took parts of Lancelot's story forgranted and gifted him "Balin's Sword" from which was otherwise a Lancelot with no special sword at all.

The history of Arondight
The maiden whom set the calibur of the weapon by proclaiming only the strongest knight could unsheath
>Balin who unsheathed it after the entire court of Arthur failed
>>Balin's death and burial with the sword
Merlin's plotting (removing the sword and hilt and fastening a new hilt to it)
>Galahad pulling the sword
>>Galahad loaning the sword to Lancelot for a duel
>>>Return of the sword to Galahad (or while it's not stated you expect the return after he had won...)
Galahad's Story Here
>Death of Gawain by Lancelot with the Arondight
As for the Dolorous Strike...
It was a strike that maimed Pallem and brought ruin to the entire grail land. Brought about after Balin had used the Spear of Longinuss against Pallem in self defense which maimed his thighs (though noted it is speculated it was a strike that cleaved his royal jewels), brought the land of the grail to a dessert wasteland and brought the entire castle down on top of Balin and Pallem's head. He was only rescued from the rubble 3 days later by merlin.
Generally if you want me to put in the Dolorous Strike I would have to first give Balin the Spear of Longinuss (which he does possess but for the sake of story telling I stuck with his Two Swords legend).
Also for Knight of (ill-fated) Luck...
It's due in part for his ability to grab any old random weapon lieing around and use it; while technically speaking this isn't on the level of Lancelot of making it his own... Balin just uses it. Balin grabs hold of the Lance of Longinuss and strikes the Dolorous Strike upon Pallem but the repercussions of this strike lead to his near death if not for the rescue of Merlin.
Overall the Curse is not from Arondight but just Balin's ill-fated luck. He has the worse luck out of anyone in the knights of the round (in fact he doesn't even live long enough to make it to be a Knight of the round since it wasn't even made till shortly after his death) [Which I have to remark; Balin only lives 2 weeks after his departure with the Arondight]. Ill fated as Balin was; the death of arthur's cousin and his imprisonment, drawing Arondight which would lead to his doom, drawing the Lance of Longinuss which nearly kills him, etc.
As for Balin's ridiculous stats...
He is, if not stronger, than Lancelot. The only reason Lancelot and Gawain could pull Arondight was because the only one qualified before them was already dead. Everything you stated about the rework of stats is wrong in context to Lancelot's stats as a servant himself MINUS the luck. In part Balin's luck is not from his parameters but his ability of ill-fated luck. (Lancelot and Gawain both failed to pull Arondight at the court originally while Balin succeeded.)

Completed, needs a lot of editting though.

Master:

Name: Blaze Mochizuki

Gender: Male

Age: 22

Physical Abilities:
Nobumasa is a family of samurai that goes back several centeuries. While young,

he is fairly adept with a katana. However, while practicing self-defense, he found that his

strength lies in using his fists. So now he practices sword in the name of his family and

specializes in hand-to-hand fighting.

Mystic Code:
"Akaitate" is his family heirloom and he dubbed it "Red Aegis" as he does not speak

fluent Japanese. It is a small armlet in the shape of a kite shield, black with red carvings on it.

While it is strong enough to endure even the strongest attacks, its surface area is small. When

activated, it creates a red barrier, large enough to cover the wearer from harm. However, this

process is not automatic and must require the user to will it, causing sneak attacks to be

effective. The activation of the armlet costs a very small amount of Prana, usually Od from the

user's body. Other than his armlet, he also uses a gauntlet for his main hand; his left hand.

Appearance:
Fiery red hair that reaches his ears and eyes to match. He is often found wearing a

black t-shirt and matching jeans. Blaze fits the image of a rebellious, energetic teen.

Personality: As fiery as his hair, he is quiet but when he opens his mouth, he is usually blunt and

bold. He gives his smile easily with his thought guarded from all. He makes friends with everyone

and best buddies with no one.

Biography:
With no magic in background, his talents lies entirely in his physical abilities. He has

regular parents that have gone on vacation now that he is old enough to manage the house. Blaze has

such good relations with everyone at college because he is willing to stand up for anyone being

picked on and is known to be anti-bully. That is also where he first learned to fight with his

fists. He has gotten into trouble many times for this but has eluded the teachers so far with ease.

However, this may be do to the fact that many students speak on his behalf while he is running away

from the teachers.

Miscellaneous Information: Hot-headed, good soul. His bravery (or recklessness) is his strong point.

History of True Identity:
Mochizuki Chiyome was a noblewoman in life, wife to Michizuki Nobumasa; a samurai serving under

Takeda Shingen. She was a descendant of the Koga clan, a famed line of ninjas. She was requested by

Takeda to train females to be able to act as ninja; to gather information and send messages to

allies. She knows many skills of women at the time, being able to be anywhere from a miko to a

it has something to do with Nobumasa's lord.

