It's AMAZING in EX-Mode. If you plan to be in EX as long as possible, use this at a distance.

I took it off my KEkfa,. If it didn't have such large cooldown lag it would be great. If the opponent has Omni Dash or Multi-Air Slide, FN cannot keep up and they can reach you in no time. For it just to be wonderful in Ex Mode makes it too circumstantial when Hyperdrive/Havoc Wing/Trine can do the job.

It's honestly a tough call. I suggest leaving it on only one of your air/Ground slots if you want to use it. While it can be dashed through/Around, the lag isn't as bad as one would think and it can be pretty powerful in Vertically based or Walled Stages.

Personally, FN has never been helpful for me. I've tried to use it in different ways but I end up getting punished, or just plain missing with it. =P

Oh, and I posted in the Kefka Guide Discussion thread. But since I was the last person to post before I just posted it doesn't show it as a new post.

Go over there and help the Kefka guide guys!

I find it rather useful. It adds pressure to the opponent to keep on the move, keep dodging. And once it hits, if they haven't learned, it will continue. I've landed three attacks with one casting of it, and if you time your cancel right, you can dodge incoming attacks right as they're about to strike and Wing them.
