If you want to compare my Greeting to that I suppose you can. When I designed it, I kept in mind the idea of a Shopping Center Pamphlet more than anything else. It provides for the reader, a some-what human-like experience by giving a slight explanation as to what is important, what things mean, and ultimately where the reader can find commonly visited areas. The Greeting itself won't tell the reader how to behave or how to proceed on the forums as it already expects the reader to have done certain things (like reading the rules before hitting "I agree") or it will simply end by bringing up a link and asking that it be read instead.

Since the Greeting itself isn't mandatory to read, however, most of the newer members (that is, those between April to now and probably the future), aren't specifically aware of it unless they've taken the time to read the only stickied thread in the Introductions area.

Actually is quitte easy...and basic....just search on youtube "how to change hair color photoshop" and in 5 min you'll become expert...