Immediately my problem is this: First off, you can't hotlink to Danbooru images, it shows up as a sad loli. Second, just provide the link to the picture, rather than trying to use it in [img] form. It makes things look cleaner (also, single spaced is better than double-spaced for looking cleaner)
I'll let Azazer critique your actual character design, since it's his gig anyways, just wanted to point those three formatting things out to you :p)

I just noticed the Hotlink to Safebooru >:3 (Just link to the page; ofc you'll see porn ads if you don't have adblock but who's fault is that?) :3

So we have:
Two Archers: Odyssia and Robin Hood <Why is Robin Hood a female, by the way?>
One Caster: Azazer where is your caster? Post that bitch.
One Assassin: Mochizuki Chiyome
One Saber: Sir Balin

Needz moar Lancer, Berserker, and Rider. I may make a new character in one of those classes, but probably not. I was set on Odyssia before the game was even posted xD

Oh was Azaz making a Caster? Also I might switch Balin to lancer considering I'm too lazy to make Galahad's/Balin's sword info. (Then again I'd have to make a weapon info for the Lance of Longinus.)

(Robin hood is female because her master is a pervert like that)

Here are the promised recommendations.
Class: Assassin
True Identity: Mochizuki Chiyome
Gender: Female
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral -> Lawful Evil
Parameters:
STR (筋力): D -> C
CON (耐久): E -> D
AGI (敏捷): A+ -> B
MGI (魔力): E
LCK (幸運): B
NP (宝具): D

Class Skills:
Presence Concealment
Rank: B -> n/a
Assassin has sacrificed this ability in preference of her personal skill.

(Independent Action
Rank: C -> n/a
Not a part of the Assassin class but wondering if it is possible because she is a ninja and should

have access to spying. Or should it fall into something else.)

Personal Skills:
Deep Cover:
Rank: B
The ability to deceive others and make them believe one is someone else. At this rank Assassin is capable of perfectly replicating the form of another and is even capable of hiding her presence as a Servant and Heroic spirit so long as the disguise is maintained. Further Assassin does not require mana support while Deep Cover is active, however, should this option be used; Assassin’s attributes are temporarily reduced to those of a highly trained human. The success and failure of this skill is determined by how much information would be necessary to copy any existing relations. Essentially Assassin only receives Presence Concealment when disguised as another.

<I added this in as a way to mix Presence Concealment with Independent Action and some form of acting. Honestly I'm not too happy with this presentation since I'm sure it could have been moved up to an Noble Phantasm of some shape...I'm just not sure how I would word it>

Eye of the Mind (Fake)
Rank: C
As a kunoichi, Chiyome is able to detect basic dangers and avoid them.

Disengage
Rank: C+
The ability to break away from combat. Bonus effect of returning to personal battle conditions to what they were at the beginning of the match.

Mastery of Poisons:
Rank: B
One’s expertise in the knowledge necessary to manufacture, use, and treat various types of poisons. At this rank Assassin is capable of producing poisons that can harm and even debilitate Servants however due to her rank Assassin’s nature as a Heroic Spirit is questionable.

Projectile (Shuriken):
Rank: B
Expertise with the usage of a specific type of thrown weapon (in this case shuriken). At this rank any shuriken thrown by Assassin are comparable to bullets. It seems that Assassin is particularly fond of the “Bo Shuriken.”

Noble Phantasm (宝具):
Shiranui – Hidden Blades of Fire (Anti-Unit) -> Removed
Rank: C
A set of kunai made from the finest steel of her age. Lightweight and honed to deadly sharpness to ensure the job is done. They have always been hidden and only appears the moment before she strikes.
<I switched this to the Projectile category but this could probably be kept as well>

Kagebunshin - Shadow Clones
Rank: B++ -> B
Type: Support
While not actual clones, it is an ability that plays tricks on the opponent's mind to disorient them to give Chiyome an opening to strike or a chance to run away. Effectiveness of this illusion is dependant on how much Mana she puts into it.
<When running through this in my head a couple of times I managed to make a form that I liked a bit more...but I'm pretty sure the wording would be something you would have disagreed with on a thematic basis>

So Chiyome has no class skills then? And feel free to post what you would like to replace the description of Kagebunshin for and I will replace if I like yours more. And Shinranui were supposed to be for melee assassination.
And what is wrong with the picture I chose?

Nothing wrong with your picture, Evening. Azazer's just weird and really likes the picture he posted :p Don't worry about that part. Anyways, the reason she has no class skills is due to the fact that one of her personal skills is basically Assassin's class skill. So you could sacrifice the skill itself for buffs in other areas.

