Yes. I would recommend asking on the IRC if you want to be completely certain, however, as sometimes, even after Chaos stops streaming, we might continue playing in the lobby.

Go on IRC and head to #ddffcasual if you're looking to play people. There are lots of us there and that's the usual hang out. Also, drop by D1 on NA Adhoc Party - some of us float around there, too. The stream is basically for viewing purposes and even then, there are other members who stream their fights anyway.
