I was told it was from the dbz ost but the guy wasn't sure. Does anyone know the music that is playing during vegeta's little speech here?

I believe that's called "Daimao Appears" from the OST. Team Four Star credits all the music they use in their uploads, you could check that list and see what comes up. They usually don't miss anything. It's also just a 10 second clip or so, I believe.

Not a clue. I don't recognize a specific song. Or at least, I can't pinpoint which one it is.
