anyway was wondering if anyone wanna trade dlc from ffxiii-2 can also offer moeny if the price is right.

This should be ok, actually. I believe it's considered within Sony's PSN account information that if you're comfortable enough with a person logging in on your account, you can trade downloadable content (like games and stuff) by trading accounts and changing passwords after. Not everyone uses the full 5 downloads on their purchases, which I believe is why they allowed this. I've seen it done elsewhere. People offer up what games they have available on their accounts and what games they were looking for in order to conduct a trade.

Yes, but is this the case with redeemed codes? (I mean not stuff sold over the psn) Unless he can access it and re-download it from download history, i don't know.
