I fought LxF and Terrina's Lightning with tifa a few times before and what worked for me was assist punishing with tidus/yuna off watera and blizzara. As for thunder that's tricky. The only solution I have for that is ground dashing forcing them to come to me and when they get close enough I mix up ground rolling blaze and blizzaga (with full assist for all ice moves to avoid being punished myself). If she used medic I have no choice but to go up there. I would like to do more testing but it's not as bad as one might think. I think 6-4 was accurate.
