I gave up on it when they took out decimals. That was obviously laziness not accuracy at work. Now as for the rest, I've thought for a while now that the tier list needs to have every character retested in all of their matchups with full discussion going on and no behind the scenes shit.

Yeah, Lucky's Emperor in particular looks good. I think some people still see him as the old him back when his team were involved in a ton of dumbtarded drama. And yes, all the drama way back when was silly as fuck. But he's calmed down alot now, it's not really fair to keep judging him on how he behaved before, and I respect the time and effort he's put into the Emperor (under-repped character who I like ALOT in terms of personality and design).

That's my take from what I've seen anyway. Maybe I'm missing something, though I doubt it.

Hmm, I always took it for granted that Emp would have advantage vs Cloud. Surprised that isn't the case on the list.

yeah, i still feel bad about it in a way, i was never good with accepting gifts. I guess it's because of how I value money that whenever people spend it on me I can't help but feel a little bit guilty, but I still really appreciate the gesture he made in buying me one.
