Cosmos Chaos - Rich nice couple that built school
Emperor - Really stuck up snooty teacher that always, ALWAYS calls on you when you don't know the answer.
Cloud of Darkness - Scary chef. Rumor has it she sticks the body parts of humans in her cooking
Golbez - Old guy with really deep voice who reads to the class. The kind of teacher you can go to with your problems
Exdeath - Creepy teacher that talks to his plants. On the plus side always takes class out on field trips
Kefka - Very crazy art teacher. Has no problem with throwing apples at the students
Sephiroth - That scary teacher that has eyes like he is staring into your soul. You answer immediately when he calls you, for fear of his wrath
Ultimecia - That teacher that always gives you a boner. You try not to have to sharpen your pencil or stand up in her class.
Kuja - Music teacher that always grades the papers late and is in a constant state of rush. Has no patience.
Jecht - Gym teacher that always goes to bar and sleeps with a different woman every night. Tries to whip the boys into manly shape by always making them work 100x harder than the girls. Rumor has it several children have died from exhaustion in his class.
Garland - Guidance Consular. His office is in the small cramped basement of the school. Has a nickname for every student. The senior class pranks him every year, or they get destroyed trying.

I picked Kuja, I think I'd enjoy learning from him most/get along with him most. But Ultimecia wouldn't work like that for me. Maybe she'd teach Astronomy or Physics or something though. Emperor was tempting though, I really like him too, so it'd be him and Kuja most of all.