Huzzah for a late reply!

I removed Shiranui with Shuriken because the Shuriken seemed to fall more in line with the concept of the kunoichi and defensive skills. But as I noted in my recommendation post it can be kept regardless (mostly because it would most likely be appropriate anyway).

As for the Skills, Ghurdy has pretty much explained it. Her Class Skills have been overridden by her Personal Skills due to an overlap in purpose and functionality (with the Personal Skills possessing a greater benefit than her Class Skills would).

And now...the picture...
Eeeh...we're getting into my personal impression of characters...isn't that kind of dangerous...?

Anyhow, while reading through her known history Chiyomi was described (or rather summarized) as a noblewoman whose interest in others below her station was only a front for training them to be her personal tools. This fact, when combined with the emotional detachment necessary to not only distance herself from her protege, but also "enforce" her will upon them, gave me the impression of someone who could be considered "beautiful" but whose casual expression was "empty."

I also would like to use this guy (http://toarumajutsunoindex.wikia.com/wiki/Acqua_of_the_Back) as my servant but whatever. I'll think about it a bit more.

Master:
Name: 선우 전 (Suwou Jun)
Gender: Male
Age: 28

Physical Abilities:
하늘과 땅 (haneulgwa ttang) - Heaven and Earth
History:
Breathing technique dating back before the war between the three Kingdoms of Korea. First learned through a hermit who attained true enlightenment after learning the technique; it has been passed down to only one or two disciples per generation. The technique itself almost died out a hundred years ago as the master who last held the knowledge nearly perished from fully awakening it. After his encounter with its full potential and surviving; he sought out to live a life of solitude in the mountains by a small village. Jun’s master was the one who later became a disciple of this man and inherited the technique.
A breathing technique that controls the flow of Ki. Capable of redirecting large amounts of Ki into both offensive and defensive techniques. Through relentless training and battles Jun has nearly mastered this technique. However the only problem hindering his progress is the same for his masters’ master; the uncontrollable final form which manifests the user primal emotions (hate, desire, etc) into that of a relentless berserking killer. While the form itself enhances the Ki flow to the maximum amount possible all rational thought in the process is lost and replaced with the primal instincts once lost by man.

발 기술 (Bai kisul) - Foot Techniques:
Through distribution of Ki amongst the lower body, primarily the feet and ankles, the user can perform multiple types of movement.
진 (jin/jean): Approach
퇴 (toe/tweh): Distancing
희 (hui/hweh): Misdirection and Dodging
혁 (hyuk/hyeog): Counter
환 (hwan): Speed and Illusion
While the techniques can be considered fundamental; the process of applying Ki and controlling the high speed movement from it makes mastering the skill almost impossible. The distance on each step/leap/bound can range from a short half step done instantaneously to steps stretching up to a few meters depending on the amount of Ki used and on terrain.
Jin allows the user to step closer to the opponent; stepping through guards and breaking through effective range of attacks is a simple matter.

Toeh allows for tactical distancing or giving breathing room for thought; the distance on both Jin and Toeh are similar in nature as they both require the least effort to maintain optimally.

Hui allows the user to both step around attacks, half steps, and to simultaneously use the step to flank the opponent. This step allows for attacking the opponent in their blind spots.

Hyuk allows the user to step against the opponents movements neutralizing their stance/approach in the process. While this technique requires proper reading of the opponent’s movement patterns Jun has an especially hard time using this step in practice. While the step itself is simple to perform; Jun lacks a means towards effectively using this against a foreign opponent, at least till he has properly analyzed their movements.

Hwan allows the user to take steps inside steps. In practice this can give the illusion of an afterimage if done properly and with enough Ki. While it is primarily used to throw off the opponent; it is also used in junction with all other steps to enhance their movement.

While Jun has learned under the Heaven and Earth teachings; they themselves do not give more than a means to control and manipulate Ki. As such Jun has trained in multiple types of martial arts and developed his own style of fighting; generally revolving around kicks and chambering.

Jun has exceptional stamina and endurance with unrivaled Ki control. The only thing he truly lacks is his creativity. While this may not be that much of a hindrance at first; Jun only learns from experience. A well trained master would most likely gain the upper hand in combat until Jun has finally understood their movements. Even then these counters can be robust and rudimentary simple. Other notes is that while Jun stamina and endurance are superfluous in nature his overall strength is also quiet lacking; though the use of Ki strikes that deal both inner and outer damage subsidize for it.
Code Casting:
백절불굴 (baegjeolbulgul): Indomitable Spirit (Shortened Baeggul)
A passive Code Casting activated whenever Jun has engaged in combat. Symbolizing Jun's spirit in combat; baeggul is a piece of armor; thin mesh which covers most Jun's body, minus his face. Worn under his clothes, baeggul is flexible and almost that of fabric; allows the imbiber to never succumb in combat, no matter how broken. Increasing Jun's tolerance of pain and shock while protecting Jun from physical harm towards a certain extent allowing for a clear mind throughout combat.

