Well, the thing about THAT logic is that :
1. EXC-ing is uncounterable, unless YOU have a full EX Gauge as well.
2. Fire + Shield Bash can be stopped, thus making it legitimate. (You can make sure Fire doesn't get reflected.)
3. Exdeath, as well can be countered. So long as you can mindgame the player.

What I'm trying to say is : EXC-ing is just a free win, so long as your opponent doesn't have a full EX Gauge, but Fire and Shield Bash, or Exdeath can be stopped without the use of EX.

It's unfair, because.... um, think about it this way.

You have killing (Let's say 9999) brave, and you wanna defeat your opponent, you PURPOSELY let your opponent attack you, and then you EX Guard, then counter your opponent with an HP attack, thus winning.

The whole point is it's an easy win, and you've put no work into it to win. Do you get it?
