Don't twist my words, please. I care, you should know by the conversations we have had. I was talking about others. Why would anyone care what I think about you, or what I might have to say about you? It's not relevant to anything.

Look, if the conversation can continue to be constructive, I'd like to leave it open. Some good things are being discussed (some not so good). I If you all can keep the mud slinging down, I think it's productive and good. If the mud slinging continues, I'll need to close it. I don't care where the conversation happens, just so long as it's productive.

I already had written a response to some of the posts here prior to the thread's closing, but seeing how much the thread has grown, I think it'd be a waste of time to go back and address it. As such, moving on from those...

I'd uh... like to point out that kaya does play from time to time, so she does have something to do with dissidia.

She has nothing to do with the competitive scene. People like Mikeee, Kraid, and myself know this quite well. She has no interest in the game competitively. Let's leave her out of it, K~?

Didn't realize that "Tournament Issue: Collateral" was the place to bring up issues with the staff, but so be it. All I can be bothered to say is "Don't put words in my mouth." It's not as though my feeling staff issues are irrelevant to this issue is the same as me feeling the staff are infallible. It would appear you have some fundamental misunderstanding about how and why I construct the sentences I do. But that's fine. I told you, I really can't be bothered fixing everyone's broken opinions. Not after so long of dealing with the same stuff from the same people. It really just is not my problem. Especially not in this thread.

I thought you'd be able to figure it out just by reading the thread, but if it's something that you can't discern for yourself, then I think this subject may be too complicated for you to grasp. Please don't muddle it even more than you already have, it's just going to lead to more misunderstandings.

I'll just reiterate...Kaya has nothing to do with the competitive scene, and she isn't even interested in #DDFFCasual that much. Why do you think I'm the one that's always there moderating it? I'm taking care of it for her, since she lost interest. I honestly don't blame her either, as you'll notice I don't chat much there anymore. Like with Shuru, I'm going to request that you drop the subject on her. It's not fair to get her involved.

Regarding RDF: Don't even pretend this isn't the case. You know it is Yoru~

Now, as Mikeee has already stated, I'd like to see the staff actually directly address the issue instead of dodging responsibility here. No offense is intended by this remark, it's merely what I'm observing is going on. No sense of taking responsibility here =/

I'll just throw in my "two cents" about this whole situation.
There seems to be a lot of finger pointing, He said/She said and immaturity.
As a staff of "professionals" I don't think a public setting is the best place for everyone to talk about what they don't like about another person's actions.
Instead of "attempting" to work as a team, The people involved are bringing in negative energy that isn't getting anyone anywhere.

Think about what the 7000+ people think when they see the leaders of this forum bickering.
They probably don't take DF seriously and think everyone are a bunch of fools.

For the people complaining about some people doing small tasks; that doesn't seem fair to those people.
Hell, the fact that those people did "something" shows that they have "some" interest in the community.
Those small contributions actually took time they could have spent on many other things in their life.
What ever happen to being thankful for efforts.

The biggest issue isn't what people are contributing; It's the lack of teamwork in this community that isn't helping it move forward.
Everyone needs to communicate and not be behind closed doors.
Before this can become a "truly competitive community" everyone needs to work together.
That doesn't mean just the staff, but the community's involvement.

On a lasting note, Just settle the EHX situation already.
All this negativity is "Collateral" to everyone.

I had a big paragraph and then I realized that I didn't care, for all the reasons I stated before. There is no function for me to keep coming back and banging my head against a wall. It will only serve to make me stupider than I already am. That's been your real purpose all along, hasn't it? Truly diabolical, I commend you.

If the issue with Ehx has been settled, then I have nothing more to say. Y'all have fun with your drama. If it feels good, do it. But don't get offended when people politely bow out. It's not a personal affront (inb4 someone responds and takes my words as villainous and evil, and wrong, and bad, and confusing to the matter at hand, and various other nonsense.)

honestly folks, the opinions have been made, we've expressed our thoughts. I think its time to let the thread die, and just keep the ideas with us instead of arguing and likely, saying the same things we already said.

and all the admins/mods, Thanks for what you've done, but there is always room for improvement, and I think everyone needs to stop and see what the admins/mods can do to improve.
