Fair enough. A little research would suggest it's just a name, possibly of French or Belgian origin.

I don't know anywhere that has a list of what names mean (like a name dictionary) and most of the places I can find are full of crap.

It's entirely possible that it doesn't mean anything and someone just came up with it (although that's fairly rare).
