Complaints? What kind of complaints? As far as i'm aware, TKG hasn't really done anything wrong on the IRC. If anything, he seems to be behaving better.

Excuse me Narolf, I know it might seem like a rather harsh thing, but I was wondering if you could kick TKG09 out of the tournamet. It's mostly that from what I've seen of him, he is extremely rude, and basically only tries to troll everyone that fights him. I've had a few encounters with him before, and he definitively shows how awful he is. At the moment of this message, he has been extremely rude in the DDFFCasual chat, and it's downright disgusting. NOBODY in there right now likes him at all and not to mention that his primary strategy is simply to use Sephiroth and spam Shadow Flare. Wasn't he one of the firsts to use Feral Chaos and spam Via Dolorosa as well?

That speaks of his level of 'skill' :/

My main concern is mostly in his use of Sephiroth, where he primarily use Shadow Flare over and over again. Although yesterday I asked some people in the DDFFCasual channel for some EXO practice and he ended up being one of the people who fought me. I had fought him before and never liked it at all because the Shadow Flare spam was the main thing he did(and he had assist before), but this time of course it was pretty much the same. One thing I noted is that I had awful lag when fighting him, which is due to obviously the fact we're living on near opposites in location, but that lag really wrecked any fights I had against him.

Granted I know I really am not a pro in any way, and I admit I've kinda been reconsidering getting into this tournament after the so many failures I had in those practices, but the problem is that someone like him does NOT give you any sort of fun whatsoever when you fight him. He just simply ruins any sort of pleasure you could have from having a match.

I have told TKG the exact same thing (in less words, I covered every single point he mentioned in the letter), so he seems to be accurate in some peoples representation of TKG.

But other than the usual things TKG does on the IRC, I didn't see what he did as anything particularly bad (for TKG).

So he was partially banned because of how he chooses to play? I wasn't aware that people could be banned on the grounds that they play in a way that others don't like.

As for the rudeness part... well, I agree that he can be annoying and act like a twat, but he doesn't really do it in a serious way. I'm not trying to disagree with your decision, I just think that banning him because one person who may have been a bit touchy at the time complained about him may not have warranted a ban. Unless you have had other complaints too, and that was just an example.

Hm, I have only heard complaints about TKG from Yoru before, and that was quite a while back. I had discussed banning him with others, but it was decided that no one should be banned from #DDFFCasual, due to the potential negative backlash from such an event, regardless of who was the target (although we did end up banning a person for severe misbehavior before, something I thought shouldn't have been done, but had no objections to otherwise). I don't consider #DDFFCasual as a part of Dissidia Forums, and as such I don't feel I have any authority to ban others, let alone enforce rules, nor do I think I should. I just try to encourage people to behave, and if someone gets out of line, which I feel TKG has done before, I either kick the offending person, or place the channel on +M and give +V to everyone else. Now that I know of these complaints, I will need to reconsider the current stance on banning people from #DDFFCasual. It's very likely that I will end up banning TKG from #DDFFCasual. Whether it is a permanent or a temporary ban will need to be considered.

He was banned because of his constant insults, his negative attitude, and constant spam on the forum.

I don't think him being a player that most people didn't like was a part of it at all.

Not to mention he has been making the forum look bad to other people.

If he was acting retarded as usual, sure, he deserved the ban.

However, you cannot ban someone for how they play. Whoever made that complaint and tried to get him banned on the grounds that he spams too much and is a cheap player, well, that's competitive gaming for you. That person is still stuck in the casual mindset and is probably just feeling salty.
