It's been about 5-6 months since I first thought of Baroque, which means he's been quite well developed. I first got the idea for his name from a game that's actually called Baroque. It's an impossibly hard, dungeon crawling, post-apocalyptic game in which the world was basically totally screwed and people were lucky to even retain their form. Seems like a good inspiration for a good villain.

No problem. Baroque's name means Twisted Fantasy by the way. That's where I got the name for his EX burst. He's basically the best villain I could think of, with a bit of my own personality mixed in. (Particularly the smartass part of him.)
