All tournament details are also available at that link. A minimum of six members is needed to run this event. If the quota is not met then the event will have to be cancelled.

Ah, a team contest? There used to be those kinds of contests early on, but I guess they stopped due to not many entrants. We don't have many participants as is, so I'm not sure if that would be a good idea right now... But if there is, I don't see why not.
