Hagane:Count on it.

*As the five of them (Hagane, Irving, Kain, Vincent, and Lulu) make their way to the other cloaked figures who are ignoring Aeleus and Jecht's fight, Hagane catches the conversation between the two skinniest ones. The shorter of the two is female, jusging by her voice*

Skinny Cloaked Female: Don't you think we should help Aeleus out?
Skinny Cloaked Male:You know he wouldn't allow it. His sense of honor won't allow it, anyway.
Skinny Cloaked Female:I see...Ah, well, this new meat should prove fun enough.

*The woman points at Hagane and the others*

Hagane:Funny, I was thinking the same thing about you!

*In a flash, Hagane, Kain, Vincent, and Lulu all have their weapons out and their armor on (Vincent's looks like an armored version of his Chaos form from Dirge of Cerberus, with his Death Penalty replacing his normal chain gun, and Lulu's skirt-of-belts is replaced by a skirt of diamond-shaped brigandine (look it up), with an armored Mage hat and faceplate in lieu of the normal helmet), and they all take their battle stances*

Skinny Cloaked Male:Pfeh. You call that a transformation?

*At that, the cloaked figures reveal themselves as Dilan, Ienzo, Narele (basically Larxene's Somebody, pronounced Nah-RELLE), Lamuria (Marluxia's Somebody) and...a rat in a fancy-looking suit, wielding a Keyblade*

Hagane:Okay, I recognize them...*points at LeRane and the others*...But you...*points at the rat*...Are a new face to me.
???:The name's Mortimer, boy. You'd do well to remember it.

[Xernuht]

(Just to be clear, is it Narele or LaRane?)

Irving: A rat in the Organization. How fitting.

Irving crouched into a different stance. This one appeared less controlled... almost primal. Irving's eyes also took on a new colour: dark purple.

Irving: So, which one of you scumbags wants to die first?

(Also, I gave Irving another... quirk. It shouldn't affect the past content at all, so you may wanna check it out.)

(It's Narele.)

*Kain and Dilan jump away, clashing with their lances*

Kain:It seems fitting that we combat eachother, does it not?
Dilan:I agree. Your lance shall make a nice addition to my collection!

(Which one do you want?)

[Xernuht]

(Narele, plz)

(Damn, I wanted her. Ah well, I can improvise.)

*Narele looks at Irving, a look of bloodlust in her eyes*

Narele:Ooh, I like 'em cocky! It'll be fun to see your hot blood boil on the ground!

*Narele tosses a couple of her knives at Irving. Mortimer looks at Hagane and lets out a sigh*

Mortimer:Guess it's you an' me, then.
Hagane:Looks like it.

*Mortimer leaps at Hagane and attacks with a thrust, which Hagane easily parries and counters with an outward scissor-cut, but Mortimer blasts himself back with a small gust of wind, and fires off a shard of black ice at Hagane, who counters with a cross-slash, reducing the shard to black slush*

Mortimer:Good reflexes, kid.

*Mortimer fires off two more shards that meet the same fate as the first, then warps himself behind Hagane*

Mortimer:But mine are better!

*Mortimer tries to cut Hagane down from behind, but Hagane crossesw his blades behind his back, blocking the strike*

Hagane:Cutting a man down from behind? A coward's tactic if I've ever seen one.

[Xernuht]

Irving smirks as he sidesteps the knives, feeling the electrical magic flowing through them.

Irving: Not if I don't spill yours first!

Irving rushed in, swords held backhanded behind his back. As he reached Narele, he began swinging them like a lunatic, but significantly faster than when he was fighting Hagane. Narele had no issues dodging or parrying the attacks, and silenced the barrage with a swift kick to the face, sending Irving tumbling away. Rolling back to his feet, Irving charged right back in, back on the assault.

*Lulu and Ienzo hover above the battle, shooting various spells at eachother, when Ienzo fires off a cluster of small meteors, which Lulu deflects with a flick of her wrist....Only for Ienzo to fire a larger meteor at her*

Ienzo: I'd like to see you try and deflect this!!!

*Ienzo fires off the meteor, which flies forward at breakneck speed...Only to stop inches from Lulu, who had just finished a complicated series of motions with her hands*

Lulu:Ask...and you shall receive!!!
Ienzo:...crap.

*Lulu thrusts her hands forward, and the meteor reverses its course, slamming hard into Ienzo with a loud crack of spliting rock*

[Xernuht]

Narele and Irving continued their battle, with Narele still evading all of Irving's attacks, and Irving with a dagger lodged in his shoulder.

Narele: Look, kid, just give up and die. It's not like you can hit me.
Irving: Death is inevitable, lady. Yours-

The air suddenly filled with static, and Irving vanished, reappearing behind the blonde witch. His sword was raised, aiming for her neck.

Irving: - just came for you first!

Irving swung, splitting the woman's neck with a clean cut...

Narele: Well done...

... before a large burst of electricity slammed Irving into the stands. Narele stood behind where Irving was before, flanked by a perfect duplicate of herself. The headless body flickered out of existance.

Narele: I never thought you'd actually make me use that. Y'know, if you'd busted that super-speed trick earlier, you woulda won. Oh well, hindsight is 20/20.

With that, a large bolt of lightning crashed down onto Irving.
