Just player skill can't overcome a character's disadvantage towards an opponent. If you take into fact that some characters have different traits in their attacks/defenses(not just memorizing the moves) and certain attacks that can be used for mindgames, you have many possibilities in the tier list where things could go either way with some match-ups, and some where one just overpowers the other in attack/defence(let's say Exdeath vs. Ultimecia; Exdeath has omni-block, but even though he can time omni-block at the right moment to counter with Almagest, Ultimecia can use Knight's Arrow for mindgames and maybe cause the Exdeath to fumble an omni-block).the facts point to the evidence of a clear divide existing and that no amount of player skill will be able to replace the inherent disadvantage of a character if both players are playing at the top of the top levels.

Well, off the top of my head she can do ridiculous amounts of damage, gains ex rather quickly, has high priority attacks that are rather safe, synergy with both yuna and aerith so it's hard to stop her assist game, there may be a few things I'm missing since I don't play prishe and rarely play against her. Although she might drop once people find ways around her style of play (like every other top char has except ultimecia).

that mu says 6-4 prishe-exdeath. your eyes were probably deceiving you since they are both so close to the top. You're supposed to start at a character name from the left and move to the right. Then look at the name above.
