no, all you need to do is create a na psn account and then download it it will work on your jp psn after as I used the eu ad hoc party first, and then made a NA Account and downloaded the NA Ad hoc party sooo just make a NA PSN Account and Download it

Thanks to all the participants, and congratulations to the prize winners. This concludes the Get Your Game On mini-series tournaments.
