Cloud in the air is alot faster than garland on the ground. But cloud on the ground is as slow as garland

Cloud is nowhere near as slow as Garland on the ground.

the reason cloud's infinite is better is because it is easier to do

u don't have to cnntrol slash blow, while u have to control round table

and because garlands infinite doesnt last forever, unlike clouds and most others

Other characters beside cloud seem to be able to dodge out of it, I've even had cloud players dodge out of it when i tested with them, and I tried against a 9/9 comp, the comp is dumb, it doesn't wanna dodge out.

maybe I'm doing it wrong :S even though my timing seems on par

cyclone is weird higher in the air, it seems like smaller characters can dodge straight in even when cyclone is just coming out. Maybe it's just me Anyway Baridiche owns the air
