I want to make a Team, but have no- idea who else wants to. So, i just want to see if anyone wants to make a team NOW. We will form, then pick the leader (no i do not HAVE to be the leader...) So, just saying, I want to be on a team, and no one is recruiting and i have no idea who to ask, so.... Anyone up for it?

Try looking into this thread. The best way to find interested members is just play the game online and get to know people and speak with them on irc. Eventually you will build a team. Good luck.
