So I've noticed that many people have their own little tactics for farming KP... Good for you, I'm glad you can get 1600 KP in one trip through a 10-floor dungeon. But for those of you who are lazy and just want to get a shite-load of KP in minutes, try this little tactic. It's allowed me to get 964 KP per run. The limited item-peddling moogle in Cornelia (which you should know who/where he is by now... If not, look through most of the other posts here. I've seen HUNDREDS of posts about his whereabouts and how to unlock the limited items, but I digress.) sells KP Bonus and Banish/Death on the two days following your bonus day. You know what that means?
TIME TO PLAY WITH THE PSP SETTINGS! YAAAAY!
Set your date to the day following your bonus day and pick up a KP Bonus. Save and leave. Change it to the following day and do the same, and pick up a Bansih/Death as well. Then, teleport to the Elven Castle stone and head east until you reach the Frozen Continent gateway. Buy a multichain and KP Gambler and prepare for the fun!
Set your characters to lvl 62 (one level higher than any enemy in the dungeon) and enter Frozen Continent. Move one space to the left and use Gambler and Banish/Death with a Multichain. That nets you 241 KP without hearing a shot fired in anger. KP Bonus twice and BOOM!
964 KP in 5 minutes.
No battles.
Minimal work.
Rinse and repeat.
Now go and shop to your little heart's content.![]()

Come read my fanfic, Mother's Legacy. Ifalna's escape attempt fails, Aerith is raised as a SOLDIER, and the destiny of the Planet skews into the unknown. http://www.fanfiction.net/s/8143897/1/Mother-s-Legacy

I tried it, and it works.
Can this strategy work in other gateways?

Avatar epicness by Galadin.
Yeah but that gateway is the best one to use, as it has the most enemies.

Hmmm. This does seem painless and a great idea if you're looking to grind just KP. I like doing the methods that involve fighting - I'm still in need of Gil, AP, EXP, and PP. But thanks for this little tip.

PP: 67% | Inventory: 62% | Main: Cloud, Tifa, Tidus
It's great if you only need a bit of KP, but the other method (that I think actually gets you over 100,000 KP) will probably take less time in the long run. Although it's also harder to set up.

I can see this method being useful if you just unlocked Scenario 000, and would like some KP to trade for higher leveled equipment.
But then again, just take the time to actually finish Scenario 000. But then again, that's just my opinion.

Great method of KP-grinding.I think I saw a YouTube video showing how to farm more than that. About, 6-digit number? O.O
This method may be slow but it's really painless. Thanks for this beautiful method!
