ground dash?
it's a good choice for jecht?
for now, i don't use it, but i love the ground combo->Ultimate Jecht Shot
Jecht's most damaging combo exits on the ground and his BRV attack from the ground chains also to the air HP attacks, so yes. Ground dash, or more preferably, Omni Ground Gash + is reccomended for Jecht.

why the omni ground dash and not the groun dash?
You could go offensive and defensive with it. Luring + Attacking with the use of 20 CP.

I personally just use ground dash. It builds assist and I use speed boost ++ for my mobility needs. If I'm not running assists, omni ground dash is preferred. It's different for every person, so just feel it out and see what you prefer.
Although having access to Rush is really important since it's his best attack.
