Well depending of the stage. You have little things you can do. However, in this particular match up, Aerial Dayflash and Rising Buckler are your best friend.

I need to provide a video for that. It is a 5-5 Match up so don't expect to be easy for either one. Even if Sephiroth spam SF all day, the WoL can still handle him.
