How are you? To answer your question about importing wallpapers, I usually just save them to my 'pictures' folder on my PSP Memory Stick. They can be saved as a Jpeg or PNG file, I'm not too sure on the other file types. The dimensions of a PSP wallpaper are 480x272, if you look at the properties of a Dissidia Screenshot you will see the exact dimensions you need but I am almost 100% certain that it is 480x272. I don't know if the same applies for the PS3 as I haven't imported wallpapers to it, but I would guess that it does. Give it a try and let me know. I hope that this has answered your question.
