I agree with Raven that your Vaan is improving. I will still put up the mistakes though
Unless you can guess which move Tidus is gonna use, never attack randomly, or if to build assist, do it far away from Tidus. Tidus can easily punish Vaan's attack which it did happened a few times.
Also, I don't think Axe&Shield isn't the best move you go against Tidus, I don't really know what is the best but I don't think A&S isn't the one. A&S can be also punished easily if you don't hit them, if you really want to use A&S, I suggest using only his non-switched one because it has a really nice range (Same as Beat Fang o_O), can build assist easily and you can easily chain into Aerith/Aeris.
That's all I can give ya but I hope these helps :3
You are improvingand hate to admit but much more faster then me >.<
Carefull w/ the inferno whifs 'cuz it can be punished badly. And same w/ Spear SW...Ur oponent saw that you were relying on spear SW a lil too much and punished you w/ that attack of Tidus (quick hit). Also... I wouldn't recommend on using Axe against Tidus. Sure..if you want to use it for some assist build ok...But I'd recommend more Sword and Shield less Axe. And About Crossbow..dunno what to say...I never used it against Tidus...but I don't think it's that effective against Tidus...dunno...I'll have to ask my senpai about this...
Aside from this you're doing good w/ Vaan and improving nicely. And it pleases me to see that more people are picking him <:3

There are people in this world who prefer solitude. But there is no one who can withstand it.
I thank you Raven, Dj and Shiro your advice is well appreciated, and now without Further ado, a Recent update. Also I was kind of rusty in this match

wow, it looks like your improved quite a bit since the last time I saw one of your videosonly thing I could say is maybe try and learn a few assist combo's with her, as there was a few great chances for a assist combo you missed, one such example is the air kicking move, you can chain into the assist if you don't preform the final kick 'the one that leads into chase' you could of have finished the battle quite a bit quicker by using that combo, apart from that that was a great fight

Sorry for my hasty leave from IRC yesterday, my internet died.
0.25. you should have dashed after him to catch him with SA insteed of dodging away.
Well, i cant say the opponent was a good Lightning after have watched the replay, and his gear was lacking EX Depletation wich made him lose. IMO your Zid is not bad but its not that good either you could be much better, i also want to see your setup (I get the feeling your setup is a EX Core build).

Fight #1: Lightning could've utilized her Commando a bit more on the ground and air, considering Prishe likes to be up-close and personal like Tifa. Aside from that, utilizing Ravager was good.
Fight #2: Nice way to pull it back with Squall. However, the attack that links into Quick Hit was noticeable for a block, and you could've gotten a BZ out of it. Since he saw that you were over-utilizing Squall's Beat Fang, there were a few moments where he could've dodged out and countered to link to Quick Hit. Anyhow, good job.
Fight #3: SF. That's all I gotta say. That SF Spam is just brutal, but there were a few times when he could've hit you and gone into Meo Twister.
Fight #5: Ouch. Kuja apparently got you bad. Force Symphony is troublesome if timed right, but I would try using Quick Hit where possible.
