    Prishe

    Moveset
    KL/KA/KB
Prishe is reatively easy but the wrong set can make things a tiny bit hard. The only concern about prishe is that banishga as it can hit through your charge lance, but if you keep a certain distance, theres a chance banishga moves Prishe into your lance and getting hit instead. From what I have seen most Prishe may also attempt to one-inch punch your charged lance to break it, simply punish with blades if she does so. Remember to use shockwave pulsar in clutched spaces. Other then that stick with the normal Ulti tactics with arrow and blades and you should easily win.

    Key Points
    • Banishga hits through charged lance, but may make Prishe take dmg instead.
    • Punish one-inch punches used on your charged lance.

    Vaan

    Moveset
    KL/KA/KB -Normal/big stages
    KL/KAx/KB -Small stages
Vaan is a simple and easy match-up, but is more annoying in small stages. This is because of that god damn torrent and Inferno abilities among others. The key thing here is to not be so dodgy as it may result in taking unnessesary dmg. Your charged lance will keep you safe from most of Vaan's attacks, but inferno and torrent goes through it so becareful. Reflecting windburst with charge lance will mostly likely result in a inferno to reflect it back at you, abuse this fact and punish. Otherwise keep pressuring with arrows and blades. In smaller stages torrent becomes some what of a major problem as Vaan is always at the ground. If you can try to punish with shockwave pulsar or assist. Now shockwave pular is also key in small stages as theres less room to get around it so use that a lot. Also from my experience in smaller stages you want to use your HP attacks more then your brav, as they become more safe..ish.

    Key Points
    • Inferno and torrent goes through charged lances.
    • Reflect windburst.
    • Shockwave pulsar is key in small stages.

    Lightning

    Moveset
    KL/KA/KB
Another one of Ultimecia's hardest match-ups,but also possible to win. This is one of the matches where you dont want to use hell's judgement but great attractor in it's place. The spacing it gives is too valuable here. Another thing is that Lightning takes advantage of you by using thunder below you, to counter this, you need to stay near the ground to negate this advantage. Most Lightnings may bring blizzara against you, this can simply be assist punished though you have to be very precise. Try to space yourself a bit as Lightning is very fast and will catch up to you pretty quickly. Lastly a ex build is recommended to combat Lightning being able to fill her ex bar pretty fast.

    Key Points
    • Stay near the ground.
    • GA over Hell's Judgement.
    • Assist punish blizzara.
    • Ex build recommended.

    Garland

    Moveset
    KL/KAx/KB
Garland is a tricky one, the single ability that he has that can be a huge problem is his thunder(Why is it always thunders >.>). Anyways you must equip precision dodge in order to avoid getting hit by thunder and asisst punish every time he does use it. Don't bother with arrows Garland won't give you a chance to use it. ime your dodges on his blaze and assist punish if possible as garland will be hiding behind cyclone majority of the time. Remember that your charge axes go through the cyclone defence. eep the axe and blade pressure up, and be paitent you got to work for the win.

    Key Points
    • Precision dodge is a must.
    • Charged axes goes through cyclone.
    • Assist punish thunder.

    The Emperor

    Moveset
    KL/KAx/KA
This match-up is just laughable, theres no way you can lose this and your kit literly dominates his. Keep charged axes out at all times to stop starfall and him hiding in his flares. Use shockwave pulsar when ever he is below you, its also a great way to get him out of his flares. Remember that his flares passes through your charged lances when he throws it out, so dont stay too close. Just keep your charged lance up and assault away with arrows and it will be over before you know it.

    Key Points
    • Keep charged axes out at all times.
    • Flares goes through charged lance upon activation.

    Cloud of Darkness

    Moveset
    KL/KA/KAx
Cloud of darkness is a easy match-up, just use the advise moveset to apply pressure. CoDs is mainly a ground character as its air game is suckish. Theres nothing really important to mention besides punishments. Use shockwave pulsar to punish HP attacks (I.E O-form, anti-air, aura ball, and fullslide), along with suffering swipe #2. Wraith can easily be dodged and assist punished if ever used. Just stick to your charged lances and fire arrows and axes and it should be a win.

    Key Points
    • Punish CoD whenever possible.

    Golbez

    Moveset
    KL/KA/KB -
    Normal/big stages
    KL/KB/KAx -Small stages
Another easy match-up so long as your not in small stages as those are Golbez's maps. Keep charge lances up, but don't stay next to them as his two main midair brav attacks goes through it. Continue with the regular arrows and blade assault for max dmg and pressure. Becareful of sector ray as that goes through your lance, simply dodge above and punish with shockwave pulsar. Apocalypse can help deal with Golbez if he is to close or your far away/ below him. In small stages you just got to becareful as nightglow and genesis rock is annoying, but your charged axes goes through it. Just keep charge axes up and applying pressure.

    Key Points
    • Float system, gravity system, and sector ray goes through charged lances.

    Exdeath

    Moveset
    KL/KA/KAx
Exdeath used to be a counter pick to Ultimecia, but not anymore as with the right set you can dominate the match. Always keep charged arrows and axes up at ALL time, its imperative as you don't want him to block whenever he pleases. You must equip great attractor in place of shockwave pulsar, as it will help move around his reverse polarity and match up to his assist building speed. Note that a charged GA will guard crush a reverse polarity if he ever teleports on you. Apocalypse is very important in this match, as it deals with Exdeath RPing around you and such. Just becareful as he may try to block it when you release. Maelstorm can be delt with by simply firing a charged axe at him, but be warned you want to be at a considerable distance from him as he will block -> grand cross. While using charged lances be sure you keep moving them around as Exdeath will mostly likely try to omni-block them for free dmg. Even with this threat charge lances help as people tend to mess up on RPing towards it to block and end up getting. It is advise to use a EX build against Exdeath, as you dash faster then him and time crush helps a lot. Most of all WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT EQUIP AUTO ASSIST LOCK ON, you will kill yourself if you do.

    Key Points
    • Great Attractor is a must.
    • EX build is highly advised.
    • Keep moving your charged lances.
    • Always have charged arrows and axes up.
    • Charged axes to deal with maelstorm.

    Gilgamesh

    Moveset
    KAx/KL/KB
The only thing thats annoying about Gilgamesh is that goddam electrocute. It can hit you through your charged lances and much more. Don't dodge so much here as Gilgamesh has a tendency to spam electrocute to catch you as you dodge. OAD is nice here as you can simply dash through electrocute and go into a charged axe or blade. The animation on electrocute is long enough for you to push with assist, so punish away! Also its important to know, that when you use charged axe and release it the moment he uses electrocute, both attacks with class and eletrocute won't hit you. Everything else Gilgy has is a bit crappy against you.

    Key Points
    • Don't Dodge so much.
    • OAD a lot here.
    • Assist punish Eletrocute

    Kefka

    Moveset
    KL/KA/KAx
Kefka is basically just like the Terra match-up except a bit harder. Like the Terra match-up you need to equip precision dodge in order to avoid his dumb thundaga. Your OaD will come extremely handy here as you can just dash through majority of his attacks excluding WWF. Just keep up the arrow and axe pressure and he will eventually die. A EX build is highly advised.

    Key Points
    • Precision dodge is a must.
    • EX build is high advised.
