AE was so anti Hype....

KOF was probably the most hype for me.

Especially because of the horseman hype for mexico.

Enjoyed it, although the amount of upsets during UMvC3 and AE were rather...well, upsetting. Really wanted to see Combofiend or Infrit take UMVC3 and really wanted Dieminion to at least Top 3 during AE...too bad, I guess. The matches were still damned good either way. Infiltration is a scary motherfucker, making Raging Demon look like a fucking normal.

Also, Marlinpie and Mamespider not making Top 8 in UMvC3...no words can describe the magnitude of that upset. That along with no public showing of the Kubota Escape...sadface. Hell, at least we got the Sentinel infinite from Jan. That was pretty hype.

Street Fighter was the worst this year. Infiltration just walked in and pretty much told everyone they were his personal bitches as he handed out Raging Demons like they were candy. 8/8 RDs in the final match, god damn.

Soul Calibur and King of Fighter were my favorite personally.

I can't believe Chaos didn't get any pictures of the guy with the horse mask head banging or the creepy bearded guy in the crowd with the soulless eyes that just stared into the camera. There was also the fat guy that the commentators said looked like Rufus.
