Hey Guys, This is going to be a tutorial on how to use Windows Movie Maker to add an audio .mp3 file to an already existing video (aka Dissidia replay) and then using a converting program to make the file even smaller to be able to upload it to youtube.
First all your going to need Windows Movie Maker you can download it HERE
**On a side note if you are running windows XP with SP2 or older you already have windows movie maker 2.1 and do not need to download it.
Ok lets start this off
If you want to add audio to a Dissidia replay, make sure you turn of the BGM music after the fight by simply rewatching your replay and setting this option and then saving the replay at the end.
Once this is done, you need to convert your replay on the highest quality (this can take time depending on how long your replay is, go for a walk, or browse the forums until its finished, or play a game)
Once completed, Connect your PSP to your computer/laptop with the usb cable.
Now to find that replay Navigate too your PSP drive
From there double click on VIDEO -> DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY
Now Cut and paste your replay (.avi file) to your desktop for easier access.
Now we are going to open Windows Movie Maker, this is located under Start->All Programs -> Windows Live (Folder) -> Windows Movie Maker Live (this guide will be based on windows 7, but will be similar to windows vista) - The XP can just drag the video and audio file into the program itself (same with Windows 7/vista)
Now you have Windows Movie Maker opened
Now Select Add Video
And Find your Replay and click on Open
Now your Windows Movie Make will look like this:
Now click on Add Music
And select the .mp3 audio file you wish to use and click Open
Now your Windows Move Maker Screen will look like this:
Once this is done, you can play your video to see if you like the audio with your game by pressing the little > arrow button (middle one)underneath the preview screen on the left. Once you think your video is good, its now time to save it.
And give your new audio file a name (Usually for example -> BEYNd (Garland) Vs Dave880 (Cecil) - Adhoc ) and click on Save
**Make sure you save it on your Desktop (ease of access)
This will pop up as your movie is being made:
Once that finishes this prompt will appear, you can click on Close
Now find your file, it will have the file properties of a .wmv file, Play it with with either VLC media player, Windows Media Player, etc.
Thats how you add audio to your existing Dissidia Replays
BUT WAIT
Now you might ask, my file is still to big for me to upload!
That is not a problem as you can use the video converter I use to reduce the file size by turning it into a .MP4 file
I use Any Video Converter which is Free and can be found HERE
**Note, RDF already has a guide on using one of his video converters to reduce the size and change it to .mp4 the link is here:
http://dissidiaforums.com/showthread.php?t=397
I will try to give a brief guide on Any Video Converter since I know it works for my videos.
Now After you have installed Any Video Converter and have started it (It asks you if you want to buy the full version, just click no)
This is the screen you will be at
Make sure the profile at the top right of that screen lists: Customized MP4 Movie (*.mp4) and that under Video Options in the bottom right corner it states (Video Codec : x264) (Frame Size: Original)

Dave... wheres my 1$ ?
Now click on Add Video and select your Replay that you made with Windows Movie Maker (ends with .wmv) and click on Open
Now once the movie is in the program just hist on Convert Video
Once the the replay starts converting you will see the status bar going up on the right side
Only bad thing about this program is it defaults the path where the video will be saved in
My Document/Any Video Converter/MP4
And every time you convert a video this screen pops up but just click on No Thanks
If it properly converted it will state Complete where there was a status bar filling up.
Now head over to My Document/Any Video Converter/MP4 and watch your video and upload it to youtube :P
Hope you enjoyed this Guide
ALSO, you can use this converter to convert your replays normally without the use of Windows Movie Maker, It will convert .avi's to .mp4's and get the lowest possible size while keeping good quality just like the program RDF wrote a guide for.
By the way this is the outcome of the file mixture:
YouTube - BEYNd (Garland) Vs Dave880 (Cecil) - Adhoc