Baeggul itself is fabricated through many fibers interwoven with Ki circulating through it to protect from both puncturing and shredding. However baeggul melds with the user and acts as a secondary layer of skin; connection of nerves and Ki alike make the item in question very complicated to remove. Jun is capable of moving in the armor freely and capable of manipulating Ki through it like it is a part of his body.

Baeggul when not in combat (inactive) maintains normal levels of nerve impulses and ki flow allowing Jun to go about freely without expending extra effort in maintaining the control of Ki through it. As such active cost of Baeggul in combat tasks a portion of Ki to be constantly flown through it to increase and maintain its effects in combat.

Appearance:
http://img854.imageshack.us/img854/3149/seonu.png
Personality: Sincere and determined. It is hard to shake Jun off something he desires; near the point of selfishness (while still being considerate towards others). A darker more cynical nature whilst in combat and war; a mentality hardened by countless battles. While sincere and affectionate it’s hard for others to believe that Jun could be able to harm someone let alone kill mercilessly.

Biography:
선우 (Seonu – Seonwoo - Sunwou) clan
Jun is the current head of the Sunwou clan which dates back prior to the Three Kingdoms of Korea; descendants of Gija. While Jun has complete authority over the clan as the head; he makes little use of the clan’s assets and does most of the “delegations” himself; which he declared the only right thing for the clan’s honor.
The history of his master has been kept secret from even his most trusted clan elders; while he is the head of the Sunwou clan he had learned Heaven and Earth from his master elsewhere. Jun was taught Heaven and Earth around the time he was 15; which he had picked up its entirety in four months. It is said that Jun’s master was not very fond of telling stories of his past however he was keen in pointing out how similar he was to his former master; which was probably the reason for his teachings to begin with.

In the four months Jun learned Heaven and Earth his master would only show him techniques to copy and was never given anything more than instructions to do so. Jun was truly a genius if only at martial arts. The last few days of which Jun had known his master were chaotic.

Jun’s master had challenged a clan head in revenge for his master’s death; of which his declaration was the destruction of their headquarters. Jun rushed towards the incident in time to watch his master fight against the clan head. They did not idly sit by and Jun’s master had fought a series of battles against multiple masters and assassins at the clan head’s disposal. Through the chaos that ensued Jun and his masters assistant aided him in combat.

Through the battle his assistant was shot by one of the assassins and in a fit of rage Jun’s master started to ravage his enemies relentlessly. Slowly he started to become more of a monster than a master martial artist. In the end Jun was the one who stopped his master while his master clutched the head of the clan head. Afterward it is said that Jun’s master had escaped into hiding to avoid any more attention.

While this was the last time he had seen his master; Jun received a package a few years later. Inside were aging scrolls detailing the arts of Heaven and Earth dating back countless centuries. Amongst these scrolls were the notes left behind by Jun’s master’s master whom detailed the final form of Heaven and Earth and his attempts at controlling it.

A majority of my response is covered by this (http://www.mangareader.net/530/the-breaker.html).

Well character basic idea being guilty; I actually went through a lot of stuff pertaining to Taekwondo and actual family histories (the Sunwou was a group of noble family etc etc in history). Either way I didn't really use the history to match the character at all.

From the basis of the character;
A Fighter utilizing Ki

-Foot Techniques for the basic footsteps and half steps of Taekwondo and Wing Chun (though to be honest; to keep towards character in question I only bothered to name the 5 that were matched in the series. Even then I didn't even use them per say to the actual manwha. Hwan is a foot technique for duplicating yourself endlessly with after images. I took this and just made it a skill to step inside steps to create a single illusion (IE: Stepping in with Jin only to step around an incoming attack using Hweh. After image only implies the fact that I was there one moment and not the other -perception issue-)

-Striking is fundamentally different on all levels from Yi Shioon so yeah.

-Breathing Techniques because generally almost every martial arts has it to an extent; I just took the liberty of taking the Black Heaven and Earth (honestly; I wasn't even going to bother with awakening in the RP unless a flag had been tripped for it -of which I wasn't going to trip-)

-I was tempted to changing the character model to something pertaining more to a Korean Taekwondo master in question but opted not to for this instead.

So yeah... this is a pretty GENERIC character Azazer. Either way Masters aren't held by the reality of our world so not much to really say on the matter.
