Ad Hoc Party wasn't updated. The fix was made via PS3 firmware update, which you can download and install in system update found in PS3's settings.
Also, just a shout out to all those who took action. It's good to see the community take an active role in contacting Sony. Thank you all for the time you took. Much appreciated.
