I don't like to double post, but I just got it so if anyone wants to know anything about it feel free to ask.
From first glance it isn't quiet as amazing as Square claimed it would be, but the gameplay is really smooth. Field music is really easy (in my opinion) while the battle and event music can be more tricky. Also the Feature Drive system makes it kinda interesting. However it does feel that it was a little more child orientated because it will randomly give out rewards to you. I will say though that the RPG system they added in really doesn't do much except make the battle scenes more dynamic and make certain aspects of the game a little easier.

Here's a team that is virtually unkillable; I was able to clear "Battle, from Final Fantasy" on Basic Score with nothing but misses (all characters shown are at level 99):
Snow
------
- Protect (Lv 2)
- Elegy (Lv 2)
- Elegy (Lv 3)
Prishe
------
- Cure/Focus (Lv 3)
- Elegy (Lv 2)
- Elegy (Lv 3)
Warrior of Light
---------------
- Protect (Lv 3)
- HP Up (Lv 1)
- Class Change
Cosmos
--------
- Elegy (Lv 2)
- Paeon (Lv 3)
Item: Phoenix Pinion
The idea behind this set is pure survivability. The Elegy abilities do in fact stack, resulting in very minimal HP damage even in BMS stages on Ultimate Score. Should you achieve a chain of 70, WoL's Class Change activates, reducing damage even further by 50%, and - though this seem unlikely - should your HP reduce low enough, Snow and WoL's Protect will activate to reduce damage even further. For Prishe, Cure is there to heal any HP lost, though in most cases, she may never get to use it due to the minimal damage, paired with Cosmos' support; with that, Focus (Lv 3) can be used for those who want to deal damage to enemies during BMS stages. WoL's HP Up is there for filler, but is chosen for the sake of defense-building. For Cosmos, Elegy is self-explanatory, while Paeon (LV 3) slowly, but steadily restores HP over time, acting as a true Regen as opposed to the actual ability, Regen; this is what causes Prishe to almost never use Cure, assuming the player is decent enough at hitting the notes. As a security measure, a Phoenix Pinion is equipped as the item of choice in the extremely unlikely chance the player's HP reaches 0; that way, their HP will be fully restored for double to longevity. Combine all this with high HP totals of 9999, 9383, 9466, and 7154 respectively, and it boils down to a team that literally has to put effort into losing.
And this, kids, is what happens when you get incredibly bored.
Either way I actually want to test that team when I unlock it, although right now I don't know why but for some reason I keep avoiding the Chaos Shrine...
Chaos Shrine isn't really hard, but it does get monotonous and boring, especially when grinding for various character shards.
I love this game though sadly playing has been halted due to the recent Kingdom Hearts game.
Though I did get sick of hearing The Battle with Seymour again and again and again.
You became a l'Cie, so now you're gonna marry this idiot? And you think I'm gonna buy that? Full points for originality. But, don't forget. If you really are a l'Cie, it's my job to deal with you.
Main(s): Lightning, Onion Knight, Vaan
