Need help with Tifa

I need help with Tifa, as the title suggests. Idk if I'm playing her wrong or what but whenever I get hit by any character, I always take massive damage and the only way I can do the same is when I can string together critical hits like after an assist or when I feint an opponent just after a guard or use it as a dodge then counter. Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated. Also if someone can tell me how to import my build so that you guys can get a better look, that would also be appreciated

If it's a thing about damage, it's probably your equips. If you don't have a full set of level 100 equipment, the AI will do unreasonable and scary damage against you, which sounds like what you're experiencing.

Its not that, its like even if an opponent is 2-4 levels higher than me, I get screwed if their able to chain attacks together, but then why I do the same, I end up doing less than the opponent, a lot less, I could even put the AI at maximum and then lower their level down to mine and they still end up owning me. idk if its lack of skill, cuz I'm usually proficient with melee characters

EDIT: My Tifa is currently lvl 90 and I am fighting the AI at the same level, it just doesnt make any sense why I can't do the same, the only other character I have the same problem with is Prishe and she's lvl 100 with full lvl 100 equips

Are all of your equips Level 90? If even one of them is anything lower then what you described is the outcome.

if your equipments level 90 dont fight a character with lvl 100 equipment fight AI your level till you obtain equipment that is level 100 so you dont take massive damage.

please post any battle video you have, so we get a rough idea how the AI does own you. Thereby, we can comment on how to improve battle skill using Tifa.
Tifa, is a very technical character compared to others. More button input, more precise timing, better hits.

How do I upload replays?

I already stated that I'm fighting the AI at the same level as my Tifa

After a battle, press Square to Save Replays. Then go to Collection under Creation in the Main Menu and go to Convert to AVI and select the replay. After that process is finished you need to transfer the AVI to your computer using a USB combo or by putting your memory stick into an MS slot in your computer. From there, just upload to Youtube.
