[Terrina]

So yea I started writing poetry again. I used to do it in when I was a freshman in high school and lately I've been getting more inspiration to write again so I will post some of my poetry from time to time. Some will be old and some will be new. I write mostly to vent but there are time were I write because I'm bored XD Hope you guys like them. I think I improved a little bit over the years but I'm not that good. I'll post my inspirations when as I post more

Different

How are we so different?
If "different" is just a thing.
If we all have certain features,
What does "different" bring?

People filled with hatred,
Can't possibly see,
That there's not really differences
Between you and me.

Looks can't show "difference",
If they're just there to be seen.
If you don't look like someone else,
Why are they so mean?

If being "different" is what is wrong,
I'd rather not be right.
And I'd want to finish living,
Doing the "different" fight

Wishing

I sit here day and night
Wishing with all my might
That one day you will see
How much you mean to me

You're like an angel sent from above
And I want you to trust me with your love
I don't see you everyday
But you're in my heart anyway

You're gentle, kind, and sweet
And I'm praying the next day we meet
You'll fall in love with me
And then you'll finally see
What I've been feeling all this time
Wishing you were mine.

There once was a man from Peru.
Who dreamed he was eating his shoe.
He woke from a fright,
In the midst of the night,
And found that his dream had come true.

Anyway, I hope you make more poems in the future~
