I can't start my US copy from Duodecim anymore ? Shall I reupload it from PSN ?

So I downloaded them and put them into PSP/GAME folder But when I want to activate the downgrader it says I can't open this file. [PSP>GAME>GAME>6.xx Downgrader v4>EBOOT.PBP] You are on IRC ?
