In a certain way, the Mass Effect 3 endings were memorable: as much as they suck (hopefully not anymore with the upcoming Extended Cut) they will be impressed in gamers' minds if not for the rest of gaming history for a really long time.

As touchable endings that i love, i think of Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together: there a lot of possible endings, but each one of them is heart-breaking in some way (especially the one with Denam assasinated).

Mass Effect 1 or Dead Space 2 (If you got the humor in it)... Hell, the last two chapters in DS2 were friggin' amazing.
Also have to add Star Fox 64's escape from Venom!

As far as FF goes, I'd go with 10 in my opinion. The ending was bittersweet, if not moving, and the preceding summoned beast battle was one of those heart-pounding, emotional moments.
