Request for a Sephiroth mod

Hello, I've been thinking of a custom mod for Sephiroth's Alt 2 costume.
My idea was to give him a Xemnas look from KH2 , while only changing the color of his eyes & skin and leaving his sword lenght, hair style and outfit the same.
I also thought it would be cool if his hair were colored black in his normal state, then change to his original silver hair in Ex Mode. An extra for his Ex Mode would be to make his sword have the same color & glowing effect from Xemnas' laser blade (but only if it's possible). I've been trying to go at it, but sadly it didn't work for me..
I am hoping that someone would be able to take my idea and make it into something great, so that dissidia fans can enjoy playing with.

I have his blade , coat , eyes , skin color done . but i need to fix it up a bit

im much better at texture modding in KH games haha
